Hôtel moderne et super propre !

Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Pour passer du restaurant vers la réception le réceptionniste de l’hôtel a demandé de passer par dehors…alors qu’il y a une porte vitrée (fermée à clef). Pour le reste tout s’est bien passé.

Hôtel moderne, très propre et hyper soigné. Petit déjeuner parfait.

Dommage que les prix sur Booking sont toujours augmentés suite au change de l’hôtel (5€ de supplément non justifié). Ce n’est pas grand-chose mais c’est juste le fait. Et le lendemain 7€ de supplément. Soit…On s’est compris…We are in Morocco. Espace piscine,sauna,jacuzzi en supplément de 15€ (sur Booking on ne le précise pas). Sinon pour le reste tout était parfait et le personnel très courtois.

Très très catastrophique cela m’a mis de mauvais humeur j’ai regretter d’être venu à Tanger j’ai carrément écouter mon s

Alors là, l’accueil pas du tt terrible on dirait qu’on leurs doit quelque chose. De plus chambre avec fenêtre casser courant d’aire très puissant avec de l’aire qui rentre comme si la fenêtre était ouverte or elle est bel et bien fermer mais porte déboîter. Je n’ai pas du tt fermer l’œil de la nuit jusqu’à 5h30 du matin je descend en bas il me dis qu’il sait rien faire fait attendre que son collègue de 7h arrive et que je dois essayer de dormir. Suite à cela je sevens vers 9h tjrs avec 0h de sommeil. Il monte voir je montre les vidéos faite dans la nuit. Je lui propose MOI MÊME de changer de chambre et de me donner une avec lit séparer car j’attend une amie. Il me don’e une autre avec un supplément séchant que j’ai un tarif du site booking alors je passe de +/-63€ à 76€. Ce qui vaut plus que 10€ d écart sachant que j’ai des amie dans l’hôtel qui ont aussi réserver sur booking et qui sont deux par chambre ils paient le même tarif depuis leurs premier jour. 65€. En changeant de chambre étant donner qu’elle était ouverte pour le nettoyage et plus pour déplacer mes affaires d’une chambre à l’autre une de mes robes a disparu elle était brune en matière épaisse. Je descend leurs dire. La dame à l’accueil me dis de bien chercher je lui dis que je ne l’ai pas qu’elle peut venir chercher si elle le souhaite elle appelle le monsieur qui s’est occuper du nettoyage personne ne la vu. Et la dame de l’accueil insiste à nouveau pour bien chercher.

L’extra pour le spa qui ne valait vraiment pas le coup sauna froid a mon arrivée j’ai du attendre 30 min qu’il chauffe et le jacuzzi etait gelé dire que j’ai payé 150DH pour sa je regrette vraiment!

Hotel con estilo

La habitación, la cama muy cómoda y sobretodo las sábanas y toallas estaban muy limpias. El hotel es nuevo y moderno. La ubicación si estás de paso está bien o si tienes coche para ir a la ciudad. Si no, recomiendo buscar un hotel más céntrico, sobretodo para poder ir a cenar dónde sirvan alcohol ya que en este hotel no tienen la licencia. El desayuno está bueno. La comida del restaurante también lo parecía pero no nos quedamos. Un hotel totalmente recomendable. Tiene un parking vigilado y gratuito.

Me gustó todo. Solo decir que el mantenimiento de la mayoría de hoteles en Marruecos no lo perciben de la misma manera que otros. En el baño (habitación 204) ya había óxido y moho en la ducha. Escobilla del water también oxidada

Perfect stay

The location is excellent as it’s close to the airport and I had a very early flight. The room was very spacious, bed very comfortable and everything was very clean as well.The staff was also very friendly and the check in went smoothly. Extremely good value considering the price!

Fabulous hotel close to Tangier airport.

This is a fairly new hotel 10 minutes from the airport.Excellent security.Delightful young man at checkin. Beautiful clean room. Good security staff. The nearby neighbourhood had a cafe or two, and the hotel had an excellent restaurant where we had dinner. Reception organised a 3.30 am taxi pickup for our 5.30am flight. It was very relaxing to stay there.

Only one thing here! We would have liked to use the pool and gym facilities, but there was an extra cost for this. I think it should have been included in the hotel accommodation cost.

Terrible location, not worth the money they charge for!

The front desk staff tried very hard to compensate for the hotel terrible experience.

Terrible location as it’s quite far away from any city attractions. To us the very small pool it’s 15 euros per person, which was outrages in already 140 euros for the room per night! The front desk staff was trying very hard to compensate for the hotel shortcomings but a single person can only do so much. The bathroom is not only very small, but the shower head coming out of the ceiling has water directed into the back wall, with very little pressure and very little water coming on a weird angle, the shower is very uncomfortable. Even though the hotel appears to be fairly new, parts of the shower stall are coming off already. The sink took forever to drain the water. Don’t order pizza in the restaurant as comes only halfway cooked. I ordered a vegetarian pizza with specific items for toppings, but my order was totally messed up with different toppings. For breakfast you get one coffee, a refill is already charged and the prices are equal to Frankfurt prices. If you have to stay there, sure, otherwise pick another place as it’s not worth the price they are charging for the night!

The hotel has all the needed amenities. The staff is extremely helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great and very clean.

Petit but nice

The hotel is a petit hotel with 4 floors and 22 minutes away from the city centre. The staff were very nice and helpful.The rooms were clean but small.Very quiet and peaceful area though with about 5 eateries around.

1.There was no kettle in the room. 2. I was charged a commission for my stay above what was agreed when I booked on booking.com 3.Abit far from city centre 22 - 25 minutes 4.No varieties and buffet for breakfast

My stay was a cocktail of pleasure and minor grievances.

The beauty of your restaurants and café cannot be understated. Their elegant charm instantly pulled me into the holiday spirit. Moreover, your staff members were exceptional. Each interaction was characterized by courtesy, professionalism, and swift service, with the check-in process being notably efficient.

I have to bring to light certain disappointments that marred the overall experience. A prominent one was the persistent noise from a dysfunctional lock from one of the neighboring rooms. This unexpected sound track became a constant, unwanted companion during my stay. Furthermore, the key card system seemed to have a 24-hour expiration, requiring daily trips to the reception for reactivation. A minor inconvenience, but worth noting for future improvements. My greatest gripe, however, was the fact that access to the swimming pool and gym came with additional charges. As these amenities are typically complimentary in many hotels, having to pay for them was quite a letdown.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Great restaurant and fitness center. I had a very early morning flight and they gave me a wake up call and arranged an airport transfer.
