The location was brilliant; couldn't have been better! The apartment was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Very much delighted with the character of the apartment, much more welcoming and enjoyable than the average hotel room. This questionnaire stated that we requested a quiet room, but we did not. However, although our room was at the front of the building overlooking Mercer St., I wouldn't say it was quiet, but we found it interesting to experience the activity. It was not an issue during the night; may have been for a very light sleeper, but we weren't bothered by it despite the fact we had all the windows wide open. The only adverse issue was the pull-out couch in the living room, it was not terribly comfortable but neither was it unacceptable. We will not stay anywhere else next time! Overall absolutely thrilled to bits with our stay at the Mercer Furnished Apartments. THANK YOU! :)

I love that it’s basically a gated community. Makes me feel a bit safer and the fact that there is a market that has everything i need across the street.
Not much complaints about the property.

The host was great 5 stars just for the host. The location has lots of stores walking distance which is very convenient also right off the main bus lines if your using metro. there is a parking lot next door if you decide to drive which was only $15 which I think is great because Seattle parking is ridiculous (but I’m sure parking prices go up on demand). I loved most the cost and the check in process (last minute booking) - very easy, straight forward & WITHOUT all the back and fourth, waiting around and runaround bullshitt that I experienced with another complete different vacation rental company called SONDER, in which I paid $1300 for me and my 2 year old to check in when the unit wasn’t even available, and the SONDER company (remind you is a complete different company) expected me to pay another thousand dollars so I could upgrade to one that was available. Mind you, it’s 11pm and I have a 2 year old with me (again that happened at SONDER Seattle which is not linked to the current company I’m running his review about) anyways, climate, pledge arena was awesome I would definitely stay again and recommend to my family and friends.
the property was great!!
…… the only thing I didn’t like was a guest (you know who you are) I came across staying there who has a personality type that is pretentious, who walks around with her nose high in the air, acting like your shit doesn’t stink, when it’s clear to the whole world it does, who feel entitled and better then others, when in reality the bank probably owns everything you have and your debt-to-income ratio is probably off the wall. You need a reality check, there are many different types of people from very different backgrounds who stay there- what I’m trying to say is don’t judge others. You never know what someone went through at any day at any given time. You know who you are. Thank you

*Blinds: the room was extremely bright even with the blinds down. Both mornings I woke up around 6 am because the room was so BRIGHT that I could not sleep anymore.
*Toilet seat: it needs adjustment/tight. Every time when you seat you’ll slide to the right. Super annoying.
*Cleannesses: First, my room had a strong smell of clean product, really strong smell. I don’t have any allergies and sensitivity about smells but I had to let my door and windows open to ventilate the place. Second, the kitchen counter wasn’t clean. Third stains in the comfort.

Great location; we could walk to all the places we wanted to go. It was clean throughout the place and the bed was comfortable. We felt secure there with the gate and key pad and besides road noise when we had the windows open, it was quite. Neighboring units were very respectful. The unit had almost everything we needed for our stay.
It was very warm and the fan provided helped but with the sun hitting the windows in the afternoon it got pretty warm in the apartment even though we closed the blinds during the day. Would have loved something like a small AC or cooling unit but we understand it’s usually a milder climate there and this is an old building.

We liked how independent the facility made us feel, and the kitchen was amazing. We liked how close the apt was to everything we needed to get, and the freedom to come and go as we chose. We also loved the fact that we could've brought our cats if we had to. That was nice. I liked looking out my window and seeing a cat in another unit.
There was no A/C, the bed was a bit too firm, and we found some of the expenses to be a bit useless. We shouldn't have gotten charged a cleaning fee and then had to clean the apartment anyway. The parking situation for a weekend was also a little ridiculous. We should get a pass for the windshield that says we're staying at the apts for an extended period of time, at least available to us in the lobby if we choose. We spent entirely too much money simply to let our car sit unused for almost 3 days.

location price
outdated and old. no Air conditioning. fans do not suffice in lieu of air conditioning. the stopper in bathroom sink had to be pried open with a kitchen knife because the plunger to pull up and down was never attached. microwave was a joke, to small. no non slippage bath mat in bathtub for when you take a shower. not enough towels. if you say I could have laundered them in their laundry room, not a chance in hell. we don’t do laundry when on vacation. photo of room falsely displayed what the room really looked like. bait and switch.

Great location near the Climate Pledge arena and Space needle. Lots of parkland nearby. Supermarket across the road. Close to public transport.
Great kitchen for eating at home and good laundry facilities available on site.
Noisy at night due to main road location

The host was wonderful, she helped us get sorted out very fast. The apartment was very clean and as expected. You have everything you need and maybe more. The location is very nice, and you can basically get anything you want around. there's a very nice grocery store right across the street.
The parking situation is a nightmare. This has nothing to do with the property but be aware that UPARK next to the building is a scam. There is street parking, but it is something to consider.

1. Location.
2. Host was great.
3. All facilities were in place and in perfect condition, no complaints at all.
1. Sound proof. The host did all efforts to resolve it and offered more quiet room, however it was still very noisy. May be this was also caused by New year night, but I heard all buses and cars moving on the street.

This place was great! VERY clean, smelled good, had everything we needed and a lovely location. so much food nearby, shops, groceries, and things to do in general. This location felt very safe too.
I think the only thing, which isn’t the property so much as it is just the city, is the street next to us was kind of loud at times but there’s not much that can be done about that. So other than that, no complaints!

Super comfortable bed. Even the small couch was welcoming. I had no issues what so ever. Few angry neighbors coming in and out. But other than that the location and access is worth the money.

its a lovely apartment, really ideal location with a food store and a 24h drug store over the road, and plenty of nice places to eat, move in instructions were very detailed instructions so i didn't have to ask any questions, nice and clean and homely.

Host Melanie was fantastic, extremely helpful and responsive with requests and needs. Location was close to many amenities, easy walk to Pike Place (20 mins) and the waterfront, and the Space needle and convention centre were right around the corner (8min walk). Price was reasonable for summer stays in Seattle, comparably speaking. Free guest parking permit was appreciated, it was a couple blocks away but it didn't cause any issues for us.
Unit was very hot (Seattle was in the middle of an unusual heat wave) - host provided a fan upon request, but we had to leave the windows open and the street was extremely loud at all hours of the night. Sofa bed was great to have, but uncomfortable to sleep on.
