About this house rental
Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom downstairs- all equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one brand new queen sized bed in the second bedroom with an adjustable desk, and a brand new queen sized bed in the upstairs bedroom as well. There is also a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room and a memory foam floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. We also have 3 separate private balconies so you can enjoy the city skyline and Space Needle views while sipping your morning coffee or evening wine. Our home also includes wireless internet and 3 large electric air conditioning units.
We have one of the rare homes in Seattle that is centrally located and includes parking!

We are located near the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise from time to time. If a silent environment is important to you, being near downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

Great place to stay for the beginning of our vacation.

Great location within a maybe 15 minutes with kids walk to the Space Needle. House is on a fairly steep hill—we all managed it, but it might be a challenge for young kids if you’re planning to walk to places. We carried our 3 year old, our 7 year old was fine. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, and there was a good supply of linens, dishes, etc. Owners were very responsive to all questions.
Small cons were that the air conditioning unit to the top level doesn’t fit with the casement windows, so the exhaust hose just has to vent out an open door, which isn’t optimal. However, when not in the midst of a heat wave, I doubt this would be an issue. There is also a lot of construction nearby, obviously not within owner control, but it eliminates street parking. It was a little bit of a tight fit, but we were indeed able to fit a minivan and a regular car into the parking space.
We had a lovely visit and really enjoyed the convenience to various attractions and restaurants!

We were in Seattle for a long weekend of fun with family/friends and to see an NHL hockey game. This place was perfect for us!
This is a house that has 3 separate rental units (all with their own entrance). It was quiet and the space is exactly as advertised--the photos online are an accurate portrayal. It had everything we needed for the weekend (except a deck of cards and a pen). The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking our meals.
It is easy walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena, as well as the Space Needle, Armory and Science Museum. There is a nice grocery store nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants/bars etc. We were able to park 2 mid-sized cars in the designated parking behind the house, which was a bonus! There is parking on the street too, but construction in the area reduces the number of on-street parking spots. Due to the construction, we also didn't have running water on our last morning, because the city had to shut off the water main--was NOT the fault of the owners.
There is a nearby homeless encampment with tents and free showers, which initially concerned us, but there were no issues. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely house with a great view and all as described except that there are a lot of stairs to access all areas. Great communication with the hosts made the process easy.

My husband and his friends stayed Ashley and Mike's for a guys' weekend in Seattle and really enjoyed their stay. It was easy to get to all the top locations to visit and had great views of The Space Needle. Great amenities and Ashley was really helpful with all the pre-arrival information!

We enjoyed the Kraken overtime win on Friday, it was a short walk to the stadium. The market is close for food. The New year view was spectacular! The house was a perfect fit for our family and friends.

The biggest problem was that we were there for my granddaughter surgery and the owner knew that. They did not inform us that they are doing major construction across the street that starts at 7 AM until 3, 6 days a week. Second, the bedroom upstairs has broken blinds, so the light comes shining through. The sofa bed in the living room, it’s hard to sleep on because the two doors do not have blinds so the light streams in. The parking that they said is there needs to be very small compact cars because the tenant next-door has a very large truck so you can’t park. During construction there is barely any parking on the street . If you go with a family, beware of the fact that all of the end tables are very wobbly. The view of the space needle is spectacular. However, when I asked if it was easy walking with children, it is not it is on a massive hill and there really isn’t anything kid friendly around there to eat. It does have a supermarket.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect for getting around the city, and walking distance to Space Needle, great restaurants, and the grocery store. The views of the Space Needle can’t be beat! It is a duplex, so people live below you. We have young kids, so I had to remind them not to stomp, run, etc. The hostess was super responsive and helpful. Window units were a nice thing to have for warm summer days. The balconies (3!) were endlessly wonderful. We highly recommend this home!
