Post-Hurricanes Status:
-We are open and booking reservations!
-Elevator is working. This condo is on the 6th floor (top floor).
-Pool is open and spa should be up and running soon.
-Beaches are open, but it is advised to wear shoes due to hidden hazardous debris. Additionally, the water may still be unsanitary.
-Many surrounding restaurants including John’s Pass were severely impacted, but many have been working hard and are opening back up every day!
-Vacationers are welcome, but we want to be transparent about the impact on the island as we are on our way to 100% normal again!

Welcome to “Beachview Klassic” - your best vacation ever in this UPDATED beautifully decorated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo at Crystal Palms Beach Resort conveniently located and nestled in the heart of Treasure Island, Florida with a TOP FLOOR balcony view of the Gulf. The ultimate vacation destination where you’ll enjoy ocean views, white sandy beach, breathtaking sunsets, and turquoise waters. The Crystal Palms complex has an outdoor heated pool and spa, with handicap friendly equipment to get into the water. Beach access is across the street directly in front of the complex – we count under 100 steps to sand!

Visit the nearby famous John’s Pass Village (about a mile away) where there’s something for everyone; fish, rent a jet ski, take a dolphin cruise, shop, grab a drink, enjoy ice cream, or eat at one of the many amazing restaurants and enjoy music.

Take the Suncoast Beach Trolley up and down the Gulf to explore area beaches, restaurants and local attractions the easy way - without worrying about directions or parking. The Trolley stops in front of the complex and all up and down Gulf Blvd, from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach / Pass-A-Grille.

- Rainy day activities and board games in Living Room
- Washer and Dryer in condo (detergent not provided)
- Private ocean view balcony (access from both Living Room and Master En Suite)

- Beach equipment is available as a convenience in the closet. We just can’t guarantee the exact number of items available as they are sometimes left behind broken or missing. We do our best to keep a wagon and 2 beach chairs available for your use. There is also a community bin of beach equipment guests are free to use. Beach equipment rentals are also available on the beach.
- Ice machine near lobby.
- ONE assigned on-site parking spot with required parking pass. Ask Host/Property Manager, Jordyn, for additional parking options for a second vehicle.

SUPPLIES:
Provided - initial starter supplies (2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, dish towel, dish rag, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, travel size shampoo/lotion/soap bar, and 2 garbage bags). Also provided are all linens, towels, and beach towels. We do our best to stock some ground coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen cabinet.

Not provided - laundry detergent, facial tissues, or bottled water.

This is not a full-service hotel with daily housekeeping. We clean after your stay. Guests are responsible for providing their own toiletries and additional supplies.

(immediate termination of reservation will occur, along with a $300 charge will be applied)
- NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY
(immediate termination of reservation will occur, along with a $300 charge will be applied)
- Guest will be charged for late check-out past 10am
- Guest will be charged for leaving behind excessive trash, food, drinks, or sand upon check-out
- Guest will be charged for damaged or missing towels/linens
- Guest will be charged for missing beach equipment

*For 28 days or longer bookings, there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee added to payment request prior to check-in. There will also be an additional $35 fee for towels and sheets exchange every 2 weeks.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo for the month of February. The condo is very clean and as pictured.The location is great, so many things within walking distance and such a great view! Jordyn is wonderful to work with and answers any question immediately. The condo was perfect for our winter escape!

My wife, daughter, and I loved our stay. The play was super clean, well-decorated, and clearly taken care of. We loved waking up and watching the waves from our window and balcony. We definitely plan to stay here again if we come back to Treasure Island!

Beautiful ocean views and a very clean apartment with easy checkin make this a no-brainer for staying in this area. Jordyn was very helpful and responsive. It's a short walk across the street to get to the beach and a short walk over the bridge to get to restaurants and shopping. We would have stayed here longer had time allowed. Recommended

This condo is exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed/wanted. The view from the balcony was amazing. I didn’t want to leave but work was calling. I’ll definitely stay here again! We got there late and had to go down the street to check in. No one was manning the reception desk. I made a quick call to Jordyn who made contact with them and it was seamless after that. Jordyn was very apologetic but I knew it wasn’t her fault.

The property was in great condition and decorated very nicely with a great view of the beach. Only complaint was the kitchen faucet was very loose but it worked. Pool and hot tub were in good condition. The pictures depicted the condo just as I found it. Simply walking across the street to the beach was awesome. I felt very safe walking to a nearby Circle K for some items I needed.

A lovely stay at the beach condo. Great space for 4 adults-private bedroom and bathroom. Nice balcony view and quick walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Helpful staff at checkin and throughout.

Great Condo overall. Good Location for family. Quiet area and not a busy pool so great for young kids etc. Stayed in 602 which was great for the beach view and got sun the majority of the day on the balcony also pool area gets sun most of the day as well. Few minute walk to the beach. Beach was not a busy beach which was good. If you’re looking for beach bars and night life we found St Pete’s towards postcard inn a better location for that type of vacation. All the rooms were great and Tvs in the room were also a bonus with cable on them. Parking was great. We also used the pullout couch which was great. Overall great spot for a family Vacay. Dryer took a long time to Dry Clothes. Thanks.

Stay here! The location is perfect, the beach is directly across the street and the views from the balcony are beautiful. Everything is within walking distance, even John’s Pass! We felt at home here and the pictures do not do it justice. There is so much space and I can’t say enough about how clean and comfortable it is. The views from the balcony are so beautiful, see for yourself! Many thanks to the hosts for their excellent communication, kindness, and for making us feel at home. Katie at the front desk greeted us every day and treated us like family. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Our stay was very nice! Condo is very comfortable, clean and in a great location! Beautiful sunset views from the balcony or right across the street at the beach. Everything was very smooth with check in and the whole trip and host was very quick with communications. We were there 3 nights and had a great time! The pool was perfect temp after a hot tub dip one of the nights - so much fun!

The overall stay was excellent, the views and the property on whole were amazing. The one complaint that needs to be addressed is the lock on the door, the dead bolt is failing, and it took many trips to the front desk getting replacement keys to enter. It became a nuisance especially when returning from the pool at night.

We had a great stay here. It was a quick walk across the street from the beach. There even happened to be some fireworks one of the night, and we were able to enjoy them from the balcony. Then condo was clean with cute beach themed decorations, and it had everything we could have needed, including beach towels and chairs. The host was responsive to all my questions when booking. I'd definitely stay here again!

Quiet place for a getaway this time of year. Nice high floor with views to the beach. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. There was a small hiccup with the key card and owner was very responsive.

The condo was spotless and looked exactly as shown in the photos, with comfortable beds, two full bathrooms, nice kitchen area, a few brand new board games and kids' art supplies, towels and beach gear. The pool/hot tub area was pleasant and during our visit in October we had it mostly to ourselves. We've stayed in several places in St. Pete and feel that this one is an excellent value.

Although this condo is across the street from the beach. You have amazing views from your balcony on 6th floor. About a 5 min walk to the beach and your close to a lot of local restaurants and bar in both directions from your condo.

Todo muy bien, limpieza , comodidades ext , solo que deberían dejar más papeles de ambos haceos. Por ejemplo: si algún integrante del grupo se descompone del estómago debe de lavarse ya que sólo te dejan el rollo de papel que por cierto es de los más pequeños ..Por todo lo demás …… espectacular .
