About this cabin rental

PEAK RETREAT: Our 4 BR 1900 SQF cabin with beautiful mountain peak views, a fully equipped kitchen with a large family room and game room is the perfect place for your family & friends to enjoy the Smokies. Enjoy the mountain views from the upper-level porch & lower-level patio or relax in the hot tub in the nice big garden style backyard. On the upper level the cabin features a master king room with a full bathroom and on the lower level there are 2 king rooms, a bunk room and 2 full bathrooms.

THE SPACE

Walk up the front steps to the main floor; the heart of the cabin featuring large open ceiling, windows overlooking the mountains, well equipped kitchen, living & dining areas.

The living room & dining areas are furnished with a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, 65” smart TV, table with seating for eight and a breakfast bar seating four, enough room for everyone to enjoy a meal together or just sit back and watch a movie. Feel right at home in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to keep the crew happy & well fed!

Just off the living room area is a balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains with plenty of space to sit & relax while taking in the view and an electric grill for those special BBQs.

On the other side of the kitchen, you will find an oversized master king room with a full bathroom and a private workspace.

Coming down the steps into the game room you will be greeted with a brand-new full wall Tennessee Americana moonshine mural in the game room. The game room features a pool table, a custom 60 in 1 arcade game built into an authentic decommissioned George Dickel whisky barrel, plenty of board & card games for the whole family, mini fridge for your drinks, a 65” TV and pub style seating to enjoy the big game!! The game room is sure to keep all ages entertained. Continue the fun on the patio just outside the game room with more seating. The washer & dryer are behind the game room.

Down the hall you will find a king room, a full bathroom, another king room with a full ensuite bathroom and a bunk room with a twin over twin log bed & a twin over full log bed, our kids love them!!

Outside you will find a large private garden style yard with a large hot tub and patio furniture. The backyard is large & flat, which is rare in the mountains so you can enjoy some outdoor games.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Peak Retreat is located on Webb Mountain in the exclusive Cobbly Nob community. The community is fronted by a sparkling mountain stream running through a beautiful 18-hole par 72 golf course designed by three-time Masters and British Open Championship Winner Gary Player.
As a guest you will have free access to two community pools and a tennis court. Cobbly Nob is the only community in the area with 24-hour security.
Cobbly Nob is just down the road from the Greenbriar entrance to Great Smoky Mountain National Park and only a short drive to the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Community, all the action of Downtown Gatlinburg and the Sugarlands entrance to GSMNP.

You will have the whole cabin to yourself!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

For your convenience we have a pack N play, highchair, and baby bath in the cabin. Please bring a sheet for the pack N play.
We provide a starter set of laundry detergent, dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, 1 toilet paper per bathroom, organic body soap, Mountain Fresh Nourishing shampoo, and trash bags per reservation. There is no daily housekeeping service.
PET POLICY: Guest to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $100 per stay for up to two dogs (NO CATS or other pets allowed). Max of 2 Dogs. No Aggressive breeds allowed. (Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, etc.) Dog must be under 65 lbs. Pets must be housebroken. Please see house rules for full pet conditions.
NETFLIX: You can enjoy our Netflix subscription or login to the streaming service of your choice. Please note we do not have cable at this point. All TVs are either smart TVs or equipped with a Roku device.
BBQ: There is an electric BBQ located on the upper balcony. Please note that it is just not feasible to clean this after every guest, and so you may have to clean it before use, depending on how the last guest left it.
The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig machine however, we do not provide K cups so be sure to bring some of your own!
Absolutely no Smoking! Smoking is only allowed in the driveway.
Security: For the safety and security of the owner and guests there is a security camera that automatically records audio and video of the exterior of the property. The camera does not point toward windows or the spa.
**NOTE! This cabin is winter friendly, but we do not offer refunds for weather. Please check the weather before you come and be prepared with all-wheel-drive and groceries should it snow.
Access: The front door has an electronic lock; you will be provided with the code a few days before check-in.

This property was so clean! We didn't worry about going barefoot in the house at all. That might be a first! The kids loved the game room and there was a lot of sitting in the living room to watch the Olympics. We all loved the access to the pool(s). The location was perfect for being away from Gaitlinburg and so close in terms of traveling there.

