省錢的話可以住，最好要有韓國電話號碼

因為是頂樓（屋塔房）沒有鄰居不會被吵到，不過一個人住頂樓稍微有點害怕。這間有自己的浴室，但是沒有洗手台，只能在地上洗漱。房間空間剛好夠打開登機箱（不過只能放在門口），天花板很低舉手不用伸直就會碰到。床蠻軟的。附近很熱鬧很多吃的，體驗在地飲食很方便。

沒有韓國電話號碼的話最好不要住，check in和check out時櫃檯都沒人，用booking和line聯繫也沒有回覆，check in時只能在那慢慢等到員工回來，check out時實在等不到人只能去外面找韓國人幫忙打電話。房間不算乾淨，浴室還有之前住客留下來的耳環等等東西。房間燈光稍微不夠亮，冰箱會吵所以沒開。

Good location, Friendly environment

for a short stay it was nice. especially the location is good. Close to all transportations. And I was able to walk around to close neighbourhoods.

The bathroom would be cleaner.

値段相応。決して良くはない。

ロケーションは良い方だと思う。液から少し離れているが、道中に安い飯屋がいくつかあるので、明洞なんかで食べるよりホテル周辺で食べる方がコスパが良い。値段相応だが、ソウル市内では安い。

Wi-Fiが超遅い。シャワーにカーテンも鍵もなかった。これじゃ覗きたい放題。女性も泊まっていたがどうやってシャワー浴びたんだろ。アメニティのバスタオルが臭かった。そろそろ交換した方がいい。

Private clean room for very little money

Good price, no moldy smell in the room (which is common in Seoul). Happy with the visit, absolutely worth the money

The building is old and not very renovated, the bathroom wasn’t super clean. But with that said, worth the money and would stay here again!

Ok pour 2-3 nuits

Le lit est très confortable, j'ai très bien dormi La grande fenêtre permet d'aérer toute la pièce et il n'y pas du tout d'humidité ce qui est parfois le cas à Seoul pour ce type de logement (petite chambre)

Il n'y avait pas du tout de poubelle dans la chambre, cela n'etait pas pratique du tout Pour trouver le logement ce n'était pas facile bien qu'une photo de l'entrée et des explications ont été communiquées avant mon arrivée, je trouve ça dommage que le bureau d'accueil ne soit pas mieux indiqué car même si on sait que c'est au 1er étage, en réalité il faut descendre de quelques marches pour le trouver, j'ai perdu du temps pour le trouver :( La salle de bain commune est correcte mais dommage que la douche et les toilettes ne soient pas séparés car pas du tout d'intimité bien que ce soit des espaces communs.

学生街でのんびりゆっくり滞在

ノリャンジン駅３番出口から徒歩１０分弱、呑み屋やカフェ街を抜けたところにある。大通りのバス停が近いので地下鉄出口よりも市バス利用が便利。水産市場で有名な駅名だが、予備校やビジネススクールが多い学生街、比較的物価が安い。深夜到着便でもセルフ・チェックイン対応（メールで要相談）してくれるので、リピート利用。ビル丸ごとコシウォン、１Ｆにフロントにスタッフがいて、夜間もチェックイン対応してくれる（深夜は除く）。１Ｆにランドリーが多数あり、長期滞在者の留学生や学生が頻繁に利用。部屋タイプ「シャワー・トイレ別シングルルーム」を予約、２～４Ｆが男性フロア、５～７Ｆが女性フロア、各フロア入口に下駄箱あり、ただしスリッパなし。室内はデスク、イス、戸棚、ラック、ベッド脇にハンガーフック、エアコン（韓国は冷房専用）あり。Ｗｉ－Ｆｉは各フロアに数台のルーター、ネットのストレスはゼロ。コンセント（ｘ４）は延長コードが備わっているのでベッド脇でも使える。バスタオルとタオル貸し出し、フロントに言えば毎日変えてもらえる。８Ｆに共用のキッチンがあり、ＩＨ、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーなどがあり、炊飯器のご飯とキムチは自由に利用可能、また夏季だからかアイスサーバーがあり、便利だった。１、３Ｆにウォーターサーバーあり。施設内は舞に市清掃が入り、清潔でキレイに保たれている、共用シャワーの水回りも清潔、洗面所にドライヤーあり。価格帯からかヨーロピアンの滞在者が多く、キッチンでの交流はなかなか楽しい。

特にないが、コシウォンなので、共用シャワーになれない旅行者だとツライかも。快適さとコストとのバランス取れる方向け。

Любые недостатки меркнут в связи с расположением номера - прямо на крыше. Я такое только в корейский фильмах видел))) По существу - обтягивающий номер 2х3 метра, кровать, кондиционер, телевизор, столик и стойка с вешалками для одежды, есть настольная лампа с регулируемой яркостью света. Собственный санузел. Очень мягкий матрас - не хочется вставать☺️ Виды на Сеул с крыши девятиэтажки 🔥

Крыша, по сути, общая зона - вечером после 23:00 пришли курильщики и долго болтали, но слышно особо не было, в итоге нормально уснул. В санузле нет раковины, неудобно.

Tout ce dont j'ai eu besoin pour me dépanner après un avion raté prolongeant mon séjour.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Laverie gratuite en libre service, ce qui est appréciable en cas de long séjour. Le tenant des lieux s'est montré très aidant et agréable.

J'ai trouvé la salle d'eau quelque peu insalubre. De plus les trois cabines de douche sont communes et ne permettent pas vraiment d'avoir son intimité.

Excellent stay, great location, would visit again.

Great location, super cute area and close to the train station. Hosts were kind and very helpful. Kitchen and laundry facilities were great.

Showers and bathroom felt pretty dirty, and there was never any toilet paper.

Convenience Worth the Price

The room is compact and super clean, and I really like the fact that I get my own room with super reasonable price. They had a mini refrigerator and also provided towels in the room, hangers, hair dryer, shampoo & bodywash (in the bathroom & shower room), and my room was warm during freezing winter. While the bathroom and trip to bathroom was a bit cold, the water heaters work super well. They also provided tissue rolls in the room, but for my own convenience tho, I brought tissue pack and also trash bags myself. The staff was also super helpful and responsive. It was a really good and nice 고시원 first experience for me 🥰🥰

Nothing. Maybe the room's wall is a bit thin for light sleepers to watch out for, but I'm really used to it 😎

Parfait je recommande

Chambre seul (chambre d’etudiant donc un lit et un bureau), cuisine équipée avec du riz a volonté gratuit cuit a la machine vapeur, service de lave linge et seiche linge gratuit et personnel tres accueillant et gentil. Emplacement proche d’un metro et des bus.

모기인지 벌레땜에 잠을 설쳫지만 2째날부터는 침에 나가기전 비치된 에프킬라로 살충하고 문단속 잘해서 나아졌어요.
