Casa Luna Azul - Experience Isla Mujeres from this incredible 4 bedroom oceanfront home directly on the beach with heated infinity pool. Large indoor/outdoor living area with an open floor plan. 360° view of amazing sunrises and sunsets. Indoor/outdoor dining. Perfect mid-Island location. Large gourmet kitchen. You will have direct access to the beach through your private (lockable) gate. Walk the beach in the morning looking for shells. Listen to the waves crash at night as you enjoy your drinks by the pool. Watch the dolphins play in the Caribbean and the tortugas come in to nest on the beach in front of the casa. Casa Luna Azul is owner managed and no detail is left untouched. We can help you arrange transportation to and from the airport, excursions, hire an in-house chef or masseuse, babysitting. Casa Luna Azul is a beautiful property that met expectations from the photos and description. Our group was a bit blue when we saw the forecast for the week, but we ended up having good weather and even the sun came out. Chema and Miguel did a great job communicating and taking care of our needs. I highly recommend this place if you are going to Isla.

Overall we had a great stay. The house was super clean and the daily cleaning service did a great job. The beds were all super comfortable and we all slept great every night. The only complaint I have was the second floor master bathroom had no hot water for the whole 5 days we were there. However, the hallway second floor bathroom had plenty of hot water which is what I had to use to shower. Also, the washer and dryer do not work properly. The washer cuts off half way through the cycle leaving your clothes soaking wet, and then the dryer shuts off after running for 7 minutes. It was a bit annoying but other than those two issues, the rest of the house was great.

This house is amazing! It's even better than the photos. The beach and island are awesome and the concierge, Chema was beyond helpful our entire stay. I would absolutely go back again. We loved it!

The home was amazing! Clean, very well appointed and very comfortable! The pictures don't do it justice. We were a family group of 3 couples and a child and had plenty of room to just be together. The rooftop patio was wonderful! Could watch both the sunrise and the sunset. The main living area that opened into the patio with the pool was perfect. We had breakfast by the pool every morning. The owner's and staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went well from the time we booked to the day we left. They gave us so much great information. A big thanks to Chema, the concierge, for going above and beyond from stocking the kitchen prior to our arrival to being outside on the day we left to make sure the taxis' arrived to get us to the ferry. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend!!

Great family vacation in a perfectly sized and appointed home. Good location, walking distance to grocery and restaurants, beautiful views and a short cab ride to great beaches. And don't miss the "boardwalk" trail to the south. Amazing seaside views.

My family of 6, including two college students, a teenager, and my 81-year old mother, absolutely loved our stay at Casa Luna Azul and on Isla Mujeres. It was our first time on the island and we all agree we will be back. This house was perfect for us. Communication with the owner and manager was speedy and clear. They sent an informative welcome packet before arrival. The house manager met us at the house and was available via What's App during our stay. The daily housekeeper, Miguel, was so sweet and did a fabulous job. The house is so thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could need. We walked to the local neighborhood for dinner and exploring, rented a golf cart for other errands, and generally had an absolutely wonderful week in Casa Luna Azul. Thank you!

We have never stayed at a more well outfitted VRBO…everything you needed was there. And it was so clean and we woke up to it being cleaned every morning (thanks Miguel)! All of the communication with Maggie, Chema, and David was effortless and we had cold cervezas waiting for us when we arrived. We also hired Javi and Dinnertainment services to cook and entertain us (as well as provide us with a history of the island) one night and it was amazing!!! The house is perfectly situated so you can spend time at your pool, get to Playa Norte, Hildago Street, and the south end beach clubs and bars quickly and easily. My whole family wished we had several more days to enjoy Casa Luna Azul. We can’t wait to go back!

Casa Luna Azul was a wonderful find! Maggie (owner) was so communicative as were the driver, concierge, and housekeeper. They were able to take care of everything seamlessly. The house is spotlessly clean and stocked with anything you might need. We spent a lot of time just floating in the pool!
We had one problem with one of the rooms leaking during a heavy rain (it rained SO hard that many places on the island had leaks!) Someone was there within 5 minutes to take care of the problem.
I also recommend Javi's cantina to cook you a meal at the villa! Maggie recommended them and it was perfect. Delicious food and drinks. Such a great idea!

This was hands down the best VRBO experience I’ve (and those with me) have ever had. The house was beautiful, beds comfortable, great kitchen space and you just can’t beat the view. Maggie was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had and answered all my questions and provided SO MUCH useful information about the house and the island. Chema, the house concierge, was such an unexpected luxury. He was wonderful and so responsive to us. He truly made sure we had anything we needed or helped with any last minute questions. He’s very well connected on the island and provided a lot of extra insight for us and offerings while there. Between Chema and Maggie, we felt well prepared and informed for the whole trip. House keeping was quick, efficient and very kind. The whole team was spectacular from start to finish. Zero complaints about the house or location. We had a wonderful stay and all agreed if we came back we would come back to Casa Luna Azul or their other property. Thank you all for everything!

