Worth the price. Had unexpected amenities like fridge and microwave. Plenty of hot water.

I got what I paid for. Convenient to nearby stuff like CVS.

The cable and tv. I could not get them to work. So I did not watch tv.

I had low expectations and was shocked at how much worse it was than I had planned for.

Nothing at all.

Looked like more of a long term stay kind of place for homeless people than a motel. Our room key didn’t work when we returned at night. They had to come and open the door for us, which I thought was sketchy. You could see into our room from outside because the blinds didn’t shut. None of the drawers shut. The tv didn’t work. The bed was lopsided. The entire place was filthy. It did not feel safe at all. It was probably worth 20% of what we paid to stay there.

I was there about 10 minutes and left the place is filthy disgusting smells very outdated absolutely

Absolutely nothing about that room is good no cable TV the room is filthy smells like cigarettes a bunch of people hanging around outside swearing the people staying a couple doors down from that room I was rented the girl was outside in her underwear and she was gross looking by far the worst place I’ve ever seen bathroom was filthy absolutely disgusting that police should be shut down I left and did not stay there absolutely disgusting

Disappointing

The Inn was 25 minutes from our destination, enjoyed the scenic drive. Had dinner at a nice restaurant not too far from Inn, Sonoma wine bar and Bistro.

The room /walls were dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold patches all around. Purchased bleach cleaner to clean this and the sink etc.The bedding was dirty. Thank goodness had a sleeping bag to sleep on top of the bedding. The room shown in my confirmation email was not the one we got.

Was okay.

Staff was pleasant, met us promptly and let us check in a little early. This is older motel and units were clean. Sheets and blankets worn thin with patches and some small holes. Served our needs as we were not there for the motel, just to visit family and attend events in area.

Need new sheets and blankets. Towels were very thin also.

If you don't expect much, you can't be disappointed

The pictures are slightly nicer than reality. It's a motel, for sure.

All furnishings we're in working order but very tired. The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. Was difficult to sleep.

We actually tried to find another place to stay but nothing was available within 60 miles.

The motel was not like I expected. I was very disappointed in the room overall. It felt dirty and actually was. There were red stains on the pillow cases.

Not fancy but clean and reasonably priced.

Reading the previous reviews it was exactly what they said it was. It's an old motel who recently got new owners. The staff was friendly and the place is just so so. The rooms are basic, but CLEAN. The other hotels were much more expensive in the area so for one night it was a bargain. There is no wifi, the bed was comfortable. Not fancy at all, but clean.

The door handle to the sliding glass door was broken, and the drape was missing some hangers.

This is a good value in the Newport RI area, where everything else is ridiculously priced.

Comfortable beds, and nice to have a large refrigerator and freezer and a microwave. Location was good, and room was quiet even though the property is situated next to a highway. WiFi worked very well.

Room was very simple, not upgraded in any way and not particularly attractive.

Pleasant Staff to talk with.

They were very accommodating. I have a temporary ID until I receive the new one in the mail. They accepted it when another chain did not. Very thankful :)

There were cracks and mold in the bathroom and it smelled funny. But was clean and comfortable.

Not worth the money

The bed was comfortable and the new owners are nice and accommodating.

No breakfast, rooms need updates, and the price is too high for this motel. I would not stay there again unless updates were completed and breakfast was included. I suggest contacting the facility directly for a better price in the future, but only after renovations are completed.

Would consider it again if traveling through.

Fairly easily accessible, especially now with GPS directions. Though an older facility, its been refurbished & modernized. Price range friendly for our budget.

No complaints. It was quite acceptable accommodations for our sojourn.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Hotel is convenient location and dog friendly. We wanted to visit Compass Rose beach to walk with our dog, so this location is good for us. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is decent size and clean. They upgraded for us! Yes, I recommend this hotel when you come to North Kingstown.

Exceptional

It was a very nice surprise to not have to be on top of other people, to have a room that was far enough away where I wasn't hearing anyone above and below me. Honestly, it was a good place to stay for the weekend.
