Located within the gated community of StillWaters on Lake Martin, this fully renovated condominium offers you and your guests breathtaking, panoramic, and deep water views of the lake. This vacation rental condo is a part of 'Lakes and Land at Sunset Point Condominiums' complex.

The condo includes a beautiful and private (for the building) salt-water heated pool (overlooking the lake), a large pavilion for relaxing and grilling by the pool, large white sand beach, large sun bathing area by the pool, fishing pier, and year round deep water boat docks (all right at your condo). Water toys are available for free at the beach (paddle boards, canoe, and kayaks).

There are ample amenities provided in this condo that will have you thinking this is your home away from home. This is a 3rd floor unit (allowing for stunning views) and only has one set of stairs (17 steps), due to the gentle slope of property.

The condo is conveniently located in close proximity to the area restaurants (Coppers Grill, Niffers Place, Poplar Dawgs, Chucks Marina, Lake Martin Pizza and Oskars).

The condo is located 30 miles from Auburn, 50 miles from Montgomery, 95 miles from Birmingham and 125 miles from Atlanta.

For all activities at Auburn and Auburn University (football games, basketball games, graduation, visiting family, prospective students, and shopping) this condo offers you, your family, and guests a quiet and family-affordable place to relax and unwind while experiencing the breathtaking views Lake Martin has to offer.

Boats and Trailers:

Due to the limited space and StillWaters Community HOA rules, boat trailer parking is not allowed on-site at the condo.

Our neighborhood does not allow boat trailers to be stored in the parking lots or driveways. If you will need boat trailer parking, please let your host know at booking. Trailer storage is available next door to Harbor Pointe Marina (inside the neighborhood).

The closest and most convenient boat ramp is Harbor Pointe Marina. There is a charge for each ramp use, but the marina is only 1 mile from the condo. Please pay attendant inside the Marina store. Ramp closes at 4:30 pm (Spring, Summer) and 4:00 pm (Fall and Winter).

A boat dock slip is available for you at the condo.

Comfortable place to stay. Having a private pool for the building, as well as a beach area for the lake was wonderful. Although furniture was a bit dated, it was still very comfortable and well maintained. Will definitely be back soon.

This time around we invited friends and they were able to stay in another unit in the building. We had a great time. The 4 teenagers we had with us also had an awesome time. There was lots to do with the pool, paddleboards, kayaks and more. We rented their pontoon boat for 2 days and loved having access to it from the property from sun up to sun down. We'll be back!

Unfortunately our guests did not have a good stay.The sewage system became backed up from a previous guest so there was no water for their stay and no other condos to move to since it was a football home weekend.The good thing is I received a full refund and the condo host was very apologetic.We did have family at another condo that they could shower etc at

The reservation and check in process was easy. The lake and sunset views were as promoted. We were a little surprised that the exterior entryway (steps) was in much need of cleaning and reworking which didn’t give a good first impression. No entry lights were working at night except for our unit door light we would turn on at night. The unit was somewhat dated but was clean. We had trouble with the living room TV saying no connection. We called the property manager and tried to leave a voice mail however his phone said his voice mail was full. We texted him to ask for assistance. No response. We kept calling until he finally answered. A crew was sent out while we were out. When we returned the TV was still inoperable. We once again played call, can’t leave a message, text and call until we got him. He did apologize and came out personally and got TV going. The pool and common areas were beautiful. The unit kitchen wasn’t as organized and supplied with items we have become accustomed to from other renters in the mountains and at the beach. It was a mix match of cups glasses, silverware etc. Microwave lights over the stove did not work for ease of cooking. The two slice toaster needs to be replaced. It looks nasty. Would we rent again? Maybe, however we will search all other options carefully.

This was exactly like the pictures, a nice, neat condo with beautiful sunset views, close to the marina, restaurants and chimney rock! The condo was clean, we had plenty of room and everything we needed. We brought our boat and parked in the boat slip & boated most of time and had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

Condo was cozy with an awesome view of the lake. Boat rentals at property dock was super convenient, Grills onsite as well as free kayaks to use. Salt water pool was nice. Definitely will return next year.

We very much enjoyed our weekend on the Lake! The heated pool was great, the little beach was awesome, all of the provided water toys was amazing! My kids and husband canoed, kayaked, and paddle boarded. We also got to meet the local neighbor dog Morgan. He’s quite the welcoming committee ☺️ The condo was super nice, plenty of room with a great view!

The view was spectacular! Unit needs updating, furniture is outdated and there are too many large recliners in the living room which makes it challenging to move around and blocks the view.

Really enjoyed the property and all that it offered. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms/showers, and beautiful patios with AMAZING views. The condo also includes FREE paddle boards, kayaks, bbqs, heated pool, and private sandy beach. Owner is very engaged and we highly recommend this property!

We booked this unit last year for our anniversary & this year we couldn’t resist the urge to go back! We have stayed in other units in the building owned by Nic as well & we absolutely love renting from him. We stayed March 9-12. Since it was before the “busy season” began, there wasn’t much activity on the water. It was very quiet & relaxing. The unit is exactly as pictured. We will be renting again!

The unit number on our directions appeared to be part of the address instead of being clearly marked as the unit. The keypad battery died when we tried to enter our condo later in the evening after an exhausting day of travel. Having to email the manager and wait for a response was harrowing! Our belongings, including our meds were locked inside. Once we received a call from the manager we were able to enter via the master key, but to our is dismay, the shower tub didn’t drain! The remaining time was GREAT!

We used this property as some overflow space during the Thanksgiving holidays. Besides being clean and well maintained, our guests just loved the fact that the light switches were ALL labeled!! No guesswork into what lights you were trying to turn on.

Property was very nice. Beautiful views! !! Fall colors gorgeous! Manager was very easy to get ahold of and very kind, True southern hospitality. My only complaint is some noise from some work being done on a neighbors houses and leaf blowing,, but that’s traveling in the fall.
