We loved our stay at the bungalows! Close to Zion in a cute little town of Springdale! So many places to visit for shopping, dinner or to grab a sweet treat! Would highly recommend

Everything waa great. Planning to come back and stay here on our next visit to Zion.

We selected the small one bedroom bungalow with a pullout couch in the entrance room. If we were only by ourselves as a couple the space would have been just right but we had our teenager with us and was somewhat cramped. Should have selected a larger bungalow.

Great place to stay.
4.8
Excellent bungalow. It had everything we needed plus much more. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice place to stay in a perfect area. Close to everything… with assigned parking, parking was a breeze.

Grate property!!
4.8
Unique room style, nice views, close to Zion National Park
4.8
Easy check-in/out process, very clean, walked everywhere, walk to free shuttle into Zion if you don’t want to drive in the park. Great views from every window. Would stay again!
4.8
Great location. Worked out very well for my wife and I to come in from all day in the park and have everything very close to the location. Would definitely stay there again.
4.8
The bungalows are a very chic (black and white decor), modern and very clean establishment. The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do. The daylight coming through the windows was amazing and the higher placed, rectangular window allowed for an amazing view no matter where your bungalow is located.

These are small spaces, without storage for clothes or bags. The one closet in the bungalow front room was locked. There is no closet or bureau in the one-bedroom bungalow, only a short rod to hang clothes on. We had to live out of our suitcases, but the only place to put them was on the counter in the front room, which was also used as the only place for eating or laying things out. We felt crowded as a couple. Can't imagine how four people would use this space. The Bungalows are farther from the park entrance than many lodgings and pricey for what they offer. There's an amazing view from the front windows, but if you have the shade drawn up to see it, anyone going by can see into your room. I wouldn't book here again, especially for what they charge.

This stay was lovely! Walkable to the town shuttle so great location. Everything in the home was clean and nice. No complaints! Would recommend!

Place was great, modern, clean, beautiful views, and convenient. The only minor thing is, check out time is at 10 and if you’ve been hiking and tired, could definitely use a later check out. Even 1 extra hour would be great. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Amazing view from the window. Clean and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Loved this little house but it was tight. We were 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 8).
The sofa bed worked for them, however, luggages were tight. Not a lot of space. Bathroom: toilet and shower shared same space no curtain, a bit messy. Handicap accessible so I think this is why the layout was like this. Good for a quick stay but probably wouldn’t stay again here because it felt tight. No closet. Very clean. Quick online check in and out.

Cute tiny home for 4. Its convenient to bus stop.

To be clear, the bungalow in the pictures is half the building. Well lit rooms, good wall-mounted AC units, comfy bed, nice shower, ample power outlets for devices. But I don't feel the price matched the value. The kitchen is barely better than many hotels, with only a mini-fridge and microwave, no cooking surface, toaster, or mini-oven. The "stairs" to the upstairs room are more like a very nice ladder -- steep with narrow-ish steps. It's not necessarily a problem going up or down unless you're carrying things, like glasses, etc. The bedroom fit the bed but not much else, there was not room for 2 bigger suitcases and no dressers for storing away clothes, if you're not putting the suitcases away. But the most bothersome thing was the noise from the highway 30 feet away, hardly enhancing the nature-based experience you came to enjoy.

Everything was awesome. The only thing not perfect was the mattress, it wasn't very comfortable. But overall it was great so that made up for the mattress.

I am so happy we got a chance to stay here. This place is absolutely amazing. We stayed here because our original hotel had some issues and we had to change last minute. I’m so happy we did. The place is immaculate, the communication is superb. The location is beautiful and close to everything. Everything is new inside the units you can tell. They give u the basics. I wasn’t sure the protocol if we needed more towels or garbage bags etc so we just reused everything in our 2 day stay. The stairs are super steep. Wouldn’t recommend for kids at all. Lots of seating available and the kind bed is super comfy. The only reason I’d stay someone else in the area is if I wanted a pool or sauna but other than that it’s perfect.

