The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I have some suggestions that do not relate to the staff. 1. There was just one luggage rack in the room with minmal hooks and nowhere to hang clothes or surfaces to place clothes or other items. Please at least install more hooks on the TV wall. 2. The automatic trash bins don't work. Regular ones would be better and would probably be easier for the cleaning staff. 3. It was pretty bright in the room even with all the shades closed. 4. As a solo female traveller the locks on the door did not make me feel safe enough. While Key West is generally a safe town, this is something females always need to think about. I put the room chair leaning on the door when I went to bed as that provided at least a noise situation should the door be opened from the outside. I didn’t get much sleep during my visit. If I were travelling with someone, I would have probably felt more secure.

The hotel was very close to where the ferry comes in and out of. The hotel staff was amazing, they were so helpful and friendly. It is a few blocks away from Duvall, so it was quiet.

Eden House had everything that we needed for our weekend getaway to Key West. As first time visitors it was the perfect location within walking distance of all the top places to visit. The hotel was clean and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property in general was very well maintained and we will return!

Staff was great. Location was good. Short walk to Duvall street. We were there for my wife’s birthday. Our friend asked the front desk to get us some cupcakes. They brought us cupcakes a balloon and a bottle of wine. We will definitely stay again

Our check in was wonderful. They showed us where everything was located in the hotel then offered us a free welcome beverage. Our room was on the second floor. There are no elevators. We had to carry our own luggage up the stairs. Room was clean upon entering. There were not enough outlets to plug in our electronics especially upstairs near the main bedroom. Also there was only one air conditioner. It didn’t cold enough upstairs for my friend to sleep comfortably. She ended up sleeping on the couch day 3. The pool was nice but small. The bartender was extremely nice and accommodating. The location made it worth the price for me. It was a short walk or Lyft ride to everything popular and on our itinerary.

Great Hotel with excellent amenities. I will definitely come back to this Gem :-) The staff is friendly and answered all my questions and needs. The area is quiet safe and just a few blocks from the main activities. Restaurants near by are good for breakfast and dinner. A must stay when in the keys.

They were excellent. The whole staff welcomed me in and gave me a tour of the property. Also after checking my ID gave me a drink to enjoy the start to my evening. Room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Will be staying here every time I come back to Key West.

Room was extremely small. Literally no room between bed and wall. Had to crawl across bed to enter room. Toilet, shower and sink all separate from each other. Sink in room next to bed. Just ridiculously small.

Quiet and restful! Rooms are clean. Staff works very hard to make your stay pleasing. Building is very old with the southern charm. Has some electrical issues that need updated. Our room was very tight with little to no storage. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the porch swing on our porch.

Its a very nice property. Pool lovely. Great that theres a locker in lobby to store luggage. Only 2 neg points: 1. Dont stay in rm 104. Thr frogs croak all night long even over air conditioner and fan. They're right outside room in fountain. 2. The pool bar is out rageous. 2 double shot of Jack Daniels was $61. Wouldn't do that again. Bring your own booze. In general would stay again not in 104 or probably not 105.

I chose the best room ever! The rooms run kind of small and since I was going to stay for a week I paid a little more for a bigger room, and it was totally worth it. The mattress and the sheets were great.

We loved this place! It felt like an oasis! Room was clean and modern, pool and area were welcoming. Welcome drink at check in, tiki bar open late afternoons with Happy Hour specials. Quiet neighborhood, but walkable distance to the hustle and bustle of Duval and the seaport. Great bakery for breakfast nearby, several grocery/ convenience stores, the free Duval Loop bus stop was right across the street. We will be back!

The staff at Eden Place were very friendly and helpful. The pool was refreshing in the Florida heat. Great food choices within walking or bike riding distance. We enjoyed a fishing trip, sunset cruise and lots of good food while we stayed at Eden Place.

Our stay was made more pleasant by the staff. Maria went out of her way to make our stay run smoothly. We traveled during the IT debacle so her kindness was much appreciated. Mercedes also went out of her way. The hotel is located so that all interesting places are 10-20 minutes away by foot. Service and grounds are very nice. The only downside was the size of the rooms.

I’m picky but this did the job just fine. Happy and will return. Very pleased. 24 hr check in helped alleviate worry of arriving late. AC worked well with a fan in room Clean room and bathroom. No frills but perfect for a quick weekend getaway Pool and hot tub were nice Hammocks in back provided for nice escape Quiet grounds Parking no problem (but no guarantees) Walkable to shopping area. Renting a bike next time for quickness Staff attentive Will be returning

This was my first trip to Key West and the Eden House helped make it very nice! The retro look and friendly staff were amazing. The parking situation was not ideal but that is prevalent in Key West. Other than having longer Tiki bar hours the place was great! I will not hesitate to stay there again.

We were in a room near the front desk and the staircase which was closed for painting. I believe if the staircase would've been open it would've been a bit noisy. The sink was outside the bathroom un the bedroom but it wasnt an issue for us. The bed was comfortable, a/c was good and mini fridge was convenient. The staff was very friendly. Parking is limited. We didnt have an issue as we parked in the small lot the first day and walked the whole visit. I know some other quests had issues with the parking but not the hotels fault.
