Easy walk to town adequate parking
Accommodating host
What would have made it perfect was a pint of milk ( less than a £)
And a headboard

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was a lovely, self-contained space. The room is large, and there is plenty of storage space. The bed was super comfy and spacious. Tea bags and coffee were provided, which was a nice touch as well as multiple cleaning products. The shower was nice and hot and powerful. The owners left you to yourself but were easily contacted. The location is very near the town but remote enough that it is on a really quiet road. I highly recommend staying here.
There was slight squeaky noise now and again. It didn't affect my sleep or my time but may irritate somebody. It easily could have been the fridge, which is going to make a slight noise as expected. I really couldn't fault my stay other than that. Thank you!

Central location.
Good, private facilities.
Handy to have a microwave and crockery.
Easy to access the doorkey.
Richard gave plenty of good directions.
Some little pots of UHT milk would have been useful so I could have had tea/coffee when I arrived. There was some dried milk, actually. This is only a minor point, I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Great location and really good to have own parking space too.
Comfortable bed and good shower pressure.
I had a friends 40th so needed somewhere to stay near the centre but didn’t want to pay over £100!
Really great value for money, spacious, and comfortable.

We went for a one night theatre trip and the location is excellent for an easy walk to Guildford. Good value especially with the parking.
Nothing.

Easy access, communication seamless, clean property with everything as described.

Free parking, and close to town centre.
It could have done with better towels and a small TV rather than a microwave.

There was a toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery to enable you to enable you to buy groceries for breakfast and heat ready meals but I chose to eat out.
The only thing that the room could have done with was a TV to keep up with the news and weather forecast. The property has no phone signal so I had to walk up the hill to make an urgent phone call.

Great location. Checked in early. Nice sized room. Nice little private courtyard and parking. Lovely area.
The bed is very firm.

Good no frills basic stay in Guildford. As per pictures. Private parking space. Room temp fine in December - central heating when main property has heating on. Portable heater extremely effective for the space. Clean.

The accommodation was by far the least expensive so we knew it would not be luxurious. However, the shower was decent, the bed was fairly comfortable and it was clean. A fridge in the room was useful. A quiet location with a short walk into town. Also having a parking space is a massive bonus as Guildford is known for limited. expensive parking.
Very limited ‘extras’. 2 odd tumblers were the only glasses available. One bath towel and 2 hand towels for 2 people for 3 nights. (We didn’t ask for extra, I am sure if we had they would have been provided) No toiletries, just an antibacterial liquid soap. No mirror in the bedroom but you can use the door of the microwave if you tip it forward a bit!!

Very convenient for the town centre, great to have a parking space too. Its no frills, very functional and excellent value. It was perfect for my one night stay in Guildford.
Nothing to dislike as long as you understand its simple, affordable accommodation close to a busy town centre with a parking space. Don't go expecting a TV, comfy chair etc! Very handy, I would stay again.

Very quiet area. Had what we needed for one night's stay.

Great location, walking distance (5 mins) to local shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Host was responsive and gave all relevent details.
Although basic in facilities, the tea and coffee were a nice touch.
I arrived at dusk, so it was very dark and around the car parking space there is no light. There are wooden beams amongst the gravel to help with parking, however in the wet these are EXTREMILY slippery and unfortunately I slipped whilst walking to the property and cut my knee. Please be careful!
The microwave is placed quite high up, which can make using it a little dangerous.

location was brilliant
it’s not really designed with the traveller in mind. there is one chair to sit instead of having a little table and 2 chairs so you can sit and have a cuppa. the cutlery and glasses are a bit if a Mish mash. it would be nice to have had some wine glasses and maybe an ice tray. The shelf in the kitchen is in an awkward place and both my husband and I hit our heads on it. I feel like everything’s been thrown together without much thought. There was no T.V. The radiator was never turned on.

All was fine. The room and facilities were pretty basic but that was expected and everything suited my purposes perfectly. The room is situated on a very quiet street and a twenty minute walk to the train station.

Small. Messy. Cold
