Sequoia National Park is open 7 day a week, see the Sherman Tree. You’ll love my ranch because of the views, the outdoors space, and the river; it is so peaceful. Only 15 minutes from the Gate to world famous Sequoia National Park. The cabin has WiFi.

The communication was amazing, the cabin is so close to Sequoia, the nature was incredible—we especially loved the swimming in the river between two waterfalls
This was an amazing experience, definitely worth the money

We had a great stay. The view is outstanding. Star gazing is amazing due to lack of light pollution. Plenty of wildlife to view and enjoy. Hosts were very communicative. However, this is a very, very old cabin. To us the good outweighed the issues caused by the age of the cabin.

Kori and Paul were great communicators, from the beginning. Paul met us at the ranch entrance and guided us to our cabin. It was so hot when we arrived but, thankfully Paul had both AC units on inside the cabin. He showed us the inside and took the time to look over the map for the ranch. He told us all the different spots the ranch had. We were very pleased with everything. Loved the propane grill and the fully stocked kitchen! Loved the private beach! Close enough to Sequoia and Kings Canyon, but far enough to not be affected by the crowds. Be aware, there is no reception and no TV... but we loved that. Thank you Paul and Kori!

We had a wonderful stay here,Paul and Kori were extremely nice and helpful
It was very hot, and our grandkids had a blast as we spend most of the time by the swimming holes
We will definitely come back
Thank you

We had a great time here. Because you can spend so much time outside on the porch, there was plenty of room for our family of 4. We enjoyed going to the river and fishing on the property and just hanging on the river. Would recommend staying here!

The communication prior to our arrival was good, keeping us informed as to where to go and someone was available to escort us to the cabin for it was a little remote. The cabin had a full kitchen with the basics so we were able to make some meals since dining options nearby were limited. The plumbing in the cabin could use some maintenance - the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom would just only trickle a thin stream of cold water making it difficult to wash dishes or even brush our teeth. The shower head was half clogged so showering was difficult to rinse off plus the drain was slow so you had to be careful the water did not overflow the shower basin. The cabin did have internet service but we were not given the login information until the day after our arrival. We were not aware that there would be no cell coverage in that area plus there was no TV in the cabin so that coupled with no internet made it difficult to check the daily forecast which we would have liked since we were planning to hike the next day. The location was close Sequoia national park which was why we chose the cabin.

We had a lovely time there, easy access to the river was a big plus for us. I was able to do a polar bear plunge, it was awesome! We had deer right there one morning and sat out there with our coffee watching them. I will point out though, the water pressure was very low and not much hot water, no back to back showers! Overall, happy with our stay!

We had a lovely stay recently at Three Rivers Ranch, a large multi-acre property with 4-5 separate cabins available for short term stays. The property owner and manager were both incredibly responsive and helpful. We actually did not stay in this "River View" cabin pictured here in this listing. Instead, upon check-in at the property we changed cabins and moved to one called "The River" (a different VRBO listing) which is relatively new construction, a 1 BR unit with hickory kitchen cabinets, new appliances including a washer and dryer, front porch, and picturesque red standing-seam metal roof. That cabin was well-laid out and perfect for us (a couple).

This cabin is located in a beautiful area with gorgeous mountain and river views and plenty of grounds to explore. It is not fancy, but is comfortable and well equipped. Paul provided excellent information about the area, the nearby national parks, and how to prepare for our stay, and Kori guided us to the cabin and made sure we had everything we needed. The ranch is very large, with lots of interesting features, and we would have loved to explore more of it but we were there for just a brief stay. This is a great place for peace and quiet, with easy access to Sequoia. Highly recommended!

The cabin was cute, great location over-looking the river with gorgeous views of the mountains. Easy to find and Kori kept in contact and met us at the ranch entrance to make sure we didn’t have any trouble. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and bedding. The grill was nice and Kori made sure we had propane when needed.
We did have to wash the dishes/pots before using. The pull out sofa is pretty worn out, but we were able to purchase an air mattress the second day to remedy that.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay on a quiet and beautiful ranch. Would definitely recommend staying here for the location and the views. Felt safe and secluded but not too far away from everything. Thanks for making our stay in Three Rivers a memorable one! :)
