Your whole family will make lasting memories of relaxing days at the beach.
Have fun splashing in our community swimming pool, which is open Memorial Day weekend until mid-Sept., weather permitting.
Located in the quiet Oyster Bay community, this two-story 1800 sq ft. townhouse sleeps up to 9 people in beds, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There's lots of room for everyone, including a dining table that seats 8. Relax on the rear screened porch and catch the breeze.
Beginning January 1st, 2025, the state of Delaware is adding a new 4.5% tax to all short term rentals. Any bookings made after that date will have that tax added to it. So reserve before January 1st to avoid that tax!
Located 1 mile from the ocean as the crow flies or 1.7 miles driving on the roads, you'll be a 5 minute drive away from either Rehoboth or Dewey Beach. You can walk to one of Rehoboth’s most popular restaurants, Big Fish Grill.
Also included in the summer is a parking pass for Dewey Beach, which allows you to park for free in most places in Dewey, with its less crowded beaches and great nightlife.
We have soft 400 thread count all-cotton sheets, and plush towels. The beds will be made up for you when you arrive. (We don't supply beach towels, you'll need to bring those.)
Check in time is after 4:00 pm, Check out is by 10:00 am.
We welcome 1 or 2 dogs with a pet fee of $150 for the entire stay. No cats, please. We have a large dog crate set up in the master walk-in closet for your use, if you'd like. We also supply a pet blanket for covering the bed if your pup sleeps with you.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
- The kitchen, dining area, and living room (with a 65 inch Roku TV) are on the first floor. The dining table seats 8, with seating for 3 at the granite kitchen counter. Off the living room, there is a screened porch with comfortable chairs and a drying rack for your beach towels and bathing suits. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, beach chairs and beach umbrellas, and some beach and pool accessories.
- On the first floor is Bedroom #1 with a King bed and a 50 inch Roku TV. There's a powder room across the hall, although someone staying in this bedroom will need to go upstairs for a shower or bath.
- On the second floor, Bedroom #2 has a Queen and a Twin bed, and a 50 inch Roku TV. It has a “Jack and Jill” full bathroom with tub/shower that also opens to the hall. If you keep the hall door locked, the bathroom will function as a private bath.
- Bedroom #3 is a smaller room with two Twin beds, and a 50 inch Roku TV.
Off the hall, there is an additional bathroom with a tiled shower.
- Bedroom #4 is the main bedroom, with a King bed, 50 inch Roku TV, desk and chair, walk in closet, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a shower.
There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, the living room, and the screened patio.
Parking - there are 2 designated parking spaces right in front of your home, with unmarked overflow parking available for additional vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
All of the Roku TVs are STREAMING ONLY. Watch the free content or put in your own passwords for your subscribed channels.
Fast Comcast Xfinity internet is provided, but cannot be guaranteed if there is a provider outage or equipment failure.
For security purposes, there is a Ring video doorbell on the front door, which records video 24 hr/day. We require that you agree to and sign our house rules in order to book.
Check in time is after 4:00 pm, Check out is by 10:00 am.
Our check out instructions for guests, please:
- Hang the pool and parking passes back on the fridge.
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
- Take out the trash to the nearby dumpster.
That's it, our cleaners will do the rest. We really appreciate you helping with these few tasks.
When looking at your fees for a booking, the "Host Fee" is the total fee for cleaning and linens, and also includes the pet fee if you've clicked the box for pets.
We do not refund for inclement weather, unless the government issues a mandatory evacuation order.
For your visit, we supply:
Toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap at all sinks, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one new dishwashing sponge, spray oil, salt & pepper and a few other spices, trash bags, some cleaning supplies such as Simple Green, coffee filters, plastic wrap, ziploc baggies, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
Please bring your own:
Shampoo, conditioner, personal soap for showers, sugar, creamer and coffee (for a 12 cup regular machine), aluminum foil if needed, and beach towels.

We enjoyed a long weekend at this comfortable, clean, and well appointed townhome. The beach and boardwalk, shops, and restaurants are all nearby, yet this home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We thoroughly loved it and would definitely return!

Lauren’s place is wonderful! Fantastic location, very stylish, clean, and comfortable (especially the beds!). We would absolutely stay here again, in fact my whole group made sure to note the info for this spot to book again in the future. You will not regret picking this rental!

