Great stay and very accommodating. We will be back

The stay was ok. There was spider web in the room. They have a weird custom. Housekeeping hangs a bag on your door for replacement of towels... they don't clean or make room. It was bit expensive too. Their market is not far at night. No vending machine in the hotel for emergency water or other stuff.

We wanted a little get away & we were excited to go snow tubing. The website was not clear at all that it was not open. So when we got there we were super disappointed that it was not open yet. Since we were “in between seasons” nothing was really open. The adventure park was closed cause it’s a summer thing, no snow fun, we were just going to do the virtual game place but it was about $60 per person which was extreme. The indoor water park was extremely expensive as well. So we decided on going to the pool and it was PACKED full of kids, the jacuzzi was full, & the kids pool was like brown. The resort is in a very remote area so not much to do outside the resort either.
Our room had a view of a tree and a parking lot, the hallway smelled like weed and was musty. The bath tub was dirty, couch was stained. Just was not “four seasons” expectation.
Overall, it is not a place for couples to relax At least not “in between seasons.” I think if there was more to do and everything was not so expensive, and you weren’t spending all your time in the room, it would be better. If you are planning a stay here make a list of everything you want to do and check the prices. Everything is atleast $50-$60 per person and not included in the resort fee.

I left the resort an hour after checking in because the beds did not look or feel in good condition. We went to see the surroundings and did not see any attractions or distractions.

Condo was clean and spacious. Annoying tho to deal with time share harassment by phone and at check in. Didn't use resort amenities much but enjoyed breakfast at Campfire Grill. Was a good value in shoulder season.

First off this is a time share so be prepared to get a sales pitch to buy into the time share second while the unit was ok the food in the immediate area was bad the attraction were nice the horse ride was good

New renovations on condo was decent compared to older ones

Check-in had a queue of approximately 15 other parties; the staff moved as quickly as they could through the queue, but it was still longer than I experience at the hotels I frequent. In order to get your parking pass, they send you over to a sales person who gives the tired, old timeshare pitch, "for 1h of your time, we'll give you...". Even when I told them immediately I wasn't interested and just wanted my parking pass, she kept pushing... not cool. I'd already received three calls in the week leading up to my stay, and knew a timeshare was an option. Not a fan of sales pitches; after a long day, just get me my key, so I can get a shower and start relaxing.
Facility was clean, but aged, and some areas showed this badly (the bathrooms had stained sinks from water deposits). Overall, not an issue for utility, but not an upscale/resort feel either.
Overall rating 3.3/5; improve check-in, skip the sales pitch, and modernize a few of the high-touch parts of the facility.

The property was nice. The room was clean and had a patio with a pretty view. But the property was large and we had a hard time finding the building we were staying in. Signs were not very clear. We only stayed overnight and did not use the amenities.

This is a ski resort. Condos everywhere. Had to use GPS to find the building that had our assigned room. Two On site restaurants great. Unique experience

Hotel is quite a drive from check in. The recreation pass is very limited, with only access to pool areas. All other activities cost extra. Overall, nice facility and beautiful scenery but disappointed with cost and lack of inclusion for some activities.

One night stay during our Shenandoah Valley tour. Resort is massive and we were in an area about to be updated I found out...a definite place to stay with kids since there is so much to do there.

Outdated facility. Not much for amenities at the facility for a few nights.

I would never stay here again. Too out of the way. You have to drive mikes and miles once on property to get to any villa or condo. Very dark roadways- no street lighting- so dangerous and terrible signage to know you are going the right way on huge property. Staff are not knowledgable and don’t explain things well- our condo entrance was across from check in but the kid didn’t mention that and gps took us all around the property on dirt roads, gravel roads- we didn’t even know if we were still on property and it was so dark and pouring rain- we drove 25 min from the check in desks area til we finally got to the condo

Clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. We were there for JMU parents’ weekend, all the Harrisonburg hotels were booked or ridiculously expensive, Massanutten was a great alternative just 15 minutes away.

The layout is extremely inconvenient, and un-staffed branch hotels are 8 miles from the main hotel. The key system is faulty and our keycard did not work, and it took 40 minutes to get access to our room. This is not just us- its a systematic problem. During high/winter season this may be less of a problem, but during low season claims about which pools or other facilities may be open may be bogus.

Check in/ out were both quick and easy. We had trouble connecting to WiFi and a technician came within 15 minutes to assist.
The food was good as was the entertainment. Very good experience.

