Great location. Close to downton and lots of restaurants. The outside garbage cans were full but not really the fault of the vrbo more of an apartment complex issue.

The welcome basket and communication were added touches. Thank you for a great experience!

My friends and I spent a weekend in Sacramento and stayed at this rental unit. It meet our needs in every way. It was clean and comfortable. The welcome basket left for us upon arrival was such a nice touch. The owner Shelby checked in each day via email to make sure we had everything we needed and replied promptly when I asked for recommendation for takeout. If in Sacramento again, I would not hesitate staying here again

What a gem! My family and I loved our stay here; the apartment is wonderfully appointed, and decorated beautifully throughout. We had everything we needed, with soft, comfortable bedding, an absolutely gorgeous kitchen (seriously, I want to take this kitchen home with me!), great bathrooms, and a comfortable living room with enough seating for all of us. It’s situated within walking distance or a quick drive of everything we needed. The host is a great communicator, and I can’t think of anything I’d want to change.
Thank you for making us feel at home!

Convenient downtown location. Unit was exactly as shown- clean and updated. Sway was very responsive. The only inconvenience was the guests upstairs went up and down the stairs all night and hung out on the front porch until the early hours.

I was nervous to stay in downtown Sacramento, but read the reviews and picked this for our 2-night stay. The place was perfect, we felt safe as this was a nice street, and fenced in with a double door to our apartment. The place was very spacious, and well laid-out. Our host was extremely communicative, and left out a few little snacks for our family to enjoy. If I would improve anything it would be to add lights in the backyard to enjoy the cute little setup in the evening. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'll be back!

The place was clean, as pictured! We only stayed for 1 night but it was exactly what my colleague and I needed. We walked down the street for amazing Lao noodle soup.We would definitely come back to stay here!

This was just what we needed for an overnight visit to Sac.

Location was great Close to Golden 1 center to see Lakers vs Kings. Property was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We had plenty of space for our party. Host was readily available when needed but we had no complaints. Great pic and trip

The property was very clean and easy to access, Sway was very responsive with communication. The only opportunity I found was that the description states "free street parking" which is true for 1 car with permit. When I asked about additional permits I was told parking is free on the weekends, which is not true as it is 1 hour parking only without permit. When i asked again about additional parking I was told parking enforcement on the weekends is virtually non-existant, however I didn't feel it was worth the risk of a ticket so we found a local parking garage.

This is an old downtown neighborhood but very eclectic. It reminds me of downtown New Orleans but west. Looks sketchy as you enter the neighborhood but harmless otherwise.

Stayed here over the weekend and had a great time. Good sized apartment for four adults. Heater kept us warm on a cold winter weekend. The inside felt new and modern. Will definitely consider again in the future.

Everything was exactly as in the description on VRBO. It was very clean and comfortable. We went to a concert at Golden 1 Center. We used Lyft to get there, but we ended up having to walk back. It was an easy walk. I felt very safe and will definitely stay again when in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute VRBO in mid-town Sacramento. We were able to walk to so many places (found the cutest coffee shop a few blocks away) and even had fun renting the scooters that are everywhere! There were so many bars / restaurants close by that a car is not needed. The owner / host was so quick to respond to every question that I had and was also so very accommodating with my requests. I highly recommend staying here. There was nothing that could have been better. It made the trip so memorable and comfortable.

The place is nice. It worked well for what I was looking for. A nice neighborhood around it too. Great places to get breakfast and a little convenient store. Thank you Sway Garcia for hosting me.

Check in was easy. Kitchen had an island that made food prep simple. Furniture and King/Queen bedding were comfortable. Bathrooms also had plenty of storage and space. Thank you for making this trip comfortable and easy!

We rented the apt because of it's location to the venue where we were going to attend the festival and close to downtown Sac. The location is great. The neighborhood is fine (don't let the house next door scare you, it's harmless) and the apt was perfect for what we needed. The property manager was easy to communicate with, checkin was super simple and the apt was very clean, safe and comfortable. We had a fantastic worry free weekend in Sac.

I absolutely loved this property! It was the best rental I’ve ever had. It was quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are friendly. The host is wonderful very polite and understanding. He let me invite two cousins over for dinner on the property. The property was so clean and very gorgeous. The host provides a little welcome basket with treats! The outdoor areas are very peaceful along with the neighborhood. I went for a walk when I woke up and the neighborhood was so nice. I wish I could fit in everything great about this property but if I did the list would keep going on! To the host thank you so much for letting me stay in your beautiful home. I appreciate it so much and thank you for the amazing experience!

This was a great location for our Sacramento visit! It was centrally located to so many things. It was also clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy ourselves. The host was very responsive when we had questions and helped with everything we needed. We would stay here again!

This was a cute place, looked just like the pictures and was very close to my Sac State graduating daughter's house which made it perfect. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there were so many restaurants, bars and coffee shops conveniently close to the rental. The apartment was very clean and the LR furniture and beds were very comfy. I had gotten permission for an extra family member to stay and was surprised to find a very nice blow up mattress in the closet. I requested some sheets and extra towels pretty late the night of our arrival and they were delivered the very next day. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by the manager. The only suggestion I would have is to add a washer and dryer to the unit. But, since my daughter was so close, we were able to wash clothes at her house. The parking permit was awesome, street parking was never an issue. I would definitely stay here again!
