Summary:
Space will not be an issue in our stylish new construction 5 bedroom 6 bathroom lake house! Our home can sleep 18! Mornings are best spent on the back deck overlooking the lake, enjoy your days on the lake with your boat in our double decker covered slip! Slow down in the evening with a game of table tennis, watching TV or just relax and play one of our games.

Open concept kitchen / dining / living room. Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including two stoves, two dishwashers, and DRIP coffee makers! Our kitchen has 10' island with plenty of work space and seating for 8, which is open to our dining room with a table big enough to seat twelve. Or head outside where we offer a PROPANE GAS GRILL which we supply the propane!

SLEEP:
Lots of beds to sleep everyone! Mainfloor has two king bedrooms/masters each with luxurious attached full ensuites. Head downstairs to find a third king bedroom with full ensuite, two bunk rooms each with two twin over double bunks one with a set of trundles! There is a full bathroom on the lower level to serve the bunks rooms - designed for multiple users with separate shower/WC/double sinks - along with a half bath upstairs off the kitchen and downstairs right inside the door from the lake.

PLAY:
Lots to do inside and out! Inside we have multiple tables that can be used for games, which we have available for you. Lounge and watch movies on the huge sectional or enjoy a game of table tennis in the rec room as well. The backyard offers a large flat grassy area next to the fire pit for corn hole, etc. The frontward offers a large paved driveway with great space for basketball on the stationary goal, 4 square, etc. Multiple swings hanging from large trees, too!
WORK: Work with views of the dock in the private office off of main floor living area which has built in desk for 2 along with an extra table and chairs for additional workspace. TV on wall, strong wifi.

DOCK: Head out onto the lake and enjoy our double decker dock! Adirondacks and a swing on lower level, a table with seating for 6 with an umbrella up top as well as 4 lounge chairs. Feel free to store your boat in our slip or rent one and keep it here! Average 13' WATER DEPTH!

The Neighborhood:
Our lake house has a peaceful lake vacation feel but is also just a 7 minute drive from the local Ingles or Walmart and many local Restaurants! Located on a quiet, dead end street.
Getting Around:
You will need a car for the short 5-10 minute drive to the local grocery stores & restaurants.

The Hales house was just as advertised, clean, spacious, had amble things to cook with and play with on the lake. The house is on a quiet cove with beautiful deep water and we rented a boat from the marina around the corner. We had three families with kids ranging from 8 - 16 and everyone had a great time. We will be back next summer!

Hales Lake House is a perfect get away for a large group. We were a group of eleven and there was plenty of room for everyone. From the gameroom to the hot tub, the kitchen to the small office (we used for card games), this house was well suited for for 6 adults and 5 teens. The 3 full baths and two half baths meant no one needed to wait for a shower or toilet. The fire pit and boat house are a great gathering area for the family while Daddy grills up burgers and dogs for everyone. We even spent a morning playing pickleball at the local park (brand new courts). My compliments to the owners on their home, and my compliments to Lake Living Hospitality for the responsiveness and comminication. We will defintle return for another family retreat.

The house was amazing and served as a perfect location for a multigenerational family get together. Everyone enjoyed swimming off of the dock, soaking in the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit after dark. The bedrooms and amenities were perfect. Kitchen very well equipped to prepare meals for a large group. Large game room downstairs to keep the kids entertained. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Graciously allowed us to have a late check out when travel plans changes. Will definitely be back!

We come to Lake Hartwell every Labor Day weekend, and this house was the best one yet! It was perfect for our group! It was comfortable, had so much space to spread out and relax, and everything was so well thought out. We loved the fire pit, the deck, the spacious well stocked kitchen with double ovens and two dishwashers, the comfy beds, the nice bathrooms, the great double decker dock, and the great location on the lake! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing property! Simply Beautiful. Well equipped and laid out for our family of 15 people aged 2-72. Couldn’t have asked for more. Owners have thought of everything. Andrew was great to work with…very helpful. We hope to rent the Hales Lake House again.

We stayed here last minute when our lake home ran into plumbing issues. We are so thankful we could have a few days here. This is an absolutely beautiful home with everything you could need. They have thought of all of the extras and everything about the home can work for the number of people it can sleep. The dock is wonderful!! Truly everything you could want to have a fabulous time on Lake Hartwell. No expenses were spared making this home a gorgeous space for a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing week at this lake house. We went with two other families. The king size beds in each room were great. The kids loved the bunk beds, game room and double decker dock. We rented a pontoon boat right around the corner at hartwell marina for $400 a day which was easy. The house is fully supplied with kitchen appliances, bowl, utensils. The house also came with a lot of floatation devices for the lake such as life vests, kayaks, inflatables…etc. our only issue during our stay was the thermostat broke and it ranged from 80 during the day down to 60 at night all while it was set on 72. The property manager was very quick to come out and fix it and they even were totally replacing the thermostat the day we were leaving. We would absolutely visit here again!

This property was the perfect location for an extended family reunion for me and my two brothers and our families. Plenty of space for everyone in the house, which was extensively and thoughtfully stocked. Excellent waterfront location with a fun two-story dock the kids and adults loved. Easy communication with the property manager. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Not enough good things to say about this property and the manager. Communication was perfect, the house is stunning. You cannot beat the location, on the lake, 2 minutes from deep water, but 5 minutes from anywhere in town. We will be back!

This is the 9th home we have rented in the past two years at Lake Hartwell and definitely our favorite. My dad who loves to fish is 87 and it was an easy walk to the dock. The dock was brand new and had plenty of room to fish with a large upper deck for relaxation. Nice quiet cove and great fishing location. Home convenient to the town of Hartwell so near grocery stores, restaurants and new convenience store less than a mile away. Several restaurants will also deliver to this location.
The house is new and designed to accommodate a large family with ease: washer and dryer on both levels, two refrigerators, two dishwashers. large pantry to store food, ice maker, large bathrooms, several outdoor trash cans (we had issue with this at other properties, not enough trash cans so we had to take trash home with us which is very inconvenient), large loop driveway into property with lots of parking in front of home. The kitchen was the most well-equipped kitchen of any home we have rented which was great for us since we typically cook and found other properties lacking in this area.
Spectacular views from house with large windows facing the lake from the upper level. You feel like you are at the lake even when in the house.
Minimal tasks required for checkout which was a great surprise, and I did not have to expend a lot of energy completing a long list of tasks while trying to pack to go home. The hosts provided every amenity you will need for your stay. We will most definitely stay here again and appreciate owners sharing this spectacular home!

Three families ventured to Hartwell, GA in the middle of winter during the most frigid time of the year for a week of quality family time, relaxation, laughter, joy and fun and all were accomplished during our stay at the Hales Lake House.
The Hales Lake House was perfect. It was clean, well equipped and provided everything we needed for a great week away. Any issues we had (which were minor) were handled right away. Andrew was so easy to communicate with. He handled all my questions from payment to squeaky doors, right away even making a visit to the house.
Our only complaint was the lack of signage from the street letting us know which house was The Hales Lake House.
Otherwise, we had the most glorious time at the Hales Lake House.

This home has the best of everything. Being on the lake is so relaxing and quiet and then the house is modern and beautiful giving it a feel of a luxury getaway. Our family had a wonderful time. We were spoiled having this kitchen to cook our Thanksgiving meal for 11!

We used this property for people to stay while we got married at a different location in Hartwell. This house was amazing with all of the accommodations, and it was priceless to be able to give this experience to a lot of our family and friends.
Only recommendation I would suggest is better signage because it was a little difficult to tell which house it was in the dark.
