Très bon séjour.

Très bon emplacement proche d'agadir bay et de la plage. Petit-déjeuner de qualité. Houssam ,Jihane et d' autres nous ont offert un accueil et service au top 😀.

Gehobenes Mitteklassehotel mit sehr gutem Service und tollen Zimmern.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war prima: sehr viel auswahl, wahlweise frische Crepes oder Eier; ruhige Musik im Frühstücksraum, daher alles leise und entspannt, da man nicht direkt im Buffetraum sitzt. Schönes Zimmer, gute, feste Betten. Balkon und viel frische Luft. Super nettes Hotelpersonal, schöne Lobby.

Der Pool war eiskalt, mehr als zehn Minuten waren nicht drin und auch nur unter Bewegung , trotz der über 30 Grad draußen. Der Spa etwas unstilisch, aber auch hier das Personal sehr nett und prima Massage für einen fairen Preis.

Belle expérience, des conseils et de l’attention de la part du personnel de l’hôtel.

10/10 Parfait. L'hôtel est très classe. Il mérite très bien ses 4 étoiles !! Premièrement on tient à remercier le personnel ! Aussi bien à l'accueil, qu'au service du restaurant. Les serveurs sont super souriants, gentils, aux petits soins, de bons conseils !!! Merci à Youssef, Mohamed ainsi que tous les autres!!! Les repas sont vraiment top, le petit déjeuner est très copieux , énormément de choix et différents certains matins. Ils proposent des massages et gommages/hammam ! Première fois pour nous, et sûrement pas la dernière !!

Piscine un peu petite mais jamais bondée :)

AMAZING Hotel and definitely will be my FIRST CHOICE when I come back to Agadir

Special Thanks to Mr. Mubarak (Receptionist), who was kind, and cooperative and instantly solved all our inquiries. He provided us with all the necessary information about all entertainment places/activities in Agadir. I advise all tourists to ask for him if they really wanna enjoy their time. Other Attractions: * Quietness * Cleanliness * Room Size * Hot water (24/7) * Mini Market (24/7) * Location is so perfect * The buffet was so rich with many varieties

* TVs shall be changed to SMART TVs. * Doors shall be keyless via mobiles.

Super friendly staff, close to the beach, and with wonderful variety at breakfast,

We liked most everything. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast every day and were happy with the wide selection and nice atmosphere. We also enjoyed the small shop on premises. The prices were nearly the same as in the city itself. The beach is very close, clean, and we were largely left alone.

Heerlijk en comfortabel hotel op korte afstand van het centrum in rustige omgeving. Ideaal als uitvalbasis voor dagtrips

Goede faciliteiten oa gym 24/7 met fatsoenlijke apparatuur. Zeer clean en vriendelijk personeel op een uitzondering na. Leuk cafe/restaurant erbij met terras om even bij te komen na een dag de regio verkennen.

L’hotel è a pochi km dal porto di Algeciras quindi comodissimo sia per chi parte che per chi arriva, la cosa positiva è che si può effettuare check-in e check-out a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte e dispone di un parcheggio a pagamento con accesso diretto dalla struttura.

My jewellery was stolen from the room.

I unfortunately left my necklace in the room I stayed in and when I contacted the hotel to return it they claimed they didn’t have it. They ignored my emails for days and would hang up when I called - this was just when I initially was trying to contact them to let them know I had left it there. This necklace is irreplaceable & was given to me as a gift from my father. The hotel was beautiful but unfortunately not safe. I remember exactly where I left it in the room so it is not a case of misplacement.

Great if you just want to sleep or have some hours to spend.

Rooms big and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything appears new and all was good. We used the location just to get to the airport the next day and could get a taxi easily which worked for us. Lot's of food options around.

The location does not make a lot of sense for me. We only had one night and thought we might check out the medina or some historical sights. But the hotel is neither there nor by the beach. The area is very clean and new but not sure what to do there. It did work for us just to sleep - but otherwise...

que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas copieux pas assez de jus de fruit les galettes sont froides les crêpes sont donner au compte goutte pas de faire à repasser ni de bouilloire pour réchauffer de l'eau pour les bébé

Best hotel is Dominium

Een fantastisch hotel, zeer proper. De werknemers zijn absoluut fantastisch, vriendelijk en helpen je met alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ontbijt was uitzonderlijk lekker. De Gym en het zwembad zagen er zalig uit!

Niets, een van de beste hotelervaringen die ik al heb gehad.

Très bon séjour surtout par rapport au personnel très sympathique et très disponible

Le personnel, l’accueil, la propreté, la boutique dans l’hôtel en cas de besoin de dernière minute

Le petit déjeuner est varié mais en terme de goût ce n’est pas trop ça mais c’est propre à chacun. C’est un bon petit déjeuner quand même.

We checked out early as my wife wanted a pool in the sun. Also I wanted a wine with my meal!!

Restaurant was great. Staff very helpful and I would give them 15 out of 10!!!

Pool is in shade during the winter. The hotel is a dry hotel even though it states it has a bar

Un agréable séjour

Un hôtel qui propose de belles prestations. Les chambres sont grandes, spacieuses et propres. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, copieux et bon.

Un coffre bloqué. Un réparateur appelé par la réception qui n'est jamais arrivé!!!! Obligation de me promener pendant 48h00 avec mes papiers, mon argent...pas agréable Une chambre qui n'est toujours pas faite à midi...dommage... Un peu loin du centre ville.

Customer service was shocking.

The location was good. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the food at the Dominium cafe was good

There was hardly any staff, to help us. checking in the property took for ever. Our room was given to someone else and they said they couldn’t change our until the person had come back. There was no help with our luggage. Our access cards for the rooms and the lift stopped working multiple times a day. To get the room cleaned took ages, to get new towels took ages. there was no toilet paper when we checked in. the breakfast was poor, the staff were slow. we were not able to use the meetings rooms or the restaurant to have a chat in the evening. we were constantly told what we could not do. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
