This hotel is new and Metro. The four star is due to concierge not having transport cart available for luggage otherwise very nice clean stay everything is new and updated.

Hotel was great. I do think for the price if a special occasion is mentioned an acknowledgement of some kind would be nice. Even if it’s just a card or note. I did mention in my booking that we were in town visiting to celebrate my bff’s 50th birthday. Although many hotels will give a complementary wine or snack or something I didn’t really know what to expect but again a small gesture of any kind would’ve been cool.

Amazing hotel will modern comforts, great anwnities and exceptional service. No matter where we were in the hotel the staff was always focused on service and that we enjoyed our stay. Food was delicious!

This hotel is so clean and beautiful and modern. So many update luxuries even in the standard rooms. The amenities are awesome. The restaurants were delicious. It was hard trying to find something to do that was worth leaving the hotel

The area overall is beautiful, it’s things to do near the property if you’re interested. They also had live music which I loved. The staff was also very nice. My favorite part was the room it was so gorgeous and very clean. Overall my experience was great.

The hotel was beautiful but the service was poor. I dropped off my car for valet parking upon check-in. After loading our luggage onto a cart, they promised they would be right behind us and deliver our belongings to our room. I was waiting with my 7-month-old son for 45 minutes after check-in before having to go downstairs and retrieve the cart myself. On top of that, only 1 of 3 elevators was working, and when I requested an ice bucket delivery (there’s no ice machine for guest use), I was told it would arrive in a certain window and it never came. When I reached out again noting this, they assured me it would arrive shortly, and it still never came.

I loved this hotel! I’m big on nice hotels! From the front Desk (Andy) he was amazing and accommodated me and my family. The room was very modern and high tech! The toilet warms cleans and drys your bum. The technology was top tier. Ok I had a personal cabana at the pool I stayed in there most of Saturday. I had several options of which bar or restaurant I wanted. This will be our choice again in September

Excellent hotel! Suite was amazing and worth the $$. Only thing that could be improved was meal hours/etc. With no room service past 10 pm and restaurant kitchens closing the same time, eating late is not an option.
