Best condo we’ve visited in the Dillon area

Very nice condo, great location close to Dillon Amphitheater
6.0
Property was nice with plenty of space. Cablevision did not work on 3 of the 4 TV's

Centrally located, close to everything, the condo was very nice and clean. I would stay there again. Climbing the stairs every time when going out, loading and unloading the luggage could be a bit challenging, given the high altitude, but all fine and manageable.

Tastefully decorated, warm, quiet condo. Centrally located to various activities and restaurants! Perfect for a quick vaca!

Stayed at this unit due to it's great location and used it as a launch point for skiing at Keystone, Breck, Vail & Beaver Creek. Excellent unit.

This place had everything we needed and was right in the middle of Dillon. Having Frisco, Breckenridge, Georgetown, Copper Mountain, A-Basin all within 30-40 minutes was amazing. We packed every day with adventures and minimal drive time. We also went over the Loveland pass for a spectacular view. When we come back to Dillon, this will be the first place we will try to reserve. Looking forward to many more memories that start with this place. Thank you!

We have never been here before and it was better than my expectations. Dillon is nestled between snow capped mountains and a lake, making it so picturesque. Plus had some fun restaurants all close at hand. Great coffee shops. What more could you ask for in a town?
The condo that we stayed in was in a shopping center so that was a bit disappointing, but it was clean and good price, as well as cute inside. Glad that we stayed there and would do it again!

TL;DR – Multiple health and safety issues that were not addressed or resolved by Vacasa in a timely manner for our family to safely use all areas of the house.
The issues with this rental began as soon as we walked in the unlocked and open front door of the condo at approximately 8pm. The lock box was open and a key was missing. After a quick check to determine that there were no intruders or signs of a burglary, we immediately called Vacasa. The local team called back more than 12 hours later. This condo doesn’t have any way to secure the door from the inside, so anyone with a stolen key could have walked right in at any time. Our young kids planned to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. We had them sleep upstairs instead, and used one of the kid’s ski poles to secure the door. The missing key was eventually tracked to the local Vacasa property manager who took it home with him and forgot to lock the door. After taking a day off, he returned the key on our 3rd day. Then, when we filled the dishwasher on our 4th night, we noticed the sink beginning to fill up with dirty water and food waste. The garbage disposal in this unit didn’t work, and the drain had become blocked from all of the dishwasher food waste. Again, we called the Vacasa call center. The following day the local Vacasa property manager (the same guy who forgot to lock the front door) texted and said he would be sending out a contractor that day. I told him we would be out skiing, but that it was fine to enter the condo for the repairs. The contractor never showed. Despite roughly a dozen calls and texts to the Vacasa call center, I heard nothing back for the rest of our stay. So, for the last 3 days of our vacation, my family had to eat, drink and prepare our food in a small kitchen with a sink that was filled with rancid water and rotting food waste. Things you shouldn’t need to tell a professional property management company:
1. Lock the door when you leave the property.
2. Put the keys back where they belong.
3. Make sure the kitchen sink works, and get it fixed immediately if it doesn’t.
4. Don’t make promises you can’t or won’t keep
5. Don’t have a 24 hour call center when there is no one available locally to take care of issues promptly.
6. Kleenex and laundry detergent are not luxury items , and guests paying these rental prices have a reasonable expectation that they’ll be provided. They weren’t – we had to go buy our own, by far the least of the problems we encountered.

The property was clean and bright with a gas fireplace that made for a pleasant apres ski atmosphere every evening. The location was very convenient to Copper and A Basin, and Breckinridge and shopping and, and, and. There was no hot tub - at least not one we could find - which was contrary to the posting so that was a little disappointing but overall it was a comfortable pleasant spot. The kitchen is very well equipped, the tv is big, there are three bathrooms. We had a very nice stay.

This place looks great in the photos but it’s even nicer in person. The attention to detail with amenities and decor is top notch. They even have a high end knife set and coffee grinder. The art is lovely. The view from the balcony is so nice and relaxing. The location is good. We hoped to be able to walk to the amphitheater but that isn’t advisable as the route goes along the highway. We wish we could have stayed longer. I will say a 10am checkout is unreasonable. It should be 11.

