Sea Salt is a one of a kind, BRAND NEW, 5900 sqft. luxury home located by the beach. This 4 story home is beautifully decorated and no detail is missed. Floor one leads out back to a putting green, pool, hot tub, and grill area. On cold nights, you can sit by the fire and watch the outdoor t.v. Rain or shine you can enjoy pingpong , video games, and a foos ball on the 2nd floor as well as a bunk area that sleeps 7. Floor 3 includes a lounge area, wet bar, and 4 primary suites with a private bath in each. Enjoy your incredible view from the 4th floor while relaxing on the porch swing or watching the 75 inch television in the living area. This home has top of the line appliances, a 12 person dining table and 6 additional seats at the oversized island. There is an elevator with access to all 4 floors. This will be the perfect vacation home for you and your friends.

There were 11 of us and the house was the perfect size. The house has great views of the water and an easy walk to the beach. The house is very well equipped with beach chairs/wagon and pool floats. The inside was beautiful and well equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware and platters. The game room was a big hit with the kids and lots of TV’s throughout the house. My favorite was the porch swing on the top level. The owner was very responsive. We look forward to returning.

We’ve been coming to the island for 12 years now and this house was perfect for our growing family! The location is amazing and the house itself was beyond perfect and the pictures don’t do it justice. The elevator was much needed with our little grands and suitcases. Will definitely be back to this house since our 3rd grand will be here by next summer!

The pool and putting green were in constant use, and gatherings/meals on the upper floor were a joy because the space was so big and airy.

This house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. We were 4 families, 8 kids ranging from 6-16 and no one was bored! They loved having their ‘own floor’ and we loved enjoying coffee with a view from the top floor! The owner was quick to help when we needed elevator help and the house was more than equipped with chairs, towels, kitchen amenities, etc. We all enjoyed the location and agreed it was the best house we’ve stayed in. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect property for large families/groups. We had 7 adults and 6 kids. Walking distance to the beach. Perfect pool on-site. Large game room for kids to enjoy. Great views for adults to enjoy! Owner was very attentive and helpful when we needed it. Property is beautiful, very clean, and has all your needs. Highly recommend!!

We celebrated New Years here and it was amazing. There was 14 of us. Older adults and younger adults. Easy close walk to the beach and restaurants close by. The house was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We didn't use the pool or putting green but will definitely rent again and use those items.

This property did not disappoint! It exceeded every expectation. The game room was fabulous for people of all ages. The hot tub and pool were perfect even in temps in the 50s outside. The kitchen and fourth floor were the best for entertainment and hanging out. The views were spectacular off all the decks! This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed out…a truly 5 star experience!

We enjoyed a 4-day college sorority reunion in this beautiful home. The house is huge; more than enough room for eight people. It is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It also has a great view of the ocean from the top floor. We may have to make this an annual tradition! Highly recommend. Our host, Mike, was very gracious and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful retreat!

Best house we have ever rented. We had a few kids with us and the setup for them was perfect. They had their own floor. Great pool and putting green. Easy walk to beach. Property manager Mike was quick to respond although we didn’t really need him.

My family and two others rented this house for spring break. We had 6 adults and 7 kids in total and this house was perfect! Plenty of room and all the amenities were fantastic. Whether we were at the beach or back at the house the crew was having a great time! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. With the time of year it was nice having the feature of being able to control the temp of both in which we did and it worked like a charm! The kids loved the game room and their bunk room! Communication with the property manager was very easy and he was super responsive. We’ll be coming back for sure!

The property was wonderful, great location, very spacious, wonderful kitchen, loved that all the bedrooms had their own full bath…..and the game room allowed us to enjoy some fun competition in the evenings. The property mgr (I think his name is Mike) responded very quickly to any questions we htextedi to him. Would definitely stay here again (a word to anyone with bad knees - there were a lot of stairs, but also an elevator as an alternative)

Our stay at Sea Salt over Christmas was just what we all -- a family of 10, including grandparents and grandchildren -- needed. Such a beautiful and luxurious place to unwind and reconnect. The furnishings, oversized and open gourmet kitchen, appliances, layout and designer touches are second to none. We all comfortably fit on any given floor throughout our stay -- it's that spacious. And the elevator was perfect especially for part of our group and the groceries (yes, we cooked and ate a lot!). Though too chilly the week we were there to enjoy the multiple possible outdoor activities (pool, putting green, outdoor TV and rec areas), we loved being just steps away from the sand for family beach walks. It was wonderful being together with our family at such a special place. We hope to return soon.

We loved our stay at Sea Salt! The gorgeous 4-story home provided comfortable spaces for our entire group. The elevator provided the perfect mode of transportation for our elderly family members, and the putting green and multiple big screen tv’s provided ample entertainment for us sports fans. The game room was a hit for all ages, and the large, open top floor was an amazing space that allowed us to spread out while still being together. We loved our experience and highly recommend Sea Salt for any family or group getaway!

As golf team from NYC, we were looking for a beautiful, clean and exciting house to stay in while playing in the PGA Tour Team Golf Amateur Tournament. We hit the jackpot. The most spectacular home on St. Simon's Island. It's a house built for everyone. Nothing was left unfinished. From the HEATED outdoor pool and spa. To a practice putting green, to a 85" outdoor television over a gas fireplace in an outdoor living space. The outside setup was amazing. There were a 4 king size bedrooms on floor 3, a shared 5 bedroom on the 2nd floor that was shaped for privacy. Also on floor 2 was a ping pong table, another large tv and an Electronic Gaming System. The family room was on floor 4 with an open concept kitchen dining room TV sitting area and a living room sitting are. I can keep going on and on. There is an elevator for the house, but it was built so well you can't hear what's going on on each floor. It's perfect for large multi-family stays. I highly recommend this house.

This home is the ultimate multi-generational family paradise. As busy Executives, my husband and I needed personal time and family time all within the same space. This beach house delivered everything that we were looking for. The layout of the home is perfect. It is in close proximity to the beach. The elevator made the home easy to navigate for my elderly parents. Sea Salt is luxurious and a haven of peace and serenity! The host was responsive and very helpful. We can't wait to go back again.
