The Meeting House
Fantastic coffee shop just steps from the house. Live music and a wine/beer happy hour just started too.
509-443-3971
South Perry Pizza
Delicious artisan pizzas two blocks from the house. This place boasts a large patio too. Try the artichoke pizza or the prosciutto, two of my favorites!
509-290-6047
Perry Street Brewing
Whether it’s a Pray for Snow Party or just a sunny patio full of sun seeking beer drinkers, this place rocks! Ben is always crushing it with his tasty IPAs of all styles. Try the Milk Stout, a fan favorite in the winter months
509-279-2820
The Lantern
Home of the Lantern Running Club every Tuesday, this great bar has food for all and local beers and cocktails to swoon over. A fantastic central patio to waste the day away people watching those on Perry.
The Wellness Tree
Fill your bellies and treat your body here. Whether you’re here for the therapeutic eastern medicine treatments of Pat and Lauren or the juice bar with Açaí bowls and a large list of healthy tonics, this is the place to start the morning
The Shop
One of the coolest older coffee shops and bakery in the Perry District. Full of delectable menu items, another great patio, and cheap mimosas on the weekend. I keep hoping they start their outdoor summer movies again.
Francaise
The newest addition to the hood. This Modern French restaurant is to die for, boasting fresh ingredients and flavors you’ll never have anywhere else. Craft cocktails and a side patio as well.
Walk through the neighborhood on your own two feet or rent a Lime scooter... After all, that’s what makes this neighborhood is so perfect.

We love our stay here. The house is clean and decorated so nicely. Felt like you were living in a model home. The backyard was quiet and a great place to relax.
Evan, the host was the most responsive of any that I have ever communicated with. And they have all been good.

Plenty of room to spread out. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. 3 full bathrooms was a definite plus. The backyard was lovely with plenty of seating. Unfortunately it was too hot to have a camp fire.
The back door right next to the driveway was great for loading and unloading the car.
Would absolutely come back!

We rented the home in the Perry district to be close to my son for his wedding. The home is in a great neighborhood close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful Manito Park! The home has ample space for 6 people and the kitchen is nicely equipped. Our favorite hangout spot was the spacious backyard. We made lots of wonderful memories and look forward to coming back.
