Lovely, recently updated home close to everything the valley has to offer! Minutes from the freeways 101, 202 and the 60 but not so close for noise to be a factor. Minutes from ASU campus and also Mesa Community College in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful, newly landscaped backyard (outdoor pictures coming soon- it’s all freshly planted so needs time to grow). New furniture including beds, mattresses, kitchen appliances- new everything! You won’t be disappointed in your stay here!

3 friends and I needed an overnight place to stay for the game. this was super close and fit our needs perfectly. Clean, easy to find, and very big. We slept well and were able to relax in the pretty yard after dork in the cool weather. Will absolutely use this again if I need to be in the area.

Cute decor and nice place. Only improvement I could see would to add a tv to very room but other than that it’s exactly what was portrayed and would stay there again for sure. Very clean and nice. The only reason I have an overall 4 and not 5 was that we never received our code to get in and had to call the host who didn’t answer and vrbo but eventually got the code and all was well

Was very easy to find. We did lots of things and it ended up being right in the middle of everything we did. There were some cosmetic things like blinds that need some repairs. The beds were comfy. Only there 1 night but there were 4 of us females and it worked out good with beds and bathrooms. Would consider staying again.

Didn't start off well due to not getting the check-in code at the designated time, but only took a few minutes to straighten that out. Nice place overall. Pretty quiet neighborhood.

This house is near everything with easy access to the freeways, all ballparks and the airport!

Perfect spot for a golf trip with three others. Plenty of space and bedrooms were great! Nice area for dining as needed and kitchen set up perfect. Washer/dryer always a plus! Backyard allowed for relaxing and grilling but we didn't use that area much. Would definitely stay here again! Easy to and from Skyharbor as well - as well as major loops to get around town.

Hello. This house is very nice but needs a deep cleaning. The fan in the master bedroom had crud hanging off it as did the vent. The carpet in the middle bedroom had a big stain on it. It might be worthwhile to put hard flooring in since it is a pet friendly property. I could smell dog being I. The master bedroom. The smell of Fabuloso cleaning agent was so overwhelming it made our eyes water. We opened all windows the first day and every day when we were in the house. It makes me wonder what smell they were trying to cover. If there was a deep cleaning, carpets removed and a less strong smelling cleaner was used I would give this property 5 stars.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Plenty of room to spread out. All bedrooms have queen beds. It could use some updates, but it worked out real well for us.

We were in town for a softball tournament and it was perfect space for what we needed. Roomy enough for the kids to go to bed and allowed the parents to hang out at night. Would definitely stay again!

The house is big. It is clean. Four girls stayed for a weekend. The hot water ran out while the third one was in the shower. It rained and we noticed a leak into the hall bathroom. The beds were comfortable. They had plenty of outlets in the room. They are dog friendly. Communication with the host was poor, but we didn’t really have trouble besides the leak.

House was just what we needed, 3 bedrooms, close to airport, lovely backyard. We would’ve grilled steaks and enjoyed that, but due to late check in and not KNOWING there was a gas grill, we didn’t. House could use some updating, but it was plenty fine for 1 night.

We booked several short term rentals for a family wedding. This one was a good one. Happy with everything. A couple others were terrible, but this one was just as it was listed, so thank you to the property owners!

Overall ok. The dining room walls are barren, not a warm atmosphere. The outside trash cans gave off a putrid odor. Since you ask the tenant to dump the trash, maybe you could set the cans out for pickup and maybe clean them some. A poor departing impression.

Sarah's place is great. The yard was lovely, and all rooms as described. Communication with Sarah was great. Sarah was great to work with and accommodating, even due to some confusion on our end. Thanksgiving Dinner was a success!
