We only stayed overnight but the accommodation was fantastic.
4.0
Easy to find and had everything we needed.
The park is being refurbished so some facilities are still outdated, but the new owners are diibg a great job.

Good location, seemed safe
Rat droppings in the cupboard

It was comfortable, tidy, and quiet
Some of the dishes were dirty, when you left the slope outside was a bit steep. A hand rail would be nice, I have bad knees, and when you come out the door, it is a bit of a steep slope, and i nearly tripped a couple of times, so it would be better for people to be able to hold onto a rail on exiting the door. Also, in the shower, it would be better if the bottom of the shower had a rubber mat or something as it was very slippery. The outside light didn't work.

Nothing
The bed was not ready the bedsheets and blanket were dumped and scrunched up. They made us wait 1 he for the key, I booked the hotel and paid and they said I didn’t. Didn’t apologise for anything very rude.

I loved the view
Couple of things needed a little more of a clean, even though I didn't use the stove, the range hood filter was dirty, and so was the exhaust fan in the bathroom, just minor things really

Was lied too. Was told if we left early we would be refunded. Our bedding was also stripped mid stay and all covers were left in the floor including pillows. I have photos as evidence. Will be writing a online review.

Good hot showers, spacious, excellent camp kitchen.
Aircon not heating correctly, no TV remote, noisy fan heater, rangehood light not working,

No breakfast
Shouting of staff with guests. Place needs to be completely overhauled, pretty basic and wouldn't stay there again. The only good thing was the room was clean

Staff were great! So approachable and nice.

2.5
Comfortable but not overly clean. Con webs most corners. Dust on all skirting boards. Good enough for a break from camping. Had a spa and pool that we didn’t have time to use. Staff friendly, we checked in late. I’d stay again.
Cleanliness

Nice towels
The floor was not clean yuck so needs better housekeeping.
No hooks or shelves in bathroom
No washing up liquid in kitchen.
We were less than happy as we were looking forward to staying there. Sad really.

I stayed at here for only one night and was very impressed with the entire place!
They had a friendly, kind and helpful receptionist and very well equipped room with all that I needed to cook dinner and breakfast. I was impressed with the amount of space the room had for such a cheap price and it is on the outskirts of town so you get a beautiful view of the hills (especially at sunset!) but it’s not a far distance from the town centre.
There are renovations to be done around the place but the new owners, of only a few months, were honest about the work needing to be done, had already begun refurbishing and were open to receiving feedback from all guests.

everything is ok
all good
