we got to our room and there was a open bottle of water among the other condiments and i almost drank it when i realized it was used , tv didn’t work nor wi-fi and when i went to the desk no staff there and had to look for some to help me . The manager came out complaining to another staff member about calls were coming to her cellphone and when i asked about the room trouble her response was oh yes the wi-fi and telephone was not working in there so we had to change rm which would not have been a problem but we had already got all of our luggage in there and after a long trip it was annoying when they new the issue already . Waited 10 minutes at front desk when checking in. Could not find anyone. I finally walked into an employee area asking for help to have someone check me in. My room looks like it was cleaned hurriedly. one morning saw employees playing a game of pool. Never saw anyone at the front desk my entire stay.

Even though the room was pre-paid for 3 nights, my employee was not allowed to check-in the first night because the credit card he presented, (for incidentals), was declined. He had to sleep in the car the first night. Aloft hotel rep. told me to book directly with the hotel next time.

It was our first time staying at an aLoft property. It was nice to have a bar and they had breakfast items to purchase that fit our allergies. Unfortunately, our room was on the same side and right above the live music that we thought would end between 9-10 pm but went much later. The staff was friendly, comfortable beds, and clean room. The property is a bit dated. Carpets were stained in the main entry and hallways. The pet fee was $50/stay. It was nice they gave us dog treats and had bowls available if we needed them. There are nice walking paths in the area, movie theater across the street, and plenty of good food nearby.

I like the contemporary look of this hotel and the front desk staff went out of the way to ensure that my stay was good and it was great. Oh the beds are so soft and the pillows and that is my concern when I stayed places: I am wondering if the beds are rock hard which affects my back in the worse way. The gentleman at the bar was the best that I have seen in a long time, since the integrity of excellent customer service went out the window with this generation. They have a happy hour that is the bomb.com.

We always enjoy staying at this aloft when we are in Little Rock. We like the atmosphere. The rooms are quiet. The bar is a fun place to relax.

Aloft is different in the way they arrange and furnish their rooms, and it loses comfort because of it. The only place to sit other than the bed is a very uncomfortable half-chair half-couch bench. It was hard, shallow, and had no back support. To use the table you had to lean forward. There is no desk or armchair.

We loved the vibe and decor. The room was spacious and very clean. The area of Little Rock it is located in is truly amazing and very safe. The bar and lounge area was great. The only negative is how very loud it seemed. I could hear everything in the room next door, the halls seemed loud, and the lobby area was a madhouse at times.

I’m old, and I like amenities like a restaurant. It is a Marriott property, and I stay with them exclusively. It is edgy. The pubic spaces and rooms are ultra modern style. But there is no restaurant only pre-made bar food and a big pantry with a microwave. Won’t be staying at one again.

The hotel was nice enough but on Friday night they have live music in their lobby/bar area. We cam back from dinner and all the parking places were taken and lobby was jam packed. After complaining about parking, an employee did go out and point us to a field area we could use. Music thumped until midnight. Buyers beware. We were told they have that Fri and Sat every weekend 😡

The hotel is fairly new and was clean and is in great condition. However, this was probably the noisiest hotel I've ever experienced. Maybe it was because I stayed over the weekend and there were events going on at the lounge downstairs, but it was incredibly annoying to hear drunken singing going on at while I'm trying to sleep. I also heard music playing at 4am Sunday morning. Not sure where it was coming from, but another reviewer mentioned a similar experience. I really wish I had seen that review before I made the reservation.
