Enjoy swimming in the over sized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Quarter operated washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor. Also, bocce court, shuffle board and an exercise room. This unit needs some updating but was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views were the best we could have hoped for. The property has well maintained grounds and pool and the beach is just steps away. Customer service was great. When we had a freezer issue a technician was dispatched promptly to fix the problem. A bonus is that we got to see a rocket launch. We'll be back!

The property was fine. The location was nice some good restaurants close by. If you rent this property, take your own beach chairs there are only two in the condo. I would not return to that area based on the beach. A few feet out into the water, there is an extremely rocky reef that you couldn’t avoid. We purchased water shoes but all ended up with cuts and scratches. If you are someone who does not go in to the ocean, the property would probably be great.

This was an excellent vacation spot especially with children because it has the pool and it is right on the beach. Publix RIGHT ACROSS the street and Dunkin that are both in walking distance! We will attempt to come back.

Very clean, comfortable and all the necessities of home. The balcony looking over the pool and beach and sunrise was our hangout! We would definitely come again and easily recommend!

I grew up in the area so I am very familiar with restaurants and stores. The beach and pool are very nice. My only comment is that the condo is advertised as sleeping 6. There is a queen in one room and a double and single in the second one. I think that sleeps five. It worked for us as we were 4 adults and a toddler who slept in a toddler bed we brought. The sofa is not a sleeper.

We were overall fairly pleased with our stay here. It was clean but outdated and the mirrors everywhere we could do without. It was great they had a cooler and seats to use for the beach. The pool we were unable to use as the other occupants would place towels and reserve their seats at 8 am and make no appearance in them until noon (states staff doesn't allow this but we saw zero staff during our stay). Could have been better and could have been worse.

This property is exactly as described and pictured. The condo is dated but had everything we needed. Upon arrival I noticed there was no coffee pot and called the number listed. Cindy said she would get us one and within an hour we had it. We will definitely stay again.

This was a great condo for my daughter and me while we played at the Space Coast Sports Complex. While the condo itself is a little dated, it was great and suited our needs perfectly. The communication was excellent and we loved the "Crab Man" who maintained the property. Great facilities and beautiful location on the beach.

Cindy was so easy to communicate and on top of every request. Some updates could be made like trim in the bathroom and cabinets but it felt clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the pool/beach front location and the Publix across the street was super convenient. Hope to return!

Very calming to sit on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sunrise. Great location to walk the beach, swim in the pool and watch a space rocket launch. Cindy was quick to reply when we reached out. She is a caring and kind property manager.

Stayed in this condo with my husband and our two adult children for five days before leaving on our cruise. The manager was so easy to deal with and communicated with us in such a quick manner. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. The view was absolutely amazing overlooking the ocean and the pool below. unfortunately, our first couple days there the weather was pretty cool, but we were able to still sit out on our balcony and enjoy the wonderful view. The condo was equipped with all kinds of extras, such as lawn chairs and cooler making it so easy for travelers, not wanting to bring a whole lot. with them. We usually stay on the gulf side of Florida but this time to be closer to our port, we decided to stay at this condo. Definitely if we find ourselves over on that side again, we would definitely rent again. Thank you so much for letting us use your a condo. We had an amazing trip.

This condo is a bit outdated. The queen mattress in the master needs to be replaced before we'd stay there again. That is the extent of the needed improvements. The LOCATION of this complex and this condo helps make up for it. I've never stayed that close to the roaring Atlantic. I could have thrown a penny from our condo balcony into the ocean. 175 second walk from our back door to our beach chairs. Nice beach with no people. Awesome!
