About this apartment rental
Located in Athens’ residential Kallithea neighbourhood, this slick apartment is an ideal base for those looking for a comfortable stay away from the tourist crowds.
Dressed in calming shades of blue and ivory, the open-plan living area beckons luxurious lounging on its sectional – a glass of wine in hand – and intimate meals around the elegant dining table when you’re not out sampling the local restaurant scene.
With a stylish bedroom beckoning a dreamy night’s sleep, as well as a Juliet balcony to greet the day while perched with your morning coffee, you’ve got everything you need for a relaxing, carefree stay.
When it comes to sightseeing, walk thirty minutes to explore the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre – home to the Greek National Opera, the National Library of Greece as well as the Stavros Niarchos Park – or hop on the Metro to explore Monastiraki Square, twenty-two minutes away. With Philopappos Hill a thirty-five-minute stroll (or a twenty-minute bus ride) as well as the Acropolis of Athens reachable by bus in just over twenty minutes too, you’ve got plenty of cultural and historic hotspots within easy reach.
Home truths:
*This home is on the elevated ground floor of the building, so you'll need to climb a few steps to reach its entrance
*At capacity, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room – this will be at the expense of lounge space, however, so we think this home is better suited to two adults
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to stay – just let your host know in advance
*There's a laptop-friendly workspace
*Mosquito nets are provided
*Please keep noise levels to a minimum between 1 pm and 5 pm, as well as between 10 pm and 7 am
*Self-check-in is available
*Free street parking is available, but we recommend skipping the car and using Athens' public transport instead – Kallithea station is a fifteen-minute walk away
