The owner, Stéphane, was very nice and accommodated us with our 2 dogs, although we did not announce it before and it was not charged extra! Stéphane also contacted us again to see if we had forgotten anything in the room. The room is very small, but it was sufficient for one night. We didn't have to pay for the public parking lot in front of the door, but I don't know if that's always the case. The location was perfect, the beach was right next to it and the small restaurants were also within walking distance. We also walked to Deauville.
Please note: The stairs to our room werr very steep.
The breakfast is rather small and costs 10 euros per Person.
The rooms are poorly soundproved.

Location is great. Just a block in front of the sea
The place is beautiful
The “main” bed was ok
it smells…. The staircase and lobby
We couldn’t really say what it was but it was strong and not at all pleasant
The beds for my girls were quite uncomfortable
The host that received us didn’t help us at all with our bags or at least the coats. He saw my little girls struggle with their suitcase (that carryons) and just stared at them. I found this rude

Good location! And the room 2 is super nice and confortable.
At first they assigned us the 4 floor by stairs and it was not confortable at all! The room is super tiny and you need to climb the 4 floors in a spiral stairs.
The reception wasn't good either..smells badly.

Super location, nice small hotel

Very authentic place, nice interiors, perfect location, cleanliness and calmness
The walls are very thin, make sure you are ready to be a respectful guest and do not make a noise or stay up late. I was sleeping very well and was lucky to have nice neighbours

position, fast check in, cozy, newly renovated bathrooms, kind staff
very tiny room but overall for a few night is perfect

the bed was comfortable , and communication good 😊, a polite telephone call and message on day of arrival.Good hospitality.
The property is not beach facing it's in a street to the rear of other buildings. We had to climb a Helter skelter of 3stories of tight steep stairs to our room on the top floor. We paid extra for a large room that isn't large. Cold decor , not a cozy room, damp issues in shower and water does not leave ,some sort of blockage, . Would not return.

Nice location, good stuff, clean room.
The bathroom gets wet because there is no shower cabin.
It would be nice if there was an area to spend a little more time in the hotel.

Arrived late but arrangements for access were faultless. Stairs slightly awkward with luggage. Room comfortable and clean.
Lift - but realise this wasn't possible in older building.

Comfortable bed, very clean room, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and good value. Hosts were both very friendly and we felt welcome in this hotel. Liked the decor.
I would have to mention that our room was on the top, 4th, floor, with a narrow spiral staircase and no lift. It did however have a sea view. We would definitely stay again but would request a room on a lower floor.

wonderful interior design and excellent atmosphere! very positive and very lovely!
the breakfast is prepared and served with so much love! you feel home and inspired!
perfect place for a lovely beach and cultural art weekend! the location is outstanding! right next to the beach, but still in a quiet corner and surrounded by lovely antique and book stores!

Very friendly staff (I assume they are owners) who welcomed us warmly and gave suggestions regarding practical details, dining, trips etc.
Excellent breakfast with a variety of cheese, jam, pancakes, bakery, and muesli/cereals. Absolutely worth the extra 10€.
Location is superb, few steps from the beach and 10 min walk to the restaurants and Fish market (with oyster bars!).
The hotel does not have own parking but there is a parking house Indigo just a couple of blocks away (not cheap but convenient)
Steep stairs up to the 3rd floor where we lived, not a big deal though.
Room cleaning is limited (sand is inevitably brought in the room from the beach) but towels are changed as necessary.

breakfast is actually ten euros per head….not included if booked via booking.com.
Better to eat out, plenty of places around for breakfast

it’s a charming old house, wooden floors, thin walls, you can hear your neighbors getting into and out of their rooms

Lovely hotel, good location near the beach: the dining room is very quaint with vintage toys such as an old doll house. The rooms are comfortable and charming: wooden floor and antique furniture. The owners are very friendly and passionate about the place they created.
The stairs are a bit steep to climb, avoid bringing a big suitcase.

Location was perfect, very close to the beach and the lovely bars and restaurants in Trouville. The owner is very helpful, as we could leave our luggage at the reception as we arrived before check-in time. Would stay again here.
If travelling by car: Keep in mind that finding a parking spot can be a challenge in the weekend, especially when it is tourist season, nice weather and everyone is looking for a parking spot near the beach.

The authentic interior. The room was very bright and cozy. Although it was a bit small it was very inviting and we felt great. The owers are very nice aswell. Great location, few steps from the beach.
Nothing special
