This home is a completely reimagined 1890s bungalow. It sits privately along the Esopus Creek and adds sweeping views of Mount Tremper Mountain. The Esopus Creek can be seen, heard and accessed throughout the property.

Note: there is a studio unit that may be rented at the same time as the bungalow. All areas and parking are separate (no shared spaces).
The space has been designed to accommodate a couple, small family or a group of friends or family (any combination of 4-6 people). The Wifi is setup with 400mbps to make it a work friendly environment throughout your stay.
The downstairs bedrooms have 1 king bed and one bedroom with a twin + futon mattress. Please note that these bedrooms are connected by a door, but there is no visibility between the rooms, nor do you have to travel into either room for entry or exit.
The bathroom on the main floor has a full shower, toilet and vanity. It comes equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, makeup towels, and a hair dryer.
The upstairs loft has a king bed with a half bathroom. There are beautiful views and sounds of the creek in this bedroom. Please note; there is a small soaking tub open the room, but it is currently not in suitable condition for guest use. It should have no effect on your stay in this space!
This beautiful full sized kitchen comes fully equipped to make any common meals (we'll send more information about the pots and the pans and things in our guidebook post booking :D).
The kitchen does include; SMEG coffee maker, 5 burner stove, dishwater unit, microwave, toaster.
There are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy.
The firepit area has ample seating to enjoy a beautiful fire at any time of your stay. Firewood, included in your stay, will be located near the firepit area. We also will have blankets that you can bring out with you as needed.
The patio, located off the kitchen, has furniture to enjoy an elegant outdoor meal with.
The main deck off the living room looks onto the beautiful yard and has additional furniture to lounge in.
There is a gas fireplace inside the house as well as a wood burning fire pit in the backyard (firewood and starter supplies is included).
Keyless door entry on both access doors.
Parking for the bungalow is located on the right-hand side of the studio unit (see parking diagram in the guidebook — walk behind the white shed for easiest access to the bungalow)

We had a great stay at this property! The house was extremely comfortable, clean, and stocked with the basic essentials. The location was amazing, right next to the Esopus creek we were able to enjoy the yard, and quick drives to Phoenicia and hiking trails. We would definitely stay again!

Listen to the creek from your dining room table. Private access to the stream, be the first guy on the creek with the fishing hole of your choice.
Nice and Quiet. Cozy and comfortable.

The place was really nice, the host was very accessible, beds are very comfortable. We definetely would come back.
