Very easy and smooth stay. Beds are comfortable, pillows are tiny but not horrible, staff was nice. Breakfast is what you’d expect, overall a nice experience!

Me and my family had a 1 night stay before continuing our 16 hour road trip. We had two rooms, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of food options around and the staff were very helpful.

Daniel at check was absolutely fabulous, happy and professional and helpful in finding us a restaurant. The room was fine, clean, but breakfast was extremely disappointing. Tots, sausage, bacon, egg, omelette, all completely cold as if it had just come out of the refrigerator.

This hotel was not very welcoming. There are lots of signs with lots of rules. The beds were not very comfortable. The air conditioning only worked in on or off. That means you had to get out of bed to turn it off when it was too cold and get back out when it was too hot to turn it on. The breakfast ran out of orange juice and forks. It looks like they're short of help. There was an undisclosed $30 pet fee at check-in. It was advertised as pet friendly . We didn't find it that pet friendly. I really couldn't recommend this hotel.

The check-in experience wasn’t great but the hotel is fairly new and in good condition. I would consider staying there again and just hope the late-night staff has better training in the future.

This was a nice property at a good price. The pet fee was reasonable, but the pet walk area was small. In addition, there were no poop bags and the poop bag trash can was full with other refuse. The black out curtains on my room did not close, so the parking lot lights shone through the sheers all night, that wasn't fun.

Overall it looks like a highend hotel, but it misses the comfort in details, being tacky to be modern but lack of essentials to be like a home, amenities does not match other hotels in same league, shower is there, just not good enough, artwork is there but very bad taste. The worst is its lightings, like a prison cell.

The stay was ok, we came in town for a memorial service so it was a bitter sweet visit. The stay at the hotel was good . the only complaint I would have was that there were strands of hair in sink and bathroom shower, so we cleaned it ourselves, outside of that it was ok.

Average hotel. Free breakfast is unappetizing but edible. Only real complaint is that the pillows are ridiculously small. Fine for a small child but doesn’t come close to being enough for an adult.

I was not pleased with the level of cleanliness. I requested another room which turned out the same. If they shampoo rugs, clean the walls, and bathroom shower pans it would get a higher rating. Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable. To their credit, the breakfast was excellent offering a variety of food. It needs an overall cleaning, then it would be a nice place to stay.

It was a brief overnight stay while on the road. Though the hotel is in a difficult area, it was a nice place at the end of the road and immediately next to another Radisson property. I was pleased.

Property Was clean, well kept and comfortable. Room was quiet and we were able to control the amount light. We slept well. Breakfast was adequate, not great but not bad either. Lobby coffee was very good and available early (5:30 AM). Excellent value for the money

Friendly staff, awesome check in, very clean property, very attentive. The only reason this wasn't a full 10 was because my keys didn't work at the beginning, but the staff were very diligent in remedying that issue. I will definitely return next time.
