Really enjoyable stay and just so nice to be able to walk down the beach so easily…dinner on the balcony as the sun drop

Delightful location and just a short walk to the Frankston foreshore and beachfront Accessible with cafe and restaurant on the ground floor Comfortable, clean facilities and a great TV for relaxed viewing

Parking was a bit tricky but it can be done…host provided plenty of parking instruction about options Perhaps the host could have provided a complimentary UHT milk or something for hot drinks as there is not really a convenience store nearby except service stations down the road I spoke with the host about no coffee capsules being provided despite being advertised A clean bin liner in the kitchen tidy might have been a nice touch rather than putting in rubbish only to realise that a new liner was needed

Good small apartment handy for a short stay. (Wouldn't call it a 'breathtaking' view).

Good location for what we needed. Close to Frankston Train station and supermarkets and shopping centre.

Need to go on a bit of a hunt following the clues for the key. (in another street attached to a public rubbish bin - don't arrive in the dark is my advice). Only one key which runs the power. So if you split up and some want to go out and some stay in... if the ones going out take the key (to get back in through the reception and elevators which require the key) then the people left in the apartment can't have any power or lights or aircon or TV. There are meant to be some lamps that don't require power but only one of them worked. Kitchen is very minimal - can't cook much there. One of the beds we'd booked for wasn't made up or didn't have any linen so we had to call and get the cleaners back to make it up. So I'd advise you to check ahead before you arrive to remind them how many beds you need.

Central to Frankston restaurants, pubs and the beach

Having to dress down the beds and take out the rubbish and being charged $100 for cleaning fee , feel like we had to do all the work and get charged anyway

Convenient, but very disappointing when the dishwasher had a sign on it that said it was not working, and we had to vacu

Size of the apartment, and the bed was comfortable.

Facilities advertised were never there, or did not work. The balcony had dangerous loose artificial lawn and the traffic noise and fumes made it uncomfortable out there. The range of kitchen utensils was very limited. We were advised in advance that parking was problematic and it was. A tv in the bedroom is expected at this price.

Beautiful apartment. Highly recommend.

It’s an absolutely beautiful apartment. Ultra modern and a lot bigger than the photos depict. The complex it’s in is safe and secure. Only those with a swipe can access. Beds were comfortable. Found parking in the recommended places. The owner went over in above with something for me which I so appreciated.

Really tricky to find property and with the key box I had worked all day and spent an hour getting into the property the parking is a nightmare

Lovely apartment very comfortable stay

Location really good everything close and walkable restaurant and bar as you enter the building and coffee and breakfast shop on the other side of the enterance

Parking till 6pm you will have to pay for at the shopping centre otherwise all arou d on the streets is 1-2hr limited

Location and shop accessibility. Nice view from the room.

I only booked for an overnight stay. Had I known that the accommodation was this good and relaxing, I would have extended our stay.

Comfortable, cosy and clean with a beautiful view.

The view and location was excellent. Apartment was cosy and clean. Had a restful stay. The owner was great to deal with. Helpful with straight forward instructions relating to parking and access. Will definitely stay here again.

Could not have been any better to have a home away from home!

Everything was just perfect at this place- supported by a very responsive host. The location was ideal,overlooking the beach, at stone's throw from local eateries, bus and train stop. The property was well stocked up with typical things one would need - from condiments to toilet rolls for the duration of stay. The host was super responsive and always available. The property is also very tastefully decorated with good working amenities that one would expect in a home. Would come back to this place for sure next time!
