Absolutely disgusting hotel. Filthy mouldy rooms I have many videos and photos to complain to on the beach about saying it’s 5 star. Should only be 1 star.
Rude manager and staff even manager agreed as we had a meeting with him and he said it’s old and needs lots of repairs.

The area is nice, hotel facilities are average, the food is terrible 😑.. overall the hotel is average and it's worthy only at good offers also when picking a room note that it's one hotel but divided by Alsalam road to promenade beach & promenade mountain

Decent!

It’s decent for the price you pay. The food is mediocre. If you don’t spent to much time in the hotel it’s ok. I recommend it!

Great location and excellent service from all the staff. The a la carte menu offered some delicious options. Scuba centers are 5 min walk from property.

Probably the best hotel to stay at here. Hotel A/C was so nice and cold after a long and hot day at the beach. The bed is comfy, bathroom is very nice. Food is delicious. I don’t know how they make their fries but they are the best fries I’ve ever had. Also the club sandwich from the room service menu is addicting and I ate it almost daily because it’s so good. The hotel lobby is fabulous and the pool is so nice. I’d choose this over the four seasons any day. The walk to the Naama Bay shopping area is kind of long especially in the heat, but taxis are cheap. The beach is so nice and there were even some colorful fish swimming around us there. They clean your room daily and they do an amazing job. The staff is so friendly and go above and beyond for guests. Hotel has stores inside for sunscreen and any other needs which is super convenient. Definitely recommend staying on the beach side of the hotel. I originally didn’t know there were two buildings and ended up upgrading upon arrival which was definitely worth it. Naama Bay Promenade, I love you and your amazing employees <3 Definitely my first pick when I come back.

Awful from start to finish. The hotel and rooms are very tired and dirty in many places. I stayed on business for COP27 and paid a huge amount of money for it but the comments are not about value for money but rather getting the basics right. The room looked like it hadn't been refurbished for 20yrs.

Stay was okay but I was not impressed by how run down the Mountain Side hotel was. A/c, bathrooms, and building overall is needs to be refurbished. It used to be a Marriott but the quality is not the same. Buffett is poor at the mountain side but pretty nice at the beach resort across the street. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This should not be a 5-star hotel
Upon arrival, we were told to go to a different site of the hotel across the road named Naama bay promenade beach resort but the mountainside and at the same time told to pay a further $50/- per night per room if we wanted to stay at the beachside resort.
The night of check-in staff at the reception was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful, he took over 2 hours to get us to our rooms, allocated rooms were scattered across the hotel, and I was placed in room 935 with a couple of my friends in nearby rooms and other rooms were 611, 613 and so on near the reception.
My room was not even serviced, dust everywhere, no towels, no toilet paper, no toiletries in the bathroom, basin tap delivered brown stale water which suggested that room had not been used for a long time, furthermore, the bathroom was not cleaned, had red marks on the bathtub, the toilet was not cleaned, the shower curtain was black at the bottom part suggesting it was not washed for months if not years. Basin leaked on the floor and the toilet overflowed as it was blocked.
The above is my personal experience and all of my friends had similar experiences in their individual rooms this is from a 5-star resort, absolutely unacceptable standard.

My feedback is based on the current COVID situation - this hotel was not safe. The breakfast room was literally a super-spreader - nobody in masks, huge crowds, no sanitizer, lots of shared utensils. The hotel could easily fix this by taking orders for coffees/omelettes, having staff at the buffet serving. Most staff did not wear masks around the hotel (or just around their chin).
Apart from this - fantastic hotel, great wifi, beautiful setting, nice pool. Would stay again but not in COVID times!

I really enjoyed my stay at Naama Bay Promenade Resort. The hotel is greatly located next to the beach and has it’s own private beach including a beach bar & restaurant area. The location is about a 10 minutes’ walk to the main entertainment & restaurant area at Naama Bay. The pool area is amazing. My room at the ‘Beach side area’ had a garden view and was clean and comfortable. Nice hotel facilities and a friendly staff. The breakfast offered a good selection of choices. The wifi worked reasonable well and the gym was ok. Promenade Resort is overall a great hotel, which I surely recommend.

Really I am disappointed , I was been here 3 weeks ago and it was amazing stay , but now everything changed starting from un welcome reception which threatening me first day for extension if hotel mountain side open I can't accept if you extend online to stay on beach side , I just want inform management please read carefully what room type at hotels.com .. it's garden view not mountain and Incase you open the other side you should show clearly at website which side ...the rooms mountain hotel or beach hotel . Second I book king bed room , then I got 2 bed which useless and small , cleaning service is not same before when I put afternoon no disturb mark no one will come later same before and your room will not clean , next day when I ask to send cleaning service , they clean room without put shampoo or shower gel ( may be I need to buy from shop ) I didn't understand how many stars I staying in , before the keeps calling asking about if everything is ok and everything is fine . Now no one ask . Beach is very good and stuff there is good , food is same every day breakfast but it's good and fine , al carte food is good , price is value for money , hotel is really good but service is bad . Whish next stay found same old stuff and same service