Comfortable hotel in a beautiful area. Some of the rooms have amazing views. Please advertise the location of your EV chargers, they aren't located on your Resort Map.

I did enjoy the amenities of the room, however I didn’t like the fact that we were located underneath people that were very noisy

The condo was spacious, well lit with a pleasant view of the golf course and the hills. It was clean and in good condition when we arrived. The balcony was conveniently situated.

Check in was fine and quick; but they sure didn't give a lot of information. Lots of papers and maps, with extremely small print!! None had hours for the pools, etc. Most everything closes between 6 & 7 (except the 'Base Camp') but finding things was tough because the maps were SUCH TINY print and no decent signage on the road.. drive where you think it is, and it's probably there. We had zero interaction with staff after check in.
Stoney Meadow Single Bedroom King Condo was nice, clean and well appointed. Fireplace was electric but the "sofa" and chairs are VERY uncomfortable. No stove, but a microware and kitchen was pretty well stocked, bring extra coffee & fixins, they only had enough for 2 days, 2 adults.
Unless you're really young people, I don't recommend this place. Not much to do for "older folks", and lots of driving to go anywhere or do anything.
Food prices were pleasantly not terrible. Base camp Monday all-you-can eat was excellent (again, if you can find it!!)

Upon check-in I had to duplicate the paperwork I already filled out online that was recommended to make our check-in easier and quicker. I was hounded to take the 90 minute tour of the timeshare property. The "hotel" we were put in hasn't been updated probably ever. The balcony and the balcony door surround were rotting away. The rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything and the light from the hallway pours under the door which still has a chain lock that's how old it is. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the fitted sheets don't actually fit all the way around the bed. If you want reliable internet service you can forget about it here. The "free" internet in the rooms is awful and spotty at best. If you want to do something at the resort, get ready to pay at least $10/person for most things. They do have a nice recreation area with pickleball courts and a gym that is included. No activities on Fridays or Saturdays which is extremely stupid. We wanted to go horseback riding Friday but it's not offered on the weekends. Again, stupid!! If you want to do something on the resort, you have to drive to basically everything. Very, very few things are walkable (and we are walkers). It was so bad that we actually left a day earlier than what we had paid for. This place is not worth the money or the hassle of just being there. Unless you are there for the resort specifically, I recommend staying 20 minutes away where there are hotels that are actually comfortable.

Checkin and check out was super easy. All amenities available for booking on the app. Enjoyed zipping, hiking, mountain tubing, golf and the waterpark.

Our stay was okay. The resort setting was beautiful. Everything the resort advertises as activities are all pay as you go, with the exception of the pools. Abd, the activities are not inexpensive. They gave us 2 "ultimate passes" for "going on a tour" of the resort which ultimately only covered our waterpark admission fees because we don't golf. Also, even though i specifically asked, the "tour" was a bid for a timeshare purchase, although technically their's is a country club membership, but i specifically said i didn’t want the passes if i had to sit through i timeshare pitch - 3 hours wasted. We actually had a good vacation because we wanted to relax and not be sceduled everyday with activities. However, if we had wanted an activity filled vacation it would have cost us quite a bit. Plus, the staff were okay, but not friendly or overly helpful.

The two bedroom condo was great for our family with small children. It wasn't very clean and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. We had so much fun at the waterpark.

The room had a very unpleasant odor. I was tempted to complain, but I didn't want to deal with the kids who were already tired. I sprayed some perfume in the air and turned up the AC to try to mask the smell. The furnishings looked old and outdated. The fridge didn't work, and there were no microwaves in the room, which was disappointing. We bought food from the welcome center, but the kids didn't want to eat it because it wasn't warm. I called to ask if they had a portable microwave, but they didn't. The representative also didn't offer any other solutions to the problem.

Greatest adventure in a long time! The zipline, tubing and more! We loved every second of our time there.

This is a massive resort with a central check in and then you are given a key to a room perhaps miles away from the check in, which is fine. The staff was very nice and efficient in checking in a ton of people. The rooms were clean but did have a bit of a musty/humid smell. Deer came up outside of our balcony. The pool next to our room was closed for some reason so we had to drive back to the main check in area to use that pool. They provided towels there but would not let us take the towels back in the car to the other site. The pool was fine. Overall beautiful setting but seemed a bit run down.
