Very beautiful and welcoming. Quiet and restful but close to Duval. Would suggest to exchange hot tub for cool water. Missed not having tv in my room. Freshly prepared beakfast with different daily choices was wonderful. I recommend this beautiful b&b.

This was a beautiful property. Loved the tropical grounds, the treats and drinks in the kitchen and the breakfast and breakfast service. We arrived early and were allowed to check in early and allowed to leave our bags after checkout until we left for the ferry.

We stayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean.
We had the Papaya room, which is the smallest room, but It was beautifully decorated and made excellent use of space.
The grounds are lush and tropical with several seating areas for breakfast and relaxing. It is so peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk to lively Duval Street. The breakfasts were excellent, with a different hot entrée each day.
We are Catholic and were thrilled to discover The Basilica of St. Mary Star of the Sea was directly across the road, providing easy access to Mass.
I would highly recommend this B&B.

What a wonderful experience staying here is! This is our second time and we will be back! We stayed in the Garden Room which has it's own little patio with a door going there f rom the room. The shower is great, Everything is very clean. And did I mention the breakfasts? Each day there is a new breakfast the wonderful cook makes. We had omelets, pancakes and breakfast burritos while we were there. There is also a breakfast bar with yogurt, a variety of breads, including banana bread, and these great little fruit cups. Everything was fresh and delicious. There is also a welcoming cocktail hour from 4-5 with wine and snacks and there are snacks, water coffee available all day long Easy walking or biking distance to all of the attractions.
They also have bikes available. We love this place!

The staff waited on us hand and foot, and were so kind & friendly! The grounds were like being in your own oasis, and truly were a breath of freah air during the summer heat!! Our room was amazing, small but everything that we needed was supplied: top of the line toiletries, soft & fluffy towels, bathrobes, soft sheet, and so much more! The B&B also provides beach towels, beach bags, sun block, bug spray, beach chairs, anything you need that you dont feel like packing!! They are 1 block from the free bus loop, and 2 blocks from Duval. Everything was SUPER convenient and easy, amking an excellent vacation!! It felt like home 💜

The breakfast could have been better with different options , but overall the place was beautiful.

The house is lovely. The only thing I would change is the receptionist. She was not friendly and didn’t give us any info about our stay. We had to ask what time breakfast was. When we were leaving we saw bikes. It would have been nice to know there were bikes bc we would have used them. We could have saved money a stayed at a hotel but we paid more for the bed and breakfast and I just expected better service. The receptionist should work in a call center not in hospitality. But again, the house and grounds are beautiful.

Wonderful little in in great location! Service level was so high, making hot breakfast on order. We envoyés som great wine in the garden after a full day out exploring.

We enjoyed our stay, but we would probably not stay again. The service was excellent. The place was beautiful. They had a wonderful breakfast every morning and cocktails in the afternoon. The only things we didn’t like was how small our room was and the parking situation leaves a lot to be desired. So if you bring a car and park behind somebody in the driveway you have to put your keys in a basket so that they can move your car for you, when you have a rental car anybody else moving the car isn’t on the contract. If the lot is full, you have to park on the street or in the church parking lot. we did not feel comfortable leaving our car which was a rental on the streets or in a church parking lot when we were not familiar with the area and it looked a little sketchy at times. If you don’t bring a car and you don’t mind a small room , a beautiful place

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this gorgeous bed and breakfast. Our room (Key Lime) was beautiful, quiet and surrounded by tropical gardens. A delicious hot breakfast was served in a garden, and a small buffet of cold items was out every morning. The inn is just beautiful and we highly recommend. We will return.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was wonderful. The staff is excellent all around! I think the bikes should be complimentary to the guests but would definitely stay again. Thanks for the great stay.

It’s a nice place and convenient to everything! I stayed there twelve years ago and seems different perhaps new management. Difficulty booking as website did not work well for a phone and couldn’t get anyone to answer phone. Booked on Expedia instead. Breakfast weak!

We loved our spacious room on the first floor. We were so close to the heated and jetted pool and enjoyed relaxing in the nice chaises. Breakfast was in a cute circular brick patio with a fountain. Lots of free drinks and snacks and happy hour from 4-5.
A very nice stay!

Really enjoyed our time in KW and this location is great proximity to all the touristy things. Parking was a little hairy with limited spots. The noise level at night was a bit much, but that’s what you get for close to the action. Warm breakfast was great. Cleaning crew was excellent.

Pros:
-You feel secluded from the surrounding neighborhood.
-Surrounded by many different plants and trees. Very lush. It is like a tropical getaway.
-Very clean room and main house.
-The staff was pretty friendly. My wife did have one get snippy with her about water. She asked for bottled water (the fridge was empty of it) and the staff person said "There's water on the table" (they had water with fruit wedges, etc in a pitcher). We wanted bottled for our bike trip.
-Adults only is nice, no noisy kids running around.
Cons:
-The surrounding neighborhood can be noisy during primetime hours but does quiet down after 10 pm.
-Breakfast was good but other reviewers have said it could be better. I sort of agree. We were paying $500 a night and it could have been more robust.
I wish they had a hot tub. The tub they have is called I believe a soaking tub. It is 93 degrees but not quite like a hot tub on sore muscles.
-The cottage rooms are SMALL. The online pictures are deceiving. The Papaya and Lime rooms are very tiny.

Amazing Bed and Breakfast! We stayed in the Papaya Room and it was very cozy and beautifully decorated. The grounds are so beautiful with plenty of seating for a delicious breakfast prepared by the staff or to just relax by the pool. Great location close to Duval street.
