Located in the Lincoln Park Craft District, Unit 3 of the Stay Lincoln Park building is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cozy getaway, that is within walking distance to many of the local breweries, cider houses and other local food and shopping hot spots; Bent Paddle, The Tap Exchange, OMC Smokehouse, Love Creamery, Duluth Cider and Frost River Trading Company to name a few.
The open concept living area is fresh and contemporary with a fully stocked kitchen with all your basic essentials and features seating for 3 at the kitchen island and a built-in breakfast nook with additional seating. While the living area provides a large, sectional sleeper perfect for lounging and watching your favorite show on the HD LED Smart TV. WiFi is complementary and we provide Netflix and Hulu streaming services for your entertainment. If weather permits, you can just step out the back door to enjoy your coffee or beer on the patio. The two bedrooms are located on the second level and both provide the plush comfort of a king size bed and large windows for abundant natural light. Upstairs also provides a bonus commons area with the additional sleeping space of a twin daybed, another HD LED smart TV and in unit laundry.
Don't forget Fido, this is a dog friendly property: a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog. No other pets are permitted.
Parking is located in the lot next to the property. One free, designated spot is reserved for this unit. Overflow parking can pay for a spot in the public lot or utilize street parking.
Our guest service team is available by phone from 8am to 9pm if you have any questions or need anything. Our direct contact information will be provided with your booking confirmation. The primary form of communication, including check in information, will be through the booking platform and/or email. You will receive your check in information 1 day prior to your arrival date. Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 10am.

VACATION RENTAL HOUSE RULES
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a) All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and b) Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Vacation Rental is suitable for children of all ages! Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the Neighborhood; b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure; c) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;
3. VISITORS a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors at any time during their stay. b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that visitors are complicit with these House Rules.
4. FUNCTIONS a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.
5. PARKING a) Guests and any visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out by the property manger and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles; please use the designated parking.
6. SECURITY a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. b) Guests must switch off the lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.
7. SMOKING a) Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental; and b) Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly (in large trash cans located outside property or off property all together) and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
8. PETS a) IF Pets are permitted at the Vacation Rental; b) Specific rules regarding Pets at the Vacation Rental are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to have on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property.
9. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And; b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
10. CHECK OUT ARRANGEMENTS a) Please be sure to lock all doors and leave both sets of keys back in the lockbox. Check out is at 10am - if you need a later checkout please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.
11. EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS: a) In the event of an emergency relating to the Vacation Rental, your emergency contact is: Heirloom Vacation Rentals 218-409-4885 b) In the event of all other emergencies please call 911.
12. COMPLIANCE a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

The property smelled like someone had smoked inside. They brought some first for us to use but it didn't improve. The unit was nice other than that. Unfortunately, the smell overshadowed that.

Location is great. Walking distance to food and activities. The listing was a bit confusing, for accessibility we thought there was a bedroom downstairs but they are all upstairs evening the washer and dryer. We made it work, but should have confirmed the rental layout with a human as the listing was inaccurate with an upper and lower bedroom
We will hope to stay there again with a different group aoon.

This is our second year staying at this property. There are 4 guys and the space works great for us. There are 3 beds and the sofa, so sleeping arrangments are easy. The location is perfect with good restraurants and brewries within walking distance.

We were happy to stay in this well-appointed apartment. Easy access to both the Duluth waterfront and Superior, WI. Very fortunate to have off street parking for two cars. Everything was clean and thoughtfully supplied.

We were in town for a teen conference at DECC. Enjoyed our stay at Lincoln Park, the accommodations were good. Very clean and suited our purposes well. We would stay there again. Only issue ( which was kind of big) were the renters in the adjoining unit… they had 2 large dogs that barked a lot and a crying baby. We heard all of their noise. Definitely put a damper on our sleeping.

This is a great spot with so much going on the neighborhood. Breweries and restaurants right there and short drive to spirit mountain and canal park. Newly renovated townhouse with really nice furniture and appliances. Also dog friendly! The back patio overlooks a dumpster and parking lot so wouldn’t plan on spending much time out there. They would be better off enclosing it completely with a gate. Everything else was as pictured and super comfy.

Plenty of space to relax and enjoy Duluth. The apartment had everything we needed for a great weekend. Easily walk to many restaurants, shopping and breweries. Would definitely stay here again!

It was very clean and the perfect size for the four of us. Our family enjoyed our stay. Great location and could walk to shops and restaurants from condo. We would stay again.

Heirloom was professional and helpful from beginning to end. The townhome is cute and tastefully restored. We had no major complaints in general. The downstairs floors were dirty, leaving our feet black, but all else was very clean. We felt safe in the area, but it was extremely noisy. The walls of the townhome were thin and we could hear both the people next to us and things going on outside, including massive construction right outside our window. I would not stay in this townhome again but I would DEFINITELY rent from Heirloom again. They were great.

Pros: Inside of the unit was very clean and exactly as expected. There are several great places to eat/drink within 5min walk. Everything in the unit looks to be newly redone.
Cons: The patio was slightly disappointing having no privacy and being 6ft from a dumpster. Due to construction or whatever, the parking situation is a challenge. The gravel lot closest to the unit was fine, but the first night we had a car at the 2nd provided parking stall across the street, our car was keyed overnight.

The unit was great! Clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds. Great neighborhood. Close to good food, breweries, and shops. Easy access to other Duluth places and the North Shore.

Or a longer stay, if you have more time. Our group of parents, grandparents, and a couple of teens only had one night here, but happily would have stayed longer. This property had everything we needed, and more. The location is super convenient, with shops and restaurants within walkable distance. My favorite part was the mattress. It’s so nice to find a rental with A) king sized mattresses, and B) COMFORTABLE mattresses! Everything was fresh, clean, comfortable, and convenient . Loved it.

This was a great place to stay for our group. The unit was easy to find and very comfortable for our group of 7. Was also within walking distance to many restaurants and breweries. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Duluth!

Very clean and well stocked. Doors have a code lock for entrance. Remember to physically lock the doors when you leave, they do not automatically lock when the door is closed. WiFi was slow and Verizon had average service in Duluth.
