The front desk check in clerk was less than welcoming. The heat didn't work well and the clerk just said to wait a while and it should get warmer. When I asked for an extra blanket, she said that they don't have extra blankets. The bathroom fixtures were falling apart, especially the shower. The continental breakfast was the worst. Never again.

Pretty descent but did not like that they wouldn't accept cash. Towel rack was broken. Grab and go breakfast was mostly sugary and GMO. Coffee was descent. Creamer seemed old though.

The room was clean and spacious. Covers very thin ( bring a blanket). People above were very noisy but overall our stay was quiet. I was charged $25 per night for my dog ( beware) you're told it's a one time fee over the phone. I would stay again if the pet fee wasn't nightly.

The wonderful receptionist called to see how my initial view of the room was. I told her the floor was super sticky and you could see my every step. Also there were small"brown drops" that led from the toilet toward the room door. Yuck!!! The shower corners could use a little bleach to bleach away the buildup there. Bed was comfy!!

The shower drain was clogged. The kitchen did not have any items, you needed to go to the reception desk to obtain plates, silverware, etc. The bottom of the chair in the room was full of dust, the chair in the corner still had a piece of plastic from the previous guest. Not what we expected at all.

They did not honor the reservation at all! I chose for “Reserve now, pay later” of course it did got my credit card info but it should have bot charged at all! I was 3 hours away from the hotel, driving that direction when my card said “transaction decline”….. of course it was going to decline, i had 10 dollars less than the price of the hotel, but that was not the issue, the issue is they charged from my credit card when i was specifically got the option to pay in the hotel! Once i get to the hotel i told them i have a reservation under my name! They could not find anything! So they checked again, there it was! They said i had canceled the reservation, i got mad, showed the confirmation number then told them i did not wanted to pay earlier, i was going to pay in person! Yet they did nothing! All they said was “you want a room, you have to pay for deposit”!!!!! It was late, i was tired of driving! I just didnt had the strength to keep arguing, paid the damn deposit and got the room i originally reserved for a few dollars more 😡😡😡 Besides that, they said they had free hot breakfast, 9am and i found nothing but coffee and a few cookies! What a joke!

Room appeared clean, however when my little boy went to bed apparently there was some kind of wet stain in the bed mid way, when I told then up front they had to go have a look and then decided that it was our fault, wouldn't have been such a bad expiernce but felt like they were blaming us and just wanted a new room so I could clean whatever was now on my child off, he is 8 years old and has NEVER wetted the bed.

We reserved the hotel for me and my family. bathroom, kitchen area and curtain from the room were dirty. Front desk was always alone, there where nobody ever at the front desk, also other people (not staying at the hotel) where able to come inside of the hotel. We went to have breakfast and the 2 bathrooms were always clogged and full of poop and sink dirty. At the beginning our reservation were for 8 days but we had to cancel it after our 3rd day.

Pros: Pretty area Comfortable bed Kitchenette Some food available in the morning. Cons: Its not near a grocery store. My rooms deadbolt didn’t work. My fire alarm kept beeping. I had to practically beg to get someone to come fix it. The first room I was in stank like urine. The AC unit is motion sensored and it wasnt very sensative, so every time I sat still it would turn off. The room was unbearable. When I mentioned a problem at the front desk, she just said thats how they all work. I had to get creative and rig a shirt to wave with the AC fan so the the sensor would stay tripped so I could stay cool. The breakfast is coffee with creamer, eggs, yogurt and muffins. Thats it. If you ask for anything, the answer was almost always "no".

Clean. No service problems. Breakfast is a yogurt and a bad bag of oatmeal. No mirror in the room other than over the sink. Such little things are so easy to fix. I don't see why not.

In general, the property was fine for the price range. The staff was pleasant and informative. The property and room were clean. About 12 years ago I stayed in an ESA property for nearly 2 months during an apartment search. This property was much less accommodating than my previous stay. Parking and the elevator location was the worst part of the stay. But we were only there for one night for preflight convenience.

So my initial arrival I was a little concerned. Lobby really not friendly and inviting. Location kind of secluded. When we got to hallway off of elevator, carpet looked as it had not been vacuumed in weeks. Our room was right by elevator, so I was concerned about noise in the morning. Once we entered room, it was all very clean. Room was large, full size refrigerator and small stove. The best part was the comfort of the beds and the nice bedding. Great black out shades and it was so quiet. We never heard anyone in halls or getting on and off of elevator. They were so nice to accommodate us as we were needing to check out a little later (ended up being 15 min. past check out time).

The rooms were excellent , bed was good compared to most hotels . The bad part was I called 3 times to let them know I would arrive midnight to 1 am. I arrived 12:55 and was told there system was down and would have to wait 15 mins. After you’ve driven 5 hours and want to sleep and have your dog with you sometimes waiting 15 mins is much more inconvenient then people think.
