Parking lot across street: If no spots available on street I guarantee available spot at parking lot across the street from company called Rafnar. They charge by the hour/minute.
1 bedroom and 1 living room. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom. King size bed, single bed (if requested) and couch (flips to a real bed). 55" SmartTV Netflix, Youtube and other apps.
The space
Kitchen, Bedroom, Living room and Bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher. 1 King size bed, couch bed (140x200) and 1 single bed (90x200).
The space accommodates 3 persons.
Apartment is modern and new. Fully equipped kitchen.
Everything Reykjavik center has to offer is walkable from the apartment. It is located in the epicenter.
Very fast wi fi (95,3 Mbps download speed, 101 Mbps upload speed)
Guest can access the whole apartment.
Towels , hairdryer, hangers and ironing board is available.
All the kitchen stuff is available. Dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster blender, pot, pan, owen, containers, forks, knives, cups, glasses, plates etc. Also spices, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, tea. All free to use at will. Microwave is also available.
In living room you have couch (flips to sleeping bed in one motion), living room table, dining area and 6 chairs
Parking lot right across the apartment (they charge per hour). Always available spots, never full.
And also street parking (free from 9pm to 8am). Most of the time available spot.
Treat everything with respect and return apartment in same condition.
No smoking inside apartment. Please use balcony.
