House Rules:
1) When booking a stay please accurately register all guests. This is important for staging and cleaning purposes as well as for your safety.
WE WILL CHARGE $100 PER NIGHT FOR UNREGISTERED GUESTS.*

2) This is a non-smoking property. Any smoking inside the home what-so-ever will be charged a $350 cleaning fee. We ask that if you do smoke, please do so on the sidewalk at least 200 ft. from the front door. Dispose of your butts properly.

3) This is a pet free home. Anyone who brings a pet into the home that is not a service animal will be charge a $100 additional fee.

4) Please do your best to not wear your shoes throughout the home. We do clean the house thoroughly and ask that you respect the cleanliness of the home by removing your shoes at the door.

5) We do NOT rent to Sioux Falls locals. There are exceptions to this rule, so please contact us if need be.

6) The person making the reservation must be at least 21 years or older.

7) No more than 6 adults and 1 infant are permitted overnight at this property.
