The room was clean, however the bathroom smelled a little funny... Everything else was great, though. Breakfast service was above average. Check in and out via screen was easy and staff were available around the corner if help is needed. The hotel location is very convenient with Takadanobaba stn. within sight of the hotel.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Would stay again. Good location too!

Excellent location. Just 1 minute away from the JR station.

Every time I visit Japan, I stay here for it's convenient location near a JR Yamanote line station within a few stations of Shinjuku/Shibuya and Ikebukuro, proximity to shopping (literally 1 minute walking distance to Don Quijote next door), and decent price. The rooms are always clean, the service is excellent, and the check-in/check-out process is quick and easy. I appreciate being able to adjust the thermostat for air conditioning purposes (some hotels in Japan do not allow for this). I also appreciate the presence of a refridgerator in case you need to place items that you want to save for the next day. Also, the bathrooms are clean equipped with a bidet toilet and strong water shower (I always feel super clean after showing here!). Overall, I highly recommend staying here for first time visitors along with repeat visitors primarily due to its location, price, cleanliness, safety, and dining options nearby. There are all 4 convenience stores (7 Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart, and NewDays) all within a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. Always highly recommend this place! I almost don't want to tell anyone about it to keep it a best kept secret for where to stay in Tokyo.

Nice property.. though the room we stayed was quiet small it was worth it

This hotel is conveniently situated on the Tokyo equivalent of London’s Tube Circle Line - and if you have a JR pass, that particular line would come under that pass. All other Tokyo metro lines wouldn’t. So it was easy to get around Tokyo and connect into major tourist points like Shibuyu, Shijuku etc. The Breakfasts were very nice. Mixture of western and Japanese/Chinese. Rooms quite compact with three beds in (me, wife and 14yr old son) but clean and tidy. Over the road are a couple of shopping centres with v nice and quite cheap Sushi conveyer restaurants in them and a good games arcade our son enjoyed. Only negative is some noise from the metro/train lines nearby but it didn’t bother us.

Hotel is located just outside Takadanobaba Station on the Yamanote Line and some other local lines. I chose the hotel for supposedly it being quiet and it definitely was. The room comes with plenty of signs or paper explaining services and how to use certain things in the room like the bidet. I chose a superior double room even though I was solo. There was space under the hanger rack to put luggage if you want to or put it against the wall under tv at door of bed. Room of course small in these type of hotels.
Almost all the staff spoke decent enough English without me having to pull a translator out versus experiences elsewhere. All the staff I encountered were professional and helpful. I was happy with the room. Hot water and pressure were good. Bed comfortable.
There aren’t a lot of restaurants that stay open in the area after 10-11 pm. It’s not a nightlife area. It clears out by midnight for sure around the hotel. Plenty of convenience stores in walking distance. 1-2 minute walk to train station.
I would have no issue coming back here to be my base.

Good location right opposite the metro station. Lots of shops nearby. We had the triple room. Rooms looked new and beds were comfortable and large. Everything was clean. Bathrooms were really nice and the shower was powerful. Staff were really helpful. They had a nice process for holding our luggage after check out. They also had a suitcase weighing scale! Little amenities - brush, comb, tea/coffee sachets etc. were available in the lobby to pick up if you needed it. We traveled with kids and found it very convenient. The room had a small fridge. There were a couple of microwaves in the common area with vending machines in floor 4 near the laundry room. We didn't stay in the hotel during the day but would have likely found it pleasant if all we wanted to do was just stay-in and rest.
We initially had trouble finding fresh fruit, but found a really well stocked grocery store (Peacock store) just a couple blocks from the hotel.

The service was find for few days ,but the service on the last day was very poor, they didn’t clean properly and didn’t clear the garbage pile .

What’s not to like about this hotel? Check in was fast, and while the room was smallish, it was extremely clean with no noise intrusions from the bustling street outside. Lots of shopping options, all types and levels of restaurants, a metro stop on the JR circular and a Donki are steps from the front door.
The hotel’s Japanese breakfast was varied, delicious and beautifully presented.
My only complaint was that when we checked out, the person at the front desk couldn’t (or didn’t know how to) forward our luggage to Kyoto, even though his colleague had assured us the night before that it was possible, and had even given us a prefilled transport form. We ended up going to the 7-11 to dispatch the suitcases.
Apart from this minor detail, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

I always stay here when in Tokyo. The staff are friendly. Location is next to a JR Yamanote line station. Clean and new hotel. Next to shopping and restaurants. Not too crowded like in Shinjuku or Shibuya but a few stops from those areas.

Every time I go to Japan, I stay here for the convenience, cleanliness, proximity to Shinjuku/Shibuya and Ikebukuro/Ueno (Takadanobaba is in the middle of these popular areas). It’s very close to the train station (2 min walk). Clean room, great amenities, and friendly staff. Would highly recommend staying here! I heard there is a location in Yokohama opening soon!

Love the location of the hotel, just next to the train station. There are also many restaurants and Donki just next door. The room is compact but very clean and comfortable, staff also very friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time
3.0
Rooms are extremely small and very hard to move around in. Shower is non traditional and is very inconvenient to use.
2.5
Great location away from the hustle and bustle but also located within a 1 minite walk from Takadanobaba station which makes it easy to get around.