The house and staff were beyond amazing. We enjoyed this place to the fullest. Staff handled our transportation, ferry tickets, golf cart rental, shopping, cleaning, and even helped us with catering. Communication was incredible. Miguel would show up quietly and just start cleaning. Chema was the best shopper and made sure we wanted for nothing. Thank you so much! We even got to see turtles hatch and make their way to the water! Wow! Could not be happier! Thank you everyone!

Our group stayed at Luna Azul from Aug 19 thru the 25th. We had the most amazing time! Maggie took care of us from start to finish. She provided us with all the information from the time we landed to our final day. The house is beautiful and located in the center of the island making it easy to travel north or south. We even got to meet Maggie as she was staying at her house on South Beach! She is so hospitable. Can't say enough about our stay. Beautiful house with plenty of room for the 8 of us. Overlooking the ocean each morning and also got to sea a sea turtle lay her eggs! Thank you Maggie. I highly recommend Luna Azul if you are planning a stay on Isla Mujeres!

Beautiful property, gorgeous with all the amenities you would need. Very good for a larger group traveling together! Only downside is the water is not very warm in the showers.

We loved being able to jump into the pool after being outside in the hot sun. The pool was always a nice temp and always seemed to be in the perfect shade or sun when we wanted it to be.
Also enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean; best views are from the pool and roof!!
Access to nearby restraints and locations was decent we typically walked 15-30 minutes to mango cafe for breakfast or other local restaurants for lunch, though definitely needed taxi rides to get around the island more easily. Rides were pretty cheap especially when split being 100-150 peso or about $6-$8.
Overall would love to return again and enjoy another stay only beautiful Isla Mujeres and in Casa Luna Azul!!!

I feel very lucky to have chosen Casa Luna Azul. There were several houses that would have accommodated my family. However, I believe I ended up with the perfect home. The location was spectacular. We went downtown at least once every day or evening. Just a short golf car ride away. Even if it was just for dessert and back. The master bedroom was spectacular. Thoroughly enjoyed the view, the bed, the air flow, and most of all the shower. We enjoyed sitting by the pool during the day as well as the evening hours. As the patio looses the sunlight the roof deck is the perfect place to catch the last bit of sun for the day. One or two minor issues, but I was able to communicate these issues to Alex who worked quickly to resolve the problem. Chema, the concierge was very professional and accommodating and if I am lucky enough to go back to the island Casa, Luna Azul will be the place I want to be.

The house was even better than the pictures. Chema checked us in and made restaurant reservations at Muelle 7 for us. The food was amazing.
Beds were comfortable, everything was perfectly clean. Staff came to clean mid week for us. Pool was crystal clear and warm.
It was nice to have laundry at the house for the beach towels- they provided! Beach chairs are right there too along with floats.
We can’t wait to go back!!!

Maggie provided us with top connections for airport and ferry travel as well as top chef and meal preparation. Casa Azul is beautiful, comfortable with incredible beds, has
the best view and is very safe! The home is incredibly planned with eastern sunset, beautiful pool overlooking the ocean and the 3rd floor is perfect for sunsets in the hammock and at the table while having appetizers!

Casa Luna Azul is better than the pictures show. It was absolutely perfect inside and out. The owners and property managers were helpful from the day we booked until the moment we left the island. I’d would highly recommend the driver Maggie suggested, along with Javi’s for grocery delivery & cooking (if desired). Also, renting a golf cart for your stay is the best way to get around the island. Island is beautiful and we always felt safe. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We hope to return soon.

The house was pretty but I would never stay here again. The management was awful! It took 2 days to warm up the small pool- the house manager had no idea how to work the heater, and it was too cold to get in at night. The speakers they have at the house didn’t work and the manager couldn’t figure that out as well. The front door slammed shut if it was open at the same time as the back sliding doors and broke!! The straw that broke the camel’s back is they charged us for a missing sheet and a missing robe $155!! I offered to pay for fixing the door, it was an accident but we were told not to open both at the same time.. completely our mistake. However, for someone to say we “stole” a sheet and a robe when we didn’t, really angered me!! Furthermore, they say we had to buy them an entire sheet set for $130!! We are frequent VRBO users and even own a condo we rent out in Florida so we would never ever accuse our guests of stealing without proof! We even helped put all the sheets, towels, robes, in the laundry room to help the cleaning crew before we left, picked up, and cleaned the kitchen as we do with all rentals! So beware if you stay here, you’re probably not going to get your deposit back because they expect you to buy new linens for their house!! No thank you!
