The room was small, but sufficient. The cost of just the room would have been worth it, but they charge you for everything. $50 valet charge daily. $30 food "credit" use it or lose it, but everything on the menu is over $17. Total scam. Ended up costing me ~$900 for a 2-night stay.

I left a note and confirmed with both front desk and management staff that a bouquet of flowers and champagne could be brought to the room for my wife’s birthday. I waited around all day expecting the delivery to surprise her and finally at 9pm went down to the desk when I was notified that they forgot and “would see what they can do”. This was an incredibly disappointing trip.

This was our second time staying at the Element in Miami Brickell. One of the best parts of this hotel is the location as it is in the heart of downtown and the amenities like the pool. During this trip, we were celebrating our recent engagement. Melissa checked us in and right from the start made us feel so welcomed. The following day, Melissa surprised us by reserving an engagement themed cabana decorated with balloons, a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie spread. It truly was so thoughtful of Melissa to put to this together for us and it made us feel so special!! Melissa is a superstar manager and represents the Element Hotel with the upmost professionalism and care! We cannot wait to come back!

The hotel is clean, the people are friendly, and the room is spacious and peaceful. The location is very convenient and close to many places we wanted to visit. We didn't have breakfast there (we slept in), but it is included in the fee. The only thing to be aware of is that they charge you almost $50 for overnight parking/night. There is also a $20 "destination fee", something that they tell you you have a credit for use in the bar or other, but we almost didn't stay in the hotel, so we didn't use it and still had to pay. So, make sure to add that to your fee.

I booked this hotel with friends for a bar crawl and it was walking distance of all the bars, even close to American Social with a beautiful view of the water and passing boats. I recommend eating there as brunch was amazing. The staff was very friendly. Only downside is that valet parking is the only available parking at $49 per night but it’s worth it. You pay for a $20 credit you can use for the Tesla car service, food, or drink at the bar. The rooms were bigger than they looked. Says it sleeps 4 but the couch turns into a sofa bed that sleeps 2 more!

Bathroom cabinet was broken, upon arrival and first time using it fell on my foot causing a painful injury, notified front desk twice and nothing was done. They didn't come and fix it, no assistance was offered and upon check out was told they would reach out to me. 3 Days after and no communication. Housekeeping never got to us in the morning or event noon, they would show up at 4:45pm and was told they could not wait because they would end their shift at 5pm, meaning on several days our room was not cleaned and just received towels.

The property is located next to the metro, so its noisy, there was a construction going on, so we had to walk to the corner and explain every uber they couldn't pick us up from the entrance. It was VERY confusing because some floors were a different hotel, the staff would use the same elevators so they were constantly crowded. Our room was small, they didn't clean it unless you actually talked to someone and asked. I tried using a dish and the one below it was broken, with a hair and very dirty. Same with all the cups. Hotel was very run down as well.
