Our non smoking room had the smell of Marijuana. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. I reported it the first night. No one ever came to remove it. I reported it again. The front desk offered a discount. We haven't received it yet.

We checked in with no issues. My key card lost its memory sitting next to my iPhone. The room was older and cold (a/c worked great!). The toilet rocked forward and back. Pretty minimalist accommodations. Decent value. “Breakfast” was very minimalist with no area to sit. The drink vending machine broke after 2 drinks. My first time will be my last time.

Stay was ok stay over there for four nights due to my mom had a procedure done and it was close to her doctors office. Mom would stay in the room while I went to work. When we left I clean the room even mop the floor. Was going to stay there yesterday because my mom had a follow up. And they said that we can’t stay there because there was a smell when we left. We clean the place too to bottom. I didn’t tell them that the rooom had dirty sheets and there was dirty under the bed. I brought my two service dogs and they were in the cage. We would go there so my mom and relax and play at the local casino because some of the casino don’t except dogs. I will not go there are my are my fellow co workers are even family.

It was a nice quiet night I slept like a baby and then I hit the shower just to find out that nothing but hot boiling water could come out of the shower I tried all knob positions before I Karen up and complained about it the front desk was not helpful at all they said that the maintenance people showes up around 9 am
I had to pull a backpacker shower style if you know what I mean

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The smell in the hall made me sick. The cleanliness was the worst part. Other people’s hair on the shower wall.

Just didn’t like how I had to pay 100 for the night

It was a comfortable place to stay in for the night. Clean fridge and the kitchen area is a plus.

Front desk personnel at nights rude including Manager. Younger staff during checkout was awesome.

Room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and comfortable

The room was comfortable, but it is an extended stay... people who live there hang outside a lot. People who live there argue in the hallway and cops were there. The one lady (older) at front desk was friendly, the rest ignore you and do t bother to speak when you past by. Extended stay Temecula has a highway view and smokers surround the place. Bcuz there lots of kids who run, do all to get the 3rd floor if that is something that will bother you. There is no daily room care and the only cable channel is showtime and all the movies were old. If you need to it's not horrible, but it's not Caesar's palace either.

Worst hotel experience of my life! I drove 14hours only to arrive at this hotel and not have a room for my reservation. I made a reservation 1 week in advance and was told when I arrived at 8pm that because I did not arrive earlier my room was given away to guests that showed up before me even though I was the one with the reservation. I was told it is "pretty much first come first served and there was nothing that could be done".

The hotel and other guests were smelly and sketchy respectively. The room however was clean.
The room didn't have shampoo/conditioner in room. If you wanted, I was told I would need to request at front desk in lobby. Not convenient. In addition, there was no coffee maker or supplies in room. Considering the hotel is advertised as an extended stay. . . Not as expected.

The room were outdated, the room wasn’t really cleaned there was left over food gunk in the kitchen, the bathroom had mold painted over it and did not ventilate well leading to lost of water dripping and the paint was chipping off. It was just poorly taken care of and the place in general smelled really bad! We booked no smoking and not pets room because of the allergies and no matter how many rooms we saw they all were horrible…we had to settle to at this point for the lesser part or which one was worse…plus you cannot get a hold the lobby person in the evening for anything…it did the trick but we tried to stay away from the room as much as possible

I found bed bugs as soon as I walked by the bed. They were crawling all over the blankets. I immediately went back to the front desk to inform the manager of the situation. The manager didn’t even apologize or offered us another room. The manager just said “I will refund your money.” I will never reserve another room with Extended Stay America again.

Good area, convenient, and staff was nice. Issues were the cleanliness of the room. Floor and carpet were dirty. Under the bed there was receipts and someone’s socks.

The stay was good overall. I did not realize nor read that this hotel did not clean the rooms daily...we only stayed two days so no big deal. The staff was nice though.

Great location next to major freeway and convenient to local wineries.

The receptionist was very nice but rooms are very dirty. The first room I was put in looked like it had blood splatter on the lamp shade that had been covered with paint and there was sticky stuff all over the counters that came off when wiped so I don’t think the room was cleaned. Second room was a lot cleaner except the dried vomit splattered on the bed skirt.

No shampoo and conditioner in the room floor was . My son was asked and invited to some strangers room.

Good location. Close to restraints, shopping access to freeway. Hotel looks nice from exterior but n interior needs work. Restroom had mold stains on wall. Room floors were sticky. Everything in the room worked good room just needs a good cleaning

The room was not clean properly and this property is used mostly for low income people living there .
Will not stay ever again !

It was fine except the bed didn't have any blanket. Just a sheet and top cover that wasn't thick at all. I froze all night.

Room is much smaller than I thought an extended stay place would be. It had a fridge with ice trays, no ice machine. My grandson wanted to stay with us and we could barely get an air mattress in the room. The hallway smelled terrible, but I’m sure that was a guest cooking in their mini kitchen.

We had a good night overall.

Attended a wedding in the area and didn’t want to have to drive back home, late & 45 minutes drive… so opted for a lower priced option, in a hotel!! I was totally surprised by how nice this place was!! We definitely will always make America Extended Stay an option!

There we lots of people romming arround , they looked like a temporary shelter. It was advertised as free breakfast, it was more like coffee, room was next to the freeway , wall view, not a 250.00 dollar room, rip off.

Just fine.

This was for just a place to sleep after an event in the area. There are "supplies" such as kitchen items and shampoo available at the desk but you have to ask for them. The bathroom has NO storage or counter space AT ALL!! It was relatively clean but definitely the bare basics.

This “hotel” reminded me to ALWAYS read reviews. Please don’t be fooled by this place like I was. This is an apartment complex. I’m pretty sure we were the only overnight guests last night. If you like the smell of curry and stale cigarette smoke this is your spot! Everything felt and looked dirty and run down. Tons of highway noise. You have to ask the front desk for anything you might need like Shampoo.
The beat up junker fridge in the “kitchen” was so damn noisy I had to unplug it.
Grab and go breakfast was a cold muffin and crap coffee set up in their dirty lobby.