Wonderful experience! The drive to the cabin was a bit nerve wracking as it is a narrow roadway and very uphill, but I am not used to that terrain. The cabin had plenty of space for all of us. It was private, clean, and cozy. Absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains from the deck! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Gatlinburg.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and the views were great. Any issues we had with the property were tiny (no cleaning products for the counter top, the dryer took forever to dry our clothes) and did not impact our overall enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property!

OMG the view is breathtaking and the cabin is beautiful! Upstairs is the living area and kitchen with a king bedroom and bathroom and downstairs is 2 more king bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds and a game room. Had plenty of room for all of us! The only complaint is the upstairs bedroom could use a new mattress or pillow topper! It’s about 20 minute drive into where everything is in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but we loved the area the cabin was beautiful on a golf course! Also the price was good! Thank you so much!

We stayed here for a long family weekend in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and had a great time! It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 1 child with plenty of extra room. Location was great and not too far from town. Loved the proximity to the golf course, the back and side yard, hot tub, and pool table! Great views from the deck and front of the house as well. Would definitely come back!

Not just my stay but from booking to the end of our stay was the best. Upon arrival I realized I couldn’t find my entry code but call contact information number and within minutes was able to gain entrance. Host had given me all the information but I was not able to locate. Did I forget to mention we arrived late about 11pm and received a response like it was 11am. The cabin was just like home every thing we needed was there. All we had to do was get food from grocery store. If I could give more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would this Cabin is a 10 plus for me and my family.

Highly recommend this property! My family and I had a great time during our stay. It has plenty of space, very nice furnishings, was very clean and came with all the necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, games, etc) It has such a beautiful view from the upstairs porch. We played pool, got in the hot tub, relaxed on the porch. It is in a great location. We even saw a bear while we were there. And my sons loved the golf course. Would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish this host has been prompt in contact and more than gracious to accommodate my family. The cabin was absolutely perfect true to picture. We enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for us. Very clean and the views were great. Close to all the shops and food. We got to see a mama bear and her 3 cubs in the back yard. The cubs were climbing the trees. Its was so cool to see. Over all stay was 5 stars. Thank you for the experience. One thing I will say it needs more pots and pans.

We planned a quick trip with friends for Spring break. We were traveling with 2, 2 year olds and 3 other kids 5-10. The place had everything we needed, plenty of space. Very clean. Our host was in touch the whole time to make sure our trip was going well. I would stay here again for sure!

This is a great property for three or four families with children. The bunk bed room was a hit. The location is on one of the quiet sides of the Smokies and is accessible to trailheads and downtown Gatlinburg. The owner is assisted by MountainAir Cleaning and Maintenance and I cannot say enough about how great they were in assisting us with two small issues. They communicate promptly and went the extra mile to assist us. We have had really bad experiences with other companies. The owner and his team should be commended!

We planned a trip to Gatlinburg for my sons birthday and found ourselves not wanting to leave the cabin. We had such a nice time telling stories, playing games with the family, and relaxing we lost track of time. Would defiantly recommend this cabin.

We were thrilled with so many things- the cabin decor, mountain views from all windows, game room and hot tub, and a quick easy drive to the heart of Gatlinburg. We love to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room for our big family, we hope to be back soon!

My family and I stayed at Peak Retreat for a few days before Thanksgiving for our first trip to the Smoky Mountains, the property was just as described. The wall in the basement is a painted mural that was very impressive. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. Luckily the only bears we saw were at Smokey Mountain National Park. The check-in process was very simple and Solomon kept in touch throughout our stay. We are already talking about our return trip. We would highly recommend this property.

When I was looking for a cabin in Gatlinburg I loved the pictures of this one especially the outdoor pictures. The pictures of all the outdoor furniture really grabbed me. This cabin really did look like the pictures. Inside and out. Even though it was November and cold we loved sitting outside and looking at the mountains. This cabin was beautiful and comfortable. The owner even checked in on us through VRBO to make sure we had everything we needed. They cabin had everything we needed for an enjoyable, relaxing and fun getaway. Would be more than happy to come back and stay again!

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. You drive through a beautiful golf course and then up the mountain side to private home tucked in the woods. While we were unloading our bags, we even saw a bear in the back yard! The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any place I have ever stayed. Pots, pans, utensils everything. The small appliances were all brand new. The game room was stocked with all kinds of games, most still brand new in the package. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and updated. When we checked in the hot tub was not working. A quick phone call to the maintenance number that was provided and they had someone out within a couple hours and fixed the issue. I was extremely impressed. I would strongly recommend this cabin to anyone and my family has already talking about going back.
