Face, clean and close to station.

Property very close to Napoli main station. Room clean and very quiet when you keep the windows shut. Nice view of the piazza garibaldi. Great place for a couple. I will stay again.

Very dodgy people around the piazza, during the day.

La entrada estaba siempre con mucha suciedad, es un lugar de feria y hay mucha gente en la puerta, gritos. El ascensor es incómodo, hay que pagar para subir y bajar, sobre todo la incomodidad de tener la monedita y siempre estaba sucio.

Good accommodation and perfect location for travelling by train.

The location was excellent being close to the station and the metro. The video provided by the host to access the accommodation was excellent. Good value for money.

Location is very gopd. It is very near Napoli Centrale trainn.station. the staff communicated before and during our stay

The outside of the hotel like any others near the main station is not so nice plenty of rubbish amd street dwellers.

Great transit stay

Location to the Napoli Centrale was so good. Great value for money and not too far to walk to restaurants.

Street vendors right outside entrance was a little confronting - but all was safe.

The room was quite large, clean and well equipped. We arrived after midnight, so the self check-in came very handy - most places in Naples will charge you extra if arrive after 10-11pm. The location isn’t in the very heart of the city, but it’s easy to get to, great if you want to travel around and the historic center is close enough.

Value of Money Accommodation with Good Location

The host was very active in keeping us updated on how to check in and making sure that we feel comfortable with the check-in process. This helped made the checking in easy. The location wise, it is very near to the Naples Central Station which makes it easy to access to other states like Rome and also there is an airport bus near the central station which is only 15 mins to the airport. Being close to the station also means you have access to food options near the property.

The location has a lot of people nearby which may make some people feel uncomfortable. These people can be a little loud sometimes and appear intimidating. However, overall we did not face any problems even if we come back after 8pm.

Lovely stay

The room was very cleaned, have tea, coffe and water avaible for free, which I think was a nice touch. The location was very good, a few steps from the metro station that gives access to all the main points of the city. Also a short walk from the historic center. At the night the neighborhood is a bit empty but it was so close to the metro that it wasn't a problem since we didn't walk around the area. When I return to Nápoles, I'll stay there again.

A very pleasant stay

Opposite Naples Central train station. Convenient location for transport to any direction. Alibus stop for airport is right across the road. Many eateries in the area for food. Clean room with all necessary amenities. Friendly and helpful manager who is always available for any help on WhatsApp.

Many homeless people surrounding the area all the time. Though they dont harm you, it feels unsafe. They litter the area. Room is small and shower cubicle is too tiny, but still manageable as it is equipment with all amenities.

Near to the Naple Centrale station. And they gave me a discount coupon for Mac's.

I had to pay to use the elevator and they did not add shampoo on the second day.

amazing

The room is really cozy and clean, we will definitely come here again when visiting Naples next time. The bed was comfortable and everything smelled really nice. we had the Vesuvius room and our view was towards the Vesuvius and Garibaldi plazza.

Affordable and practical

The location is very convenient for anyone travelling to the airport, using busses or trains at an affordable rate. The room was modern, clean and relatively spacious with large TV, fridge and desk. Hotel were proactive in contacting to organise arrival / check-in.

The location was convenient for an early morning airport transfer however you are confronted with the realities of Naples - homelessness, dirt and noise from your windows. This might be intimidating for some travellers later at night. Mixed use building with lawyer near by if you run into trouble with the Polizia. Lift requires 20 cents to operate, however hotel did provide us with 40 cents. I like a powerful shower but the force from this one ruffled the peacock :-S
