Nothing!
This hotel is NOT where the location says on booking.com, it's actually next to the dive center. We very purposely thought we booked a hotel on the other side of the little bridge where the island is quieter, only to arrive and the hotel not being there. We called the phone number on booking.com many times but its invalid or disconnected. With help of a handful of locals who didnt know the place either, we found the hotel after about 45 min of standing in the streets. We don't speak much Spanish so a guy offered to take us there and we met Karen (only person who works there) at the backdoor of the hotel who did not expect us, nor seemed like she wanted us in at first. We were finally allowed to check-in, only to discover the safe in our room doesn't work, nor did the power or the room door lock. Everything apart from the safe was fixed within a couple of hours but this meant we missed the bioluminescence tour that day.
Once we were in and had a lock on the door i really wanted to give it a second chance, but we've barely slept for the 2 days we stayed. And it's not a overstatement. The location of the house is by the "main road" and there's a big gap between the tin roof and the walls of the rooms, so all noise gets in. We were in the room by the road and we had pumping music both days between early afternoon and 1-2am. Once the music stopped there was people yelling/partying in the streets and it was only when it started raining heavily on the Sunday night, it got quiet enough to sleep a little. Also worth noting- the house itself says Casa Del Este Beach House on the outside, and there is no CasaMare in the town. Karen was the only saving grace, but honestly, in my opinion save yourself a buttload of stress and sleepless nights and stay somewhere else!!

Clean, bright, AC, powerful fan, nice common area, great hostess, nice beachfront, good breakfast with coffee. Use of fridge to store food and nice kitchen area.
No signage on street or beachside of property. Difficult to find, locals did not know property name and only by using the pictures were we able to find it. This was disconcerting and stressed us out when carrying luggage in the heat, as well as prepaying 50% of our stay as requested by owners.
