Beautiful arts and crafts home in the heart of West Asheville. From the minute you walk in, you will notice the high-end and high quality finishes this home was built with. Featured in 2020 Parade of Homes, this home offers the best of privacy and proximity to everything Asheville has to offer. The main living area contains many custom features including an open floor plan, modern kitchen, hardwood floors, a spacious and private master suite with an en-suite Ulta Luxurious Master Bath, 2 additional bedrooms and full bathroom, laundry and access to a nice deck overlooking the back yard. The lower level has a family room, custom wet bar, poker table, an additional bedroom, full bath all with painted concrete floors, radiant floor heat. We had a great time! The house and scenery were beautiful. We were a short drive to every where we wanted to go. Easy check-in /check out. The property manager checked on us upon arrival and right before check out. Very professional

Exactly as described. We had a group of 6 and had plenty of space, beds and fun!! The rooms are spacious, kitchen very well equipped, furnishings are beautiful! We were lucky enough to see two bears and wild turkeys in the yard, thrilling for us all. Only drawback is the neighborhood, but once you turn on the road where the house is - you forget. The driveway is very very steep - but we made it work with 4 SUV’s. Customer service was impeccable. Also had some emails exchanges with the Owner and that was excellent. Would definitely rent again!!

My friends and I stayed here and had such an amazing time! The house is beautiful, the area is nice, and the house contained all necessities that we needed. We could not have been any happier with our stay and plan to come back soon for another trip! Mighty Tree has great customer service and even followed up on our stay to ensure we had a great time while also welcoming any feedback. We will definitely be booking again.

Mighty Tree's home on Nanas Branch was a lovely property. We had 11 people staying in a house together, and didn't agree on much... but one thing everyone agreed on was how great the house was! The neighborhood is as peaceful as a mountain cabin community, and yet, downtown Asheville is extremely accessible (only ~10 mins drive). Brand new, modern interior, tons of amenities (hot tub, gas grill, and games), big backyard, dog-friendly, and an easy, keyless entry - for us, it had it all. On top of that, the team at MT was extremely helpful and responsive. All my questions (and there were a lot of them) were answered very promptly, even over the weekend. We would stay in this home again in a heartbeat.

This house was exactly as advertised! Super clean and well stocked. Our group of 7 adults had plenty of space and enjoyed everything the house had to offer, from the game room in the garage, poker table, hot tub, etc. The house is perfectly located to get into downtown Asheville in 10-15 minutes. It was easy to get Lyft pickups and drop offs to the house.

Pictures are very accurate, house is spacious and clean. A ton of room for everyone and the lower-floor poker table and garage is great. 15-minute Uber into town, close to a nice disc golf course and park. Couldn't be happier. Would stay again in Asheville.

Beautiful, big house close to downtown Ashville. The hot tub took about 24 hours to heat up, so we could not use it on Thursday, which was disappointing. Otherwise, the house was exactly as described and fit our needs.

Amazing find!! Looks just as great as the photos! The layout is perfect for two families and the kids lived in the game room garage — even in the winter! The arcade games were the hit of the vacation for them! Beds are comfortable and the place had every amenity covered. We'll be back!

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette and this was the perfect space. I love how open the main living space is and there were plenty of places for us to all sleep comfortably. Love that all the linens and paper products were provided as it made it easier for all of us since we were traveling here by plane. The space was clean and the host was very responsive when we did reach out to them. Highly recommend!!

This property was a great location and the house came with everything we needed. We loved the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace. There was so much there to entertain the kids and the host was great. Just a couple notes, the neighbors were very unfriendly and complained about noise (a small speaker playing music by the fire in the middle of the afternoon), and the towels in the home had a lot of bleach stains and could have been a little newer.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding and the property was perfect for our needs! We had 2 teenagers, 9 adults and a lab- the layout was ideal! The house is beautiful and well equipped! We all enjoyed the garage play/game area and the hot tub! Large fenced in backyard with beautiful fall foliage, a chef's kitchen and grill, 4 bedrooms and two living areas let our group spread out and made this house the perfect choice! Ten minutes to downtown. The driveway is steep but manageable and property managers were very responsive. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Plus, there are plenty of activities in the game room, hot tub, poker table, etc. It was perfect for my girls trip. I definitely recommend renting a vehicle, but we were able to get an Uber from the house (and back) in a reasonable time. The only slight recommendation I have is better towels & toilet paper, but other than that I had no complaints!

This is a clean and modern property that is extremely convenient to West Asheville, UNC-A and downtown. Quiet area, very peaceful. Fenced back yard is nirvana for our two big dogs. Will absolutely continue to book this house when we visit our UNC-A student.

Such an amazing property! Conveniently located to downtown Asheville and yet secluded enough to relax, unplug and connect as a family. House was well stocked and had everything we would need. Hot Tub was great and the game room made for some fun competition. Hosts were readily available should we need anything and very accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

If you are traveling to Asheville with your dogs, this is the property for you. Large fully fenced back yard, even a medium sized dog door in the basement for access to the yard. The dogs were very happy frolicking in the grass and partial woods within the fenced area. The house is beautiful, and the kitchen well equipped if you want or need to cook as we did, and hot tub and campfire setup as well as amenities for gaming fun in the basement were superb. Location is very central and convenient, though the immediate neighborhood around the house is not good for walking (narrow curvy road), and a bit dodgy in some parts. Would definitely rent here again!

We loved our stay here! They seemed to have thought of everything to include and everything was well-stocked, especially for families. The house was beautiful, incredibly clean, and fit our needs perfectly. The managers were responsive to our needs and very friendly. It’s also in a great location to access many spots in and around Asheville easily. One thing to note: the neighbors complained about the noise of our kids playing frisbee outside at 8 pm and had other signage posted that made us on high alert to their displeasure of us being there. It would be important to know this if you’re planning to bring children.
