Cozey and pre stocked with the essentials making it very easy if you forget little things. You don’t have to worry about toilet paper or towels as they do provide this!

One of the best properties I have stayed at in Muskoka! Kudos to the team managing all communications.

We stayed at the Tumble inn at the waterfront retreat for 1 night. I must say it was a cozy place with a such a beautiful surrounding. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a cozy and comfy place to stay at in Muskoka!

Bedroom was in great condition. The sofa in living area had many stains and the washroom had that humid basement odor.

We made the reservation only 4.5 hours in advance on expedia and the property wasn't ready for us when we arrived. We had already had a long travel day (had to book this last minute when we blew a tire on the highway). We entered the room and it was dirty and clearly not cleaned after the last use. They came and cleaned it but left the floors soaking wet so we had to dry them ourselves with towels because it was gross. The air conditioner made a loud buzzer noise (think arena hockey buzzer) every few seconds so we couldn't use it which left our room damp and warm. We messaged the staff for help but no one responded.
We finally got the AC running ourselves the next day but it still would do a loud buzzer noise every 20 min or so which was terrible with a napping toddler.
We were in the lower unit so when the upper unit vacated and was being clean, staff were so loud , scrapping furniture across the floor and walking like elephants while our toddler was napping and then the AC was going off every so often- what a nightmare.
Although we had those issues, dwight beach was amazing, very family friendly. We liked the proximity to huntsville as well for shopping and dining. There is a private beach with the resort but we preferred the public one.
We would stay again, however, only if a full cottage was available. Not in one of the rooms with the kitchenette again due to upper neighbour noise.

The location is great in between Huntsville and Algonquin Park. Very quiet area and a nice location near the lake. Comfortable accommodations with a small but nice kitchen area in the chalet units.
The beds are very nice with great pillows.Wireless internet was fast and always worked. The grill on the patio was nice to have.
Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the area in the future.

We liked the property a lot.
It has beautiful sightseeing and cabins are clean, comfortable, well equiped and renovated.
Huntsville is close enough to go and have a nice dinner.
Hall has a lot of board games to have a good family time.
Definitely it's worthwhile.
Looking forward to go back

Great shorefront spot. Clean and spacious room.

Cabin was not cleaned as would be expected, as per their documented cleaning checklist.
Area around the cabin was not cleared of snow and ice and made it difficult to access.

We had a great time at the Resort . We celebrated the New Year’s Eve there with family and friends.

This is a difficult review to write. Overall we had a good, relaxing vacation. However there were several reasons why our stay was not great or fantastic. First the good: the setting is fantastic. Great lakeside views, cool lakeside dock to hang out at that’s lit up at night, walking distance to groceries and a delicious cafe, etc. We had wonderful evenings by the fireplace and BBQ some nice dinners on the porch.
However!! This place needs some love. We fell sleep every night to mice raiding the garbage can and leaving little poops all over the counters. We thought there were no mugs. Turns out they were sitting dirty in the dishwasher from the previous guests. We soon found this was because The dishwasher was broken. We tried to do our own dishes but the water pressure was a mere trickle. We brought this up with the staff who were replied quickly and offered to move us which was great. But the move was a downgrade to a smaller place with no lake view from the bedroom. So we declined. We already had all our food and stuff everywhere.
The “full” kitchen was lacking essentials like dish towels, anything to cook in the oven (baking sheet, casserole, etc.). biggest frying pan was 6 inch that made us cook pancakes individually. Knives couldn’t cut. A coffee machine was listed in the listing. But it was a keurig with only 5 pods ran out and couldn’t make our own grounds. A cabinet door fell off. Etc. nice location and has potential but overpriced for the quality.
