Great base located in Vernal to explore Dinosaur National and the Uintas. Nice, clean house in a quite neighborhood. Fenced backyard a plus when traveling with pets. Would definitely stay again.

We spent a three wonderful nights in Vernal exploring the area and always came back to the cozy house in the evening and felt quite relaxed! For a small group of people, the house is well equipped and gives you the feeling of stepping back in time which is exactly the vibe you want in this land of ancient rock formations, dinosaurs and petroglyphs and pictographs. A great place to get to know this area of the fabulous state of Utah!

The farmhouse was full of light, private, and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the house is well-designed— it felt spacious even though the house is only 840 sq feet. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

It was clean. The thermostat going to 65 at night made it very cold to wake up to in the morning.

My family had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage near the desert. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area which was minutes away from town and the desert. Aside from the cottage itself being charming, all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway were available on-site, and the fenced in back yard allowed our pups to play and relax as well. Our hosts were friendly, excellent communicators, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The evenings were especially pleasant on the patio. This cottage is a great choice if you're looking for a quiet and cozy retreat near the desert.

This is a lovely, nicely renovated small cottage. We were traveling thru with our family and dogs and it was a wonderful stay over, both two and fro several days later again on our trip. The owner was fully available and attentive to our needs. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We made a nice dinner, watched a movie and slept well in very comfortable beds. Everything we needed. The backyard was fenced with grass and lovely landscaping, nice to sit out back. It was enjoyed by all in our party. If passing thru again, I would definitely stay at this little gem.

Property was everything advertised. The house was going through a renovation process so some amenities were lacking like central cooling/heating. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property was filthy, windows were rotted with tree limbs jammed in the window to keep it shut. Lots of brown bugs due to so much rotten wood. Bathroom filthy, never used the tub/shower. Found mouse turds on kitchen counter each morning. Vrbo should be more careful about what the put on their website. I sent pictures to your customer service, but only response was to contact the owner. Vrbo advertised this awful place. I will never use Vrbo again and will make sure all my friends see the pictures.

We were in vernal for an overnight baseball tourney and just needed a place to stay that would allow our golden retriever. The house was perfect size and accommodated is perfectly. It was nice to have a comfortable place to stay that wasn’t a stuffy hotel.