Very clean and easy entry. Had great views from the deck. Really enjoyed, thank you!

Nice condo, well equipped, spacious, nice fireplace, good view, nice TV's
Comfortable, well equipped condo. Parking is a challenge as it is open parking and shared with a number of businesses. road noise can be annoying at night, water pipes make noises in the night and the hot tub is not operating.

Dillon Ridge Retreat
We liked this condo and its location. It was larger than we expected and very well equipped. The disappointment was that there was a hot tub in the pictures but the hot tub was out of order. That’s disappointing after a day of skiing. Also, one of the arms of a living room easy chair was broken. Otherwise, it was terrific!

Copper mountain ski trip
Beautiful townhouse. Fully furnished. Complete with everything needed to cook or bake and even bbq! Only 15 mins to the ski resort. Loved the town of Dillon/Silverthorne. Plenty of things to do and places to eat. Would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone

Mountain Thanksgiving
We had a change of plans about a month before Thanksgiving and decided to head to the mountains for the holiday. We enjoyed our stay in this condo, there was plenty of space for my husband and me, as well as our two kids (6 and 11).
Everything we needed for Thanksgiving was in the kitchen, and it was lovely to relax by the fire and enjoy our holiday. Getting to the ski hills is quick and easy from this condo. Lots of games in the condo which kept our kids happy and entertained.
The room downstairs got very warm the first night, but we turned the thermostat all the way down in there for the rest of our stay and the kids were comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely place!

Better than a time-share resort!
This was just like staying at a time-share resort - but better! The kitchen was fully stocked, there were games and books of all kinds, and even full tv viewing options. The notebook with local information was extremely useful, but a little limited and could use an update (like listing the drug store across the street). The only reason the location got 4 stars was due to the 2nd floor location of the unit - up outside steps. The area is absolutely gorgeous with lots to do and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful stay in Dillon, Co
We loved everything about this condo. Everything we needed was supplied and the condo was very clean. I think the owners go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including very good mattresses and comfy furnishings. I look forward to a return visit here.

Nice and clean place in a great location
Was a perfect place for our family of four. Location was perfect for visiting Breckenridge and Vail. Only complaint was the dryer took a long time to dry.

Great Condo
Everything was just what we needed! Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking needs, place was clean, linens were plentiful. One big downfall was the place was very stuffy when we first got there as there is no ac and all windows were closed, once opening the windows it cooled down nicely. We did attempt to do a load of personal laundry while there and after 3 full cycles in the dryer it still wasn't dry so we had to come home with a bag of very damp laundry 😔

Great Condo!
This condo is so elegant, comfortable, and well-stocked. My family of 5 had a great visit to Dillon. It's in a convenient location right near the main road, and we used it as a base of operations for exploring all the other towns. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Beautiful!
I am so pleased with this property. I was a little weirded out that the rental is in a commercial lot, but that just made the parking even easier, and the restaurant across the lot was fantastic and convenient! The place was beautiful and clean, with modern comforts and a rustic feel. 5/5 would rent again!

Just seconds away from highway access and also local shops. PERFECT location! Even a great restaurant right down the steps in the same parking lot

Great Condo
My wife and I stayed here in August 2020. The place was great. We liked the location for visiting the surrounding areas. Because it was August we had the windows open most of the time and there was some street noise but not too bad. The photo shown of the deck is old and it's much more private as the trees have grown up more and of course had leaves. The place was clean and everything worked as expected. There were plenty of dishes and cookware for everything we wanted to do. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

Spent a week here and the place was amazing. Close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Disgusting - never stay again
This place is filthy! The floors had dried caked on food all over them. The shower had clumps of hair, the rugs had massive amounts of hair embedded in them very easy to see since the rugs were lightly colored. The fridge and freezer are dirty. They ask you to start the dishwasher but leave no soap for it. The dishes were dirty right out of the cabinet, had to hand wash before using them. Crumbs and dirt covered the carpets and floors. The door handle upon entry to the resident is broken and fell off when I opened the front door. Hot tub was not useable, dirty and no water in it. The deck had beer bottle caps all over. This place does not deserve any stars not what they claim it is. We were very disappointed!!!