The place is like new. Everything was like we were the first people to rent. Very easy check-in and it has everything you need for a short stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our stay in Zion. Not sure what these units are made of, but they are incredibly quiet. We never heard any outside noise or the neighboring unit. The location was great and close to 2 trolley stops. The unit was spotless and we loved the split AC units. The bed may be a little close to the ground for some people, but it was super comfortable. Would have been nice to have 1 more ice tray in the freezer and maybe a ceiling fan in the bedroom. This was probably the nicest place we have stayed in our travels. Highly recommend if youre looking for a great location in Springdale.
4.8
Perfect mix of being a walkable distance to the Zion entrance & also far enough from the commotion to take naps/get to bed in silence! Simple check-in/check-out staff ready to respond within minutes over text. There are closer hotels to the park entrance, but the Springdale shuttle stop nearby made that a non-factor for us. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to be nice and close to Zion for early morning hikes, but still wants peace and quiet when needed!

This property is clean and modern. It is in a perfect spot to walk to restaurants in Springdale or to catch the shuttle into Zion NP. There is a designated spot for parking, which was very convenient. It was easy to book, and we felt that we were well taken care of. We highly recommend this property!

This place was ok, could have been better.
Pro's
- Good location close to the park.
- New/clean
- Spacious
Con's
- Excessive highway noise. (Some units might be better, but mine backed up to the highway and was quite loud inside, especially the bedrooms. A design flaw for the unit, they should have put in much thicker windows). They obviously realized after they built that this is a problem as they stocked the rooms with ear plugs (a lot cheaper for them than fixing the design flaw).
- Some construction defects. The outlets in the loft where our kids were sleeping didn't work. I checked the breaker box and none were flipped. And tried to reset the outlets but, they immediately tripped again. My guess is a nail got driven through a wire somewhere during the construction process, and nobody bothered to fix it. It was annoying not having anywhere for my kids to charge their tablets up in the loft.
------------------------
I might stay in one of the back units if I go back to Zion in the future, but may look for other accommodations.

Absolutely beautiful views. Nice, neat, & clean. They even had ear plugs next to the bed which was a nice thoughtful touch (bungalows are close to street). Loved the kcups coffee and coco. Mini fridge was a good size. Wish there was a grill or a little induction burner, and a coat rack next to the front door (it was raining/snowing and we didnt want to track anything into the bungalow). Highly recommend this place we loved our stay the views were breathtaking. We will be coming back.

Great use of a small place.

As a family, we like having enough space to spread out and to have our own dwelling like this property. The Bungalows was very clean, comfortable, and had all of the kitchen amenities that we wanted. It was in a convenient location and when we had a minor issue, it was addressed immediately.
4.8
Super clean and new property. Attentive management if you need anything. Check in was really easy. We had a great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. A lot better than being in a hotel. Its like staying in your house. Very close to the National Park and plenty of places to eat

We stayed at the bungalows for 4 nights recently and were very satisfied by the accommodations. They are a short drive to the park entrance. They are new and extremely clean. Our kids loved the fact they could sleep upstairs in a loft style room with a balcony and view of the mountains. The only complaint was from wife about the road noise but she said she would want to come back. Their customer service and instructions were great as well. They let us bring a small propane grill as they are still building out the property and will add grills of their own. We can't wait to come back. We highly recommend this property.

The overall rental property was great. After having allergic reaction...lots of sneezing. I found that under the bed there was a lot of dust. Reason for all the sneezing. Nothing Allergy pills couldn't fix. Our first night there, the porch/outdoor lighting wasn't working. But on second night they finally worked.
Overall...We really enjoyed our stay at our Bungalow. We made great family memories.

Great place. Super clean, modern, easy self check in. Enjoyed our stay.

I loved this place! I thought they did a great job maximizing the space they had and did a great job making everything clean and tidy. I love the way the unit was decorated and the craftsmanship of the contractors that built the place. The decorations and theme was very well done. The split AC in each room was genius! I will stay here every time I visit zion.

The Bungalows were the perfect place to stay for Zion NP. Easy check in, parking right in front of the room and the place was so clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance.

The Bungalows was in a perfect location, easy to take the shuttle into Zion and great views of the surrounding mountains. The room itself was spacious and well appointed and I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Zion!
