This place is simply not suitable for travelers who are seeking a comfortable and peaceful place to rest. It's not a good option.

The rooms are small, but for the cheap price, it's good. Having a shower in the room was nice, but using shared bathroom/toilet was not. You need to ask for room or specify when booking it online. The bed was particularly uncomfortable for me, as I had a bad back. However, buying mattress topper and asking for more blankets helped. Personally, I didn't like how hot my room was, but I usually prefer it cold. I had a hard time finding the place, but once I did, it was easy and transportation is good. 3-8 mins away are buses and subways, respectively. Places to eat, a park nearby, and good medical clinics nearby. If I could suggest a couple of things: use fabric softener on towels and linens, and use air fresheners in public spaces (at least). The best part of Dream Single House was the staff and service. Very helpful and kind. Very good place to stay if watching your budget!

Whilst the staff member present was helpful and polite in trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible, I struggled to complete my reservation here and ended up moving to another hotel.
I'm assuming that they get you to wear slippers for hygiene reasons, but it was quite contradictory because these were not clean themselves, even when I asked the receptionist to confirm. So should be a bit more honest here. Luckily I had my own to wear instead. Similarly, I noticed some mould in the bathroom, which isn't good if you want to leave a positive impression in terms of cleaning.
They did offer to move me to a goshiwon that had a bathroom included, which saves you the constant back and forth but my mind was made up at this point. Perhaps I may have had a more favourable experience if I had this room from the beginning, but I guess this is all to be expected with budget hotels.

Too many mosquitoes in the room

the room and bedroom are clean, even the room is small, but enough for one person。

Very cool little goshiwon style place in a nice and chilled part of Seoul. An excellent price and I would definitely stay there again. Many thanks!

The women's floor had a number key lock on the door and I felt VERY safe! Shared bathroom and kitchen were also women only, which was nice. The room seemed small in pictures, but it really was the perfect, cozy size even for a longer stay (10 days).
The manager/owner was SUPER helpful. I would not have been able to get a taxi and get to one of my appointments without his help! He was also very patient when I arrived late on my first day and thought I had lost my room key.

The room is small but still able a luggage. It is also quiet, tidy and enough facilities. The staff is very nice and helpful. It would be appreciated if some hooks can be added in the shared bathroom for hanging the dry clothes.

Affordable price, but quite noisy early in the morning when other residents move around.

I stayed at the Single Dream House for five nights on my first trip to Seoul. The bus stop is very close and my Korean friends told me that the area is extremely safe, so I was able to feel relaxed even when I was out late. The guy who works there is so kind and helpful, he definitely had a big part in making my trip enjoyable. The accomodation is also very clean. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would really recommend the Dream Single House!

The room is very small but comfortable, the staff is very nice.

The room is small but big enough to be comfortable with one big luggage inside, if you have larger luggage you can leave it outside in the hallway. The place is cleaned every day and the lady taking care of it is very nice.

Excellent choice for girls who travel alone. Safe and quiet, very close to the bus stop.

This place was so welcoming and friendly! Both the people working and living there are so nice! It is easy access to public transportation, and you have Daiso and 24h shops close by. People rent this place on a monthly basis, so this is a good place. If you are looking for a nicely priced placed and don't need that 5star luxyry - this is the place for you

This goshiwan is good and the owner speaks english, so a good option if you are travelling or remote working as a desk and wifi is provided.

This remarkable place is a real dream house! They named right: Dream Single House! The place was clean and modern and is owned and impressively managed by a young couple (a Korean man and his Japanese wife). I am from New York. I usually stay at 5 star hotels during my business trip but this time I stopped by Seoul on the way to Africa, I wanted to truly immerse myself in my childhood hometown so I decided to stay a few days at this unique unassuming place. This is a wonderful discovery and I would highly recommend to others to experience.

Great Place, you can go easy with the Bus from the Airport to the Hotel and you have your own room. Everything was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
