眠れなかった。

タオルなどのアメニティは普通にきれいにあること。最低限の設備はそろっていること。

シャワーや部屋のあちこちに髪の毛がたくさん落ちていてあまり気分が良くなかった。ロフトからの階段の上り下りが思った以上に難しいので夜中の移動が苦手な人は気をつけた方がいい。下の階のソファーベッドはパイプに当たりながら寝ることになるので気をつけると良い。何より、夜中の1時をすぎて部屋の周りを騒ぎながら帰ってくる帰宅者、かつ3時ごろになっても隣の部屋で騒いでいる音や声が窓や壁越しにずっと聞こえていて眠るのが難しかった。 3時をすぎて一度あまりに声がひどくなったので窓を開けると、隣室が窓を開けて騒いでいることがわかり、窓越しに声をかけて窓を閉めてもらった。普通に住人として住んでいたとしても、ご近所との関係性上良くないと思った。なんらかの注意または利用者に事前の告知をすべきかと思う。

二人泊まれたところ。

まずトイレがタバコの臭いがしすぎて迷惑でした。テレビは地上波が見れないし、風呂の脱衣所がなかったです。

Dirty apartment

Is has AC and washing machine

There are two separate sleeping spots, one downstairs and one up on the alcove, but it is too hot to sleep upstairs during summer, so we had to pull the mattress down and use the whole space downstairs to make sleeping spots. There was no pocket WiFi and no tv channels, even though it said in the description that this was included. The apartment was dirty, the cutlery and cups were dirty, the soap dispensers were dirty, shower doors and mirrors were smudgy. I contacted them about this with pictures and got a message back that the apartment is old and rusty, yet this was not the issue. They came to clean the day after, which I thought was a nice gesture, but again, when we came back, everything was just as dirty, the cups, soap dispensers, sink, shower was still dirty. They changed the sheets on our beds and got us new towels, but that was it. I do not recommend this spot.

Okay stay if you are fine with sleeping on the floor.

Sleeping on the floor. The pictures are misleading. Once you’ve put the mattress to sleep there’s no space for luggage.

Not worth it.

it’s well located if you want to explore that area of Tokyo but that’s about it

the space is way too small, it’s way different in person than on the pictures in term of space. be prépare to ALWAYS feel crowded… with luggage open or close it was a nightmare. not easy to find either. I would not book it again even if I was alone. 4 nights seemed an eternity…

Place is only ideal for solo traveler because space is quite small. The area is nice and quiet.

I liked the privacy. I liked the washing machine and its built-in dryer was convenient.

location to access JR line was difficult. Even then, walking to the closest station was still quite far. Space was tiny and difficult to cook.

Location is great

The location was great as its only a 10 minute walk to 3 different subway stations so you can get anywhere in Tokyo really easily, and for the price the quality of the appartement was not bad at all.

Unfortunately I have to warn everyone that is taller than 1m60 against choosing this location. The pictures have definitely been taken with a wide-angle lense because the appartement is TINY. Which would be fine, if you could actually sit on the toilet. We had to bend our legs sideways to fit, cause there is just no space. Also, the lower couch/bed could not be entirely unfolded, because the stand with the TV was in the way, so I had to sleep with my feet dangling of the side of it if I wanted to stretch my legs. I am only 1m57. Lastly, there was no microwave available, even though this was shown on the website. Luckily there is a convenience store (Lawson) close by that also has microwaves and the food was still warm when we got to the appartement. (We stayed for 11 days, which is why we chose to eat a lot of convenience store food in the evening instead of going to restaurants twice a day.)

Wish I got the info for checkin before hand and that the pictures were matching the place.

I never received any message about the check-in so no information explaining how and where to get the key. On top of that, the address provided in the mail is for a different unit, I had to call to explain I was stuck there to be able to get the instructions. Additionally, the pictures are a mix of all places probably, it's showing some loft type of places but what I got was a single small square with just enough space for the bed and a bag, I was aiming to have a little spot to work but couldn't even do that.

We enjoyed our stay!

It was nice staying here! It was self-check-in, so we never saw any other people. The location is a little bit hidden, but a friendly lady noticed we were looking and took us right over (no clue if she was part of Yotsuya House, but she was nice!). It's down a small alley. It comfortably slept two people, because our room had a pretty spacious loft. The location was great; just a short walk from either Ichigaya Station or Yotsuya Station, and hidden away enough to offer peace and quiet. As just a little base to keep our stuff and to sleep, it was just perfect for us.

It would have been nice if toothbrushes or razors were offered, but at least convenience stores are close by if you need anything.

I did not receive an email from the host on how to access the house. They were not eager to help when we got stuck there while we called them and figured out how to get the keys from the mailbox.

Overall a decent place at a good location to stay at! I was pleasantly surprised, except for one small issue

Small and cozy, available fridge and washing machine!

Place needed more cleaning, hopefuly after reporting the shortcommings the problem will be fixed in future and avoided

Enjoyable.

It had a kitchen, a nice toilet and a shower, and a washing machine!

I wished there were a small reading light, a pan and some other pot for making coffee, and products for doing laundry in the washing machine.

The picture of entrance was different and we tried to find the place so long after that when we call the owner of house for checking the way to go into house, he took so long to find a way so we dropped the call cause he didn’t answer around 10mins and let us wait. We thought it was scam or something.

Good

It's a very quiet spot, so no sound of traffic will wake you. There's full sized supermarket a mere 7 minutes away just in the opposite direction to the station, so if you want that vegetable that convenience stores just don't have, you'll find it there and the post office on the way to the apartment is also very convenient. Besides that, it's very convenient to have a washing machine and the amenities such as umbrella and cleaning products in generous amounts available on the premise. If there's any issue, the owner is easily reached via Line/WhatsApp and the issue is resolved quickly.

Once you get over the fact that there's a steep incline that you'll need to climb back up once you're down there, accept that it's fairly cramped (I can't imagine two people in there for all too long without getting cabin fever), that is has only a very narrow staircase to the upper level, no elevator and that it is pretty hidden, it's really not so bad.
