Everything was wonderful … we will be back

It could of been really nice but I would change a bunch of things to make that so.The campers holding take for potty need a good cleaning! It was very smelly so we did spray alot of freebreeze! The bed is way to hard needs a nice topper put on it.The back deck was nice but had alot of spider webs!
4.8
Came to relax. Had a great time. Met some great people!

Back deck was filthy with spiders webs. Didn’t tell renters that there would have geese poop everywhere. Need a Decent handrail to enter and leave out of the door need a larger handrail going up to three steps and really need a handrail entering, exiting the shower area

Had a great time on the river. Beautiful sound and scenery. Just as described. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you

We have owned and lived/long term camped in several campers. If I had this camper and that spot I would definitely live there full time. The river was the most relaxing sound and watching the geese and ducks was wonderful. We will definitely rent this Brno again!!!

We LOVED our stay! The porch overlooking the river was amazing. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 small dogs.

The entry stairs are wood. It was raining when we got there, so they were slippery. The hand rail was attached to the trailer, and loose. It only was useable for the top stairs. The trailer did not smell clean. The rugs are old and need replaced. The fridge needed cleaning. The two large chairs are worn out and ready to be replaced. We never did figure out how to work the furnace, but the fireplace kept us warm.
The location was convenient and the view from the back deck was outstanding. Perfect rental for trout fishermen, not so much for vacationers.

Very peaceful spot on the river. I really enjoyed the quietness of the campground as well as the view.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway and a chance to disconnect. We had a wonderful stay. The RV was great and the fact it backed up right to the rivers edge made it even more wonderful. My husband wanted to fish and I just wanted to relax. As soon as we opened the sliding doors to the patio and heard the sounds of the rushing water from the river I knew we picked the perfect location to stay. We can’t wait to plan and Book our next getaway but hopefully it will be for more than 4 days!! Not one negative thing to say about this trip!!

Was up for a car show. Place was clean and had everything you needed for our stay.

Property was just as described in listing. Clean, cozy and the campground was quiet at night. Very relaxing stay.

The wife and I stayed for 3 nights. The camper was cozy and comfortable. As many have stated, there’s a CO2 alarm that is on the island that has been wreaking havoc for Brendan, the Rv Tech. It didn’t go off during the night but around 7-7:30pm. He was always quick to answer calls.
The camper met our needs and was priced fairly. I love to fly fish and this place helped my habit…lol!

The area is wonderful but the rental was dirty. Not enough toilet paper, alarm went off repeatedly, all dishes had to be scrubbed before we could use them. Oven didn't work, TV didn't work and had no instructions. Very few utensils in kitchen, no kitchen towels or wash cloths. Mold and scum in shower. Living room furniture is old and broken down. Front porch light didn't work. Very disappointed.

We were fishing and taking photos on our trip. Being right on the river was awesome. The sound at night made for great sleeping and sitting on the deck over the river with a cocktail after a day of hiking was quite relaxing.

It’s very unfortunate because we like the place , the view was great , easy check in , everything was good , except for the kitchen , we found some animal drops in several utensils drawers, good that all my food was pre cooked and I travel with some plastic dishes and a pan , I felt extremely uncomfortable to use anything in the kitchen , so we bought plastic silver and cups, the coffee maker was thrown under the sink, the microwave door was very dirty , but it could be a great property fixing the cleaning issue

My husband and I were SO grateful for Shanna's wonderful hospitality!

Great place to stay with great views on the river. Only a few minutes from downtown. It was a quiet and relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time in Bryson City as always and we've wanted to stay in a 5th wheel to see how the layout is since we have a small camper.
As the previous guest stated the smoke alarm sounded once a night. Good time to wake up and take the dogs out!
There is no washer/dryer as stated or pictured. We didn’t need, but if you do, you're out of luck.
I did leave a note about some housekeeping issues so hopefully it will be better for you. There is an air mattress available for additional sleeping in living room and the king bed was comfortable.
The four of us were able to rotate showers to have enough hot water. It reheats pretty quickly. Overall, it suited our needs of a home base for our stay in WNC as we revisited some of our favorite spots and we would consider again.

Good. Enjoyed our stay except the Fire detector kept going off at night so we ended up leaving early.

The location was perfect for our family trip to Bryson City! Our children loved staying here and that theycould see the train and river. The camper was clean and comfortable for 2 adults/ 2 young kids. Our kids are asking to come back next year and i would definitely stay here again!

Loved the cozy little Creekside camper and watching the Polar express go by.

We loved the location and that the property owner accepted pets. We had a nice fire by the river. The RV was great with a great layout. I'm not one to complain, but a couple of things need to be addressed. The water heater really should be an on-demand. I ran out of hot water with conditioner in my hair. Not cool. Also, around the shower door tract, could have been cleaner as well as the toilet. That wouldn't keep me from staying again. We will be back!!!

The RV is in the perfect location on the main drag between Cherokee and Bryson City. You're around 15 minutes from the entrance to Blue Ridge Parkway and same for downtown Bryson. My favorite spot was the deck. You can watch the trains go by, see elks, watch the fishermen and relax. Great communication with the owner. She has a handyman that is always available.

We stayed at this spot due to the proximity of a wedding we attended. The main disappointment was there was no washer and dryer as described and pictured, greater detail is needed for dusting and the dining table seats need recovering. Otherwise, it was a good deal.

We enjoyed our two night stay in the RV.
Great view of the river and the Smokey Mountains Railroad as it passed by. Very quiet neighborhood.
The only complaint we have is we both tripped on the carpet which needs to be tacked down . We would rent again.

Great weekend place

This camper was in a great location, close to Bryson City shopping and restaurants as well as the entrance to the National park. The camper itself was a bit of a disappointment due to worn out furniture, missing lighting, lack of washer and dryer and the stove igniter broke. Shanna was very helpful and responsive to any issues. The price is reasonable so if you’re ok with a little wear and tear you’ll be fine.

We had a great time certainly will beback

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the porch looking out over the river. Sounds wonderful and very relaxing. Everything we needed to know about the camper was well detailed by the owner in a notebook on the kitchen table.
We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Nice weather all weekend, super location and enjoyed the whole trip. Moonshine train ride was great and informative.
Love the lure of the mountains and running water .
Thank you

Everything just as described. There was no TP at all and emailed where to buy. There is an IGA store a mile away. Someone dropped off some later. Nice next door neighbors.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at this roomy RV located in the quiet Bear Hunter Campground which runs along the Tuckasegee River's edge. The RV's unique deck overlooking the river sold us on this rental. It was relaxing to listen to and watch the running water. We were comfortable and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The highlight of our trip was seeing elk at the Oconoluftee Visitor Center. We would recommend this rental to friends and family.
