We pride ourselves on accurately representing our home, and hosting you as a valued guest. This is our mountain escape, so we stay here too, and it's our goal that you have all the amenities you need to make your time in Summit comfortable and enjoyable. We have taken special care to choose unique and fitting art, and to add small touches to enhance your stay. We look forward to hosting you!

Our condo includes a beautiful view overlooking the Dillon amphitheater and Lake Dillon. It's a one-minute walk to the path around the lake, used for cycling/walking in summer and cross-country skiing in winter. We have a full kitchen plus a W/D in the unit. The community indoor pool, hot tubs, and grill are 1-minute walk from unit in the clubhouse.

The condo is just as pictured (not worn down or beat up like some rental properties) and has lots of nice amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with and the location was great. There is a security camera on the front door, which we didn’t realize before booking - some people are fine with that, for us it was a little weird to know someone was monitoring our coming and going. Overall, a really nice place to stay.

This condo was top notch! Really fabulous view and a great central location to all the best ski resorts in Summit County! My husband, son (12) and I stayed for 7 nights and we would definitely stay again! The beds were both super comfortable, especially after a tough day on the slopes! All of the appliances were great quality and everything that one could possibly need to cook a great meal was at the condo. Erin thought of everything. It was fully stocked with extras in the kitchen like spices, coffee, teas, hot chocolate to plenty of things around the rest of the condo like paper towels, toilet paper, extra blankets, sheets and towels to a hair dryer, flat iron, tons of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. This condo is a short driving distance to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breck, Vail and Loveland. We went to all but Vail. The ability to go somewhere different everyday makes this location superb! PLUS there's great restaurants all around! If you have someone in your group that doesn't partake in snow sports, there's plenty for them to do as well. There are spas and lots of shopping in all the surrounding towns. Frisco is super cute and Breck is also great for shopping and spas. Lot's to do and explore! Aside from this fabulous condo and great location, Erin the host went above and beyond. She was always easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. This place is managed very well and super clean. Don't even think twice about booking this place, you won't regret it!

Great location, super clean, excellent communication with host . Two hot tubs in club house so never a problem with "crowds". We were there for sking, but it would also be great for summer - could sit on your deck and listen to concerts at the ampitheater.

We really enjoyed this condo - it was nicely furnished and comfortable with beautiful views of the lake and nearby mountains. It has a well stocked kitchen- we loved the coffee maker which allowed us to make a full pot or single cup. The bed was comfortable. We made use of the hot tub at the clubhouse which was conveniently located across the street. It's also in a great location - close to Keystone and other ski areas via I-70, the grocery store, and lots of restaurants. Great place!

My husband and son used this condo as their headquarters for a long weekend of skiing. The location was perfect as they were able to ski Keystone, Breckenridge, and Beaver Creek all in one trip. The condo had everything they needed and my son enjoyed visiting the heated pool at night. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would definitely use this location again.

Wonderful communication, the property was very clean and well stocked for anything we needed. Absolutely as advertised and we loved the location as it looks out on lake Dillon. This is the perfect getaway to relax and play in Summit county! The third (top) floor balcony with views of Lake Dillon and Rocky Mountain peaks is fantastic. In addition, the unit has large south-facing windows to soak in the sunshine, a comfortable layout, and is renovated and decorated with a modern design. The hosts are excellent communicators and added some thoughtful touches. Everything was professional-grade clean. We accessed the recreational trail conveniently located across the street and Pug Ryan's, which is just a short walk away, for dinner and drinks.

Perfect spot to spend some quiet time overlooking the reservoir and all the fun activities on the water. We came here for a concert at the Dillon amphitheater and this cozy spot had a perfect balcony to listen to our favorite band do sound checks, then simply walked over to the show. Can’t wait to come back for the next one. Loved the convenience of this location and loved watching sun rise and set from the balcony.

I will try to stay here anytime I am in the area. This place was a gem! It was super clean, and the owner is very attentive and responsive to any needs you have. It is the perfect place to stay when seeing a concert at the amphitheater. I could sit out on the balcony all day long.

Check in was easy, the host was very nice and helpful, the location was perfect, the condo was so clean and had everything we could have needed and more. The balcony and views were amazing. We enjoyed morning coffee, dinners, listening to concerts and the water activities all from the balcony. Everything was in walking distance. We seriously didn't want to leave! This property is simply amazing, everything is super clean, well thought out, and pleasing in every way. The views are great from the upper floor and it's super quiet, no noisy neighbors! Our winter weekend stay here was fantastic. The location and views are spectacular. The condo itself is immaculate and is stocked with above and beyond amenities. We made it base camp for a couple of ski days at Copper and it worked out wonderfully. My wife and I talked a few times about wanting to stay here again and again. Tawnya was a communicative, accommodating, and friendly host - again, above and beyond in service. Plus, the guide for the area she put together is amazing. Clearly I don’t have enough nice things to say. Just loved it.

This property should have a 10 star rating for everything! The attention to detail within this gorgeous condo was amazing. Anything and everything you think you might need was there and very tastefully provided. It is always the small detail that make a property a solid 10 and this is it! Communication was wonderful, hosts were attentive and truly wanted us to be comfortable. Hubby and I use VRBO and competitors all over the world and this is the very best we have stayed with! The property was actually even better in person than the pictures showed! Extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was close to Breckenridge and lots of shops and restaurants. Tawnya was extremely responsive and check-in and out could not have been easier. The views of the lake and the mountains were spectacular. And the pool and hot tubs were truly a minute walk from the condo. We definitely hope to stay here again!

The condo was beautifully decorated, and the owner paid attention to the little details. The views from the patio are spectacular both during the day and at night. The condos location for skiing is perfect. The pool was nice and warm and a hot tub was really nice as well. Perfect after a long day of skiing. I look forward to staying here in the summer as well.

My wife, a friend and I stayed in this cozy condo for three night to enjoy some nearby skiing. The condo is lovely and feels like home. It has all the comforts of home with some great amenities. The view from the back patio is gorgeous particularly with the morning sun, and the pool house with hot tubs is a real treat. We will be back.