My family of 9 (6 adults including two seniors, a teenager and two tweens) all had a great stay here and loved the accommodations! Everything was super clean, the rooms allowed everyone to be comfortable in their own space with large enough living room and kitchen to gather together too. Every room was really nicely decorated. Great communication from Lauren before and during our stay and helpful reminder notes in the house, too. While we ended up going to Rehoboth beach and didn’t use the included pass to Dewey beach, it was nice to have that, as an option. We used the pool one day as well so that’s a nice inclusion as well. The home is centrally located to a lot in the area within short driving distance - beaches, state parks, shopping, etc., and we were able to walk to couple restaurants on the main road. I also really appreciated the simplicity of checkout and not having to worry about a big list of ‘to do’ items that sometimes guests are responsible for. Literally zero complaints and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our group - including two families with young children and grandparents. The house is a short drive to both Dewey beach and the Rehoboth beach/boardwalk. We walked to the Big Fish Grill one night and it was perfect. We spent a lot of time in the community pool, which was clean, big, and uncrowded. The owner was communicative before check-in and during our stay. We would certainly recommend to others and will be back!

Seven of us stayed for a week in the Oyster Bay Townhouse community in Rehoboth Beach. The house was immaculate and had 4 bedrooms and 3 /2 baths. Extremely comfortable beds for all 7 of us. The kitchen had all of the amenities of home (appliances, tupperware, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and lots of kitchen gadgets!). The laundry room was roomy and had room for us to store our beach stuff in addition to the beach supplies that the owner let us borrow! Lauren, the owner, was extremely responsive and you can tell she really put thought into her VRBO rental to make it feel just like home for her guests!! The dining table had 8 chairs so we were able to eat meals and have game nights all together. Having a TV in each room was also a nice touch. The community has a lovely pool that we used each day when we returned from the beach! Dewey and Rehoboth beaches are a short 10 minute drive. There is absolutely NOTHING NEGATIVE to say about this home. Lauren thought of everything and we will definitely be staying here again!

We were in and out quickly for a baseball tournament but the condo was exactly what we needed. Clean, kitchen was fully stocked and laundry. Owner gave us great directions and details about the area and condo. Definitely would recommend and would go back.

We had a great stay. The location was great for our needs: 10 minutes from Rehoboth boardwalk or Dewey beaches for the 4 teens, but close enough to restaurants & other attractions for the grandparents (one has mobility issues). Everyone enjoyed the community pool & screened-in back patio. The house was well appointed (plenty of dishes & silverware!), & the owner was very responsive to all of our questions or concerns. We all feel relaxed & recharged after our stay, and would happily be a returning renter.

This property was perfect for us & our extended family. Everything was new & spotless. It was stocked with everything we needed down to the towels & linens. Very easy check-in & check-out. Lauren’s response time was amazing. We brought our parents & everyone was impressed with the location & size of the townhouse. The owner is very detail-oriented. There was a place for everything & everything in its place. Many memories were made during our stay. We loved our little get away.

We booked pretty last minute, unfamiliar with Rehoboth but looking for a nice little beach getaway with our children and a cousin with her spouse and kids.
The unit is spacious, clean and has thoughtful amenities and supplies that made our packing simpler. The drive to Rehoboth boardwalk is 5 minutes away which makes the location great.
We would recommend and plan to come again.

I stayed here with my wife, 3 kids and 2 grandparents.. Very spacious townhome, very clean, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and all other attractions.. The owner was super responsive and I have absolutely no complaints..
My wife is very picky but even she has no complaints. Thanks Lauren for making our trip to Delaware an amazing experience!!!

Property was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials, beds were incredibly comfortable. Host was very quick to reply to inquiries and very informative. Location was ideal and close to dining and shopping. Parking pass for Dewey Beach granted easy access to a family friendly location without heavy crowds gathered at Rehoboth, but the property also within miles of the main boardwalk. We had an excellent stay! Highly recommend!

Our extended family took a beach vacation this weekend and the rental was perfect! The house was spotless and well stocked with supplies and had so many amenities. We really appreciated the location that gave us access to Dewey and Rehoboth beach. The parking pass for Dewey beach was perfect and allowed us to avoid the large crowds even on the weekend. The pool was great as well and large enough for kids to enjoy.
The attention to detail was very impressive from the comfortable towels, to available beach equipment and washer/dryer. Best of all the owner had great communication and answered our questions promptly to ensure our stay was great. We were very impressed with this property and looking forward to staying again in the future!

This property was the best. Everything you need to have a great stay was provided. The location is close to the beach, boardwalk and shops on Coastal Highway.

The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and so clean. It is also very well equipped. We took so much stuff that we didn't need because it was already there. Every detail is thoughtfully planned. The kitchen had everything. The towels were nice and fluffy. There are charging stations by every bed, hair dryers, paper products, random things like scissors, you name it. The wifi worked great, which was a huge necessity for those of us who needed to work (unfortunately haha) while on vacation.
Our group had 3 sisters, 1 of our husbands, 1 grandma, and our 4 children ages 5-10. A lot of rentals way overstate the sleeping numbers. This was perfect for our group of 9. The pool is nice and close to the house. The location worked great for the things we had planned to do while in the area. Lauren was a great host and always in contact with us. We would recommend this home to anyone and would absolutely stay here again.
