Disappointing

One issue, among others, was the lack of proper cooling in the room as the air conditioning wasn't functional. This led to discomfort during sleep. Furthermore, the staff failed to inform us beforehand or offer an apology for the inconvenience.

Simple, functional, close to airport, nice staff! But nothing like on the pictures…

It’s simple, does the job, but don’t expect what you see on pictures. Staff very kind and helpful. Love the pool area.

For the standard I felt it’s a bit expensive, but on the other hand reliable. The AC did not work so it was very hot and stuffy. The picture are far from reality. The hotel may have had higher ambitions at first now it’s sort of falling apart. But still clean and functional

Location is at the free-zone area, very close to companies. But most taxis are not working in this area.

Air conditioner was not working, and we only learnt at the time of check-in when we go to hotel already. Breakfast was only consisting of sweet things, salty alternatives were much less in comparison.

Only the location.

Staff know that the central air con was not working he literally said its broken and not going to be fixed all this summer, we were boiling inside literally and unable to have a sleep before our early morning flight.Staff at the reception were polite and sympathised with our situation but unable to help the situation. RUNAWAY from this rubbish hotel by all means.

Great place to stay, very convenient for the airport and the hotel will arrange a taxi service for you. Rooms were very clean and staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you so much !

good location from the airport. room was ok for sleeping, regularly cleaned, breakfast could be better, meaning wider range of food.

the lift was not working and was not possible to order dinners at the hotel and there was a bit of mould in the shower

very clean and organised hotel, you have everything you need in the. room, the room was huge and bedroom was comfortable. we had nice breakfast. very close to the airport, just bit expensive about 40-50 euro per night but worth it. highly recommended

A lovely hotel convenient to the airport with swimming pool and a garden

Handy for Ibn Battouta Airport which is close by, very clean room, courteous and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again ! Fairly large swimming pool with a garden.

Great value near airport with tasty homestyle Moroccan meals on premises.

I was so pleased with this airport-area, value-priced hotel. Super clean and cheerful, friendly, attentive staff, coffee available 24 X 7 (for a low price). But what made the stay great for me were the delicious, homestyle dinner and breakfast, available for a small extra price (in fact I think the breakfast was included in the price of the room). The chef really knows what he's doing and the price was right. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Checkin was smooth, rooms were nice and clean. We asked for two beds in one room which they were unable to provide, so they gave us an entire extra room instead. We chose the place because of it's proximity to the airport, and FYI it's about 100 MAD to get there from the Hotel, and 150 for a taxi to come pick you up.

Wifi was weak, had to use 4G. Some of the furniture was in rough shape.

No facilities open including restaurant or swimming pool. Taxi cost us 150DH for a 10 minute drive! Don’t think it was particularly cost saving staying close compared to city centre.

1 night stay for early morning flight

Good location for the airport and free parking. Bed was quite comfortable.

The room was not very clean, sticky floors, damaged furniture, AC and telephone not working, no English TV channel . Everything just generally tatty and not looked after. I know its cheap but it should atleast be clean.

Exceptional

A great place to stay to be near to airport for early flight. Very good breakfast buffet and very comfortable rooms. The best thing was the staff... Zakaria was a most pleasant man and so helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond the call of duty to organise a hammam and transport too and from this when I came to him fairly late on on the evening of my stay. He had it all arranged and even got me a better place for the traditional hammam than the one I had sourced online. He also helped me with printing boarding passes on the morning of our departure. A total gentleman, nothing was too much bother for him and he is certainly an asset to the hotel. A**
